The room was soooo dirty blood spots all over the bath tub, sticky floors and counters. people yelling in the middle of the night right in front of our door. It was so scary to stay there. Finally there was no elevator when in expedia its says it has elevator.

The property has plenty of parking and was sort of quiet; there were individuals playing loud music when I checked in. The onlly issues were my first room had bugs and the toilet didn't flush. The replacement room had a half clean bathroom [dirty tub].

The door was open when we arrived and a cat was inside. The landline was not connected. The carpet was wet. There was an awful smell. The most outrageous thing was that there was feces left in the toilet. This place should be condemned and I should not have been charged!

Property was in appalling state. Room had dirty carpets, sheets. Dirty and stained carpet. Smelled wet and musty. We left after 3 hours to find another hotel. Unfinished repair in the bathroom. Cracked faucet. Rusty shelf in freezer/fridge. Used wrappers under bed. Lamp and clock were not even plugged in. Currently requesting a full refund.

This was the worst hotel i have ever visited. The toilet didn't work, the AC unit didn't work and there were holes in the wall. I did not stay there i immediately canceled my reservation and went to another hotel. Absolutely terrible. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Room was very small. We had the kitchenette room that says they provide cookware and dishes byt if you want them you have extra charges. It shows a pic of a pool as the main pic and says they have a pool in there ad, but that's a lie. Water pressure is so bad in shower. Not sure when was the last time the floors got washed, we couldnt go bare foot or our feet got black from dirty floors. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

1st room main light didn't work. TV didn't work, room was dirty. Went to lobby to inform them; waited 10 minutes for staff member. She moved us to another room. People were smoking weed outside. TV didn't work, tub had dried blood in it, room was FILTHY. Didn't sleep, just impatiently waited for morning to check out and never return.

The rooms are very dirty. I had to put shoes on. My feet got black after being barefoot in the room. Only because i had ro take a showr i used shoes because my bath tub was gross and tiles had molding. The TV did not work. I would have cancelled my reservation but couldn't find another room near that area in short notice

We stayed 2 nights and the staff was friendly. However the room a/c was not cooling and the microwave was rusty. The staff was prompt on getting it repaired. The tub was slippery. Be careful when going in the tub. There wasnt enough towels for two persons. There was no cooking utensils for kitchen ( no pots, cups, coffee make etc). Building neefs some upgrading.

The bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi was stable and easy to use.the water pressure was a bit low considering it's a measure to deter people from wasting water .I did find mosquitoes in the room the staff should have sprayed the place and I found a few cockroach bodies on the floor but overall this day was peaceful and quiet

Facility is subpar. They also required an additional $100 deposit? Other guest were partying on outside landings until 130am. The sound was so loud it was like they were in the room. Thin walls ...no sound insulation. We had to leave the TV on to drown out the noise. The toilet was broke. The floors were sticky. The bedspread had stains. No fitted sheets. They had flat sheets with corner knots. We thought we were in an episode of CSI.

Door handle to open room was so hard to open. Had to use body weight to push door open. No light in front room when you walk in so walked into dark room. Light switch was after the two beds near kitchen in bk of room. Did not shower. Looked disgusting. Shower head was falling off, paint of walls were discolored, chairs had tears in them.

When we went to the place to check in the receptionist was not friendly at all she had to call someone to confirm that I paid after I went to my room which it was disgusting bathroom, carpet all over was dirty and the place wasn’t safe to stay with my kids I asked for my refund right away which I haven’t received yet

After taking a hour to check in our room key ended up not working. Tried to go back to the lobby where I found it locked and no one was there. Another 30 mins of waiting outside someone shows up. 15 more mins of standing in the lobby I finally get my room key to come into a dirty room. If it wasn’t 1am and I wasn’t so tired I wouldn’t went back down to the lobby. Worst hotel ever.

Kay, the front desk staff who is the only one who goes above and beyond for guests was one checking us in. She is deserving of a raise! Room was clean and the housekeepers do an excellent job with short staff conditions. They need more staff and treat their overworked staff better.

They were to have a 24 hr desk far checking in late. Drove over 18 hours just to get there at 3:00 am and the front office closed. Lights off no one around. And couldn’t find anyone . Left at daybreak without a room and without any money I prepaid for. Never seen or heard of anything like this..STAY AWAY!!

I didn’t get a room. The front lady said the hotel was overbooked and told me to get a refund and walked out on me. I had a nice lady from Hotels.com, Meiling help me get another hotel room.

I was charged a deposit and it's not noted until you try and check in. I booked a room at 1am online and paid, but was unable to get my room until 6pm cause i didnt have the money. I'm homeless and my 7yr old granddaughter had no place and even upon calling corporate did nothing. I've requested a downstairs unit and never got it, Customer service is horrible and i do mean extremely horrilble.

