The fact that the hotel was opened to drug users and homeless people, and cars weren't safe on the property, we had water and leaking issues in the first room we purchased and had to switch to another one the inside of the rooms needs remodeling

The only thing I can say is that the room was clean. Otherwise, it was the most basic place I’ve stayed in in some years. Quite a surprise to find someplace like this in American. Door lock was broken, no toiletries (a few small soaps), threadbare towels, no clothes hangers, toilet roll holder broken, I could go on. Terrible value for money. If there was breakfast or wifi I couldn’t find either. The person at check in was very curt.

Ice machine outside had mold inside. Looked to not be cleaned in a many moons. No access to front desk. Had to use window like it was a drive thru. Room (104) had no smoke detector. One light wasn’t working near bed. Ceiling in bathroom was taped and covered with paint. Not enough towels. No coffee machine. No lid to ice bucket. Seem to be a place where Pimps would drop off women for prostitution purposes (none of my business- people have to eat).

After ordering online, The hotel was a lower quality than what I'm used to, the price was also lowered. I asked for a pool, I was very disaapointed to learn the pool next door was a separate scuba diving school. I hate how online orders trap you to take a reservation they chose, if U like it or not.

The door would not lock. The bathroom door would not close. Cigarette burns on the comforters and the sheets had very obviously not been changed. I refused to stay here but was not given a refund. The area is very unsafe. People doing drugs outside and half naked women walking around. In the 10 minutes I was here someone tried breaking into my vehicle. On top of all this it’s very over priced.

The Staff was GREAT! The room was clean. The bed was not comfortable at all. The bed pillows were FLAT. So flat they looked like a sheet. I thought they were a little sheet at first glance. The stay at this hotel was more like a stay at a prison yard for starters the staff in the lobby don't even allow you to come In the lobby first red flag unsavory characters lingering all night yelling cursing and getting into fights loud music blaring all night strangers knocking on my room door looking for God knows who and I'm almost certain that drug deals were taking place outside my room door and not to mention the TV was Discolored the sink was held together with caulk and duck tape the room was barely clean and there wasnt even a phone in the room and electrical sockets were all loose or broken I will NEVER go back to this place the cost is over 100$ and what u get for that is barely worth 20$ i hope i can get a refund

I rented a room for me, my wife, and kids for one night walked in and immediately asked for a refund it’s very run down and sketchy I would never recommend anyone to stay there even one night I was told they would refund my money no problem and never did and when Expedia calls them they lie and say there isn’t a manager there to process refund please no one rent a room from these people it is so so bad

TV did not work, people were inside the room making a transaction as we arrived, odd smell, dirty beds, people smoking right next to room, neighbors were very loud, room was not ready so we had to wait for an hour and my insulin expired. TV did not work, people were inside the room making a transaction as we arrived, odd smell, dirty beds, people smoking right next to room, neighbors were very loud, room was not ready so we had to wait for an hour and my insulin expired. I sincere believe Expedia should delist this property. I booked for 4 days, but only stayed 3. The manager lied that if I wanted a refund for 4th night he had to speak with Expedia account rep. There was never any house keeping provide. Room was supposed to be none smoking but smelled of stale tobacco. A large portion of this property in rented out long-term and people are coming and going and yelling and screaming all night long. Disgraceful place and management!

I wasn't expecting much and that's exactly what I got..a cheap room for a few nights. The room was clean. However the Wi-Fi and cable channels were awful. However this location is very convenient.

The door would not lock. The bathroom door would not close. Cigarette burns on the comforters and the sheets had very obviously not been changed. I refused to stay here but was not given a refund. The area is very unsafe. People doing drugs outside and half naked women walking around. In the 10 minutes I was here someone tried breaking into my vehicle. On top of all this it’s very over priced.

Druggies were in the parking lot all evening and even at 4 am when we left for the airport. We barricaded ourselves into the room, and the one amenity in the room was a bar if soap. The bedspread was from the 1960’s and had multiple burn holes. The sheets were clean, but all I could think about was bed bugs, druggies, and lewd behaviors outside my door. Do not stay at this place!

Horrible experience please don’t book here unless you have no