The management of this property is horrible. I had a late check in and there was noone at the lobby. There was a telephone outside the door and a sign that said press 0 to contact support. Of course the phone didn't work so you could not dial anyone. I even called the general hotel telephone line and noone picked up to help. There was one other guy waiting in the parking lot with a different issue and he asked me how to check in which of course I couldn't answer. This kind of thing should never happen. I and other gentleman waiting went down the street to La Quinta which of course had a full lobby.

Booked a room through Hotels.com. Received a confirmation and when arrived at property I was greeted by an employee in the parking lot. She asked if I was ok and I said I am here to check in. She informed me that my room was no longer available and that they are completely booked. She said I needed to contact hotels.com by 10 pm to cancel. I made contact and they needed to reach the hotel to confirm. They did not answer any calls. I even tried to contact the property. I was charged for the room and now I am having to waste time to get my money back for a stay I didn’t even have. The property is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here.

We didn’t stay here but switched to the Extended Stay America in Plantation because right as we arrived we found out about serious recent crime issues right near the hotel. We reached out to the hotel and to Expedia to try to cancel the reservation and get a refund and were passed from one agent to another but so far no resolution. We couldn’t get a hold of the hotel itself. We are still looking to get this resolved but so far the agents we spoke to have kept saying that Expedia can refund the money but that it has to be done by a different department. We have already been passed to two departments and are waiting to hear back from someone.

This place looks fine as far as the area and appearance from the road. Once inside, maintenance seems almost non existent, some sketchy inhabitants. Two spaces outside the office are thoughtfully reserved for the police. I was pleased to find my vehicle unmolested the next morning. I will not stay again.

I checked around midnight. The clerk gave me keys that would not unlock the room. I went bayto the front desk to let him know he wasn’t there. I tried several times to alert the clerk he never came to the desk. I was Men started to harassing young daughter in the parking lot. I became afraid for our safety and left. I was left with a place to stay. HORRIBLE experience.

There's homeless walking around the complex, all the trash bag was sitting underneath of the stairs. I was unable to walk to my room, because a Dog barking to everyone, i knows the hotel said it was pet friendly, but the dog wasn't friendly at all, never stop to barking, we have to take all the others side of the stairs to try to get into our room. It was a bad,bad experience..

Was told there would be a continental breakfast which was completely false, not even creamer for the disgusting coffee they offer. Was required to leave a deposit which in fact was not communicated at the time of booking. It was just a horrible experience overall. Never again

There were no handicap accessible rooms available for my disabled family member or accommodation near an elevator. Grab and go breakfast was not available. The room was dirty and the rug kept getting stuck under the doir which prevented us from getting in or out of the room. We advised the front desk but it was never taken care of during our 3 night stay.

This is a motel in bad repair. It is extended stay with kitchenette but there isn’t a single trash can, not even in the bathroom. There is a clock that doesn’t work (the plug has been ripped off). We picked partially because of breakfast which, we are told, will be a go bag in the lobby. The rooms are grubby and there is an eaten chicken bone among the trash outside our room. Not at all true to pictures as advertised.

This was the worst place ever urine smell toilet didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. The rooms were dirty outside smell like urine we changed room twice and if I’m not mistaken, I think people actually live at this hotel. The lights didn’t work they don’t clean the hotel at all inside or outside they did offer breakfast lol what was offered was and oatmeal but with condition of the hotel, you would not want to eat any breakfast there that hotel needs to be upgraded and the whole thing needs to be power washed they do not clean the outside of the hotel at all we stayed one night and I got a refund and went somewhere else. It was ridiculous at the young lady at the front desk. She was very nice and understanding. The first rule that we went into the bathtub was so dirty I forgot to add that.

We stayed 2 nights and the staff was friendly. However the room a/c was not cooling and the microwave was rusty. The staff was prompt on getting it repaired. The tub was slippery. Be careful when going in the tub. There wasnt enough towels for two persons. There was no cooking utensils for kitchen ( no pots, cups, coffee make etc). Building neefs some upgrading.

There was no coffee or breakfast, the cards to get into our room was not working and we had to wait for the manager to open our room every time. The lampshades were broken, rusted tub, the couch was dug up or punctured and we couldn’t even sit on it. We had to wear shoes at all times as the floor was sticky. Couldn’t see out of the window as it was covered in moss or some other green stuff. We had to request dishes and when we got them the non stick pans were scratched. It was a hobble 5 day stay, we won’t be going back there, EVER!!!

The room was dirty Noel the staff that checked me in was wonderful when I arrived at the property my bathroom had no shower curtain and there were bugs. Refrigerator was rusted really bad. The door was. The door was rusted as well to the bathroom. Bathroom was dirty but Noel he went out of his way to go get me a shower curtain. he was excellent, but whoever cleans the rooms they do not know how to clean.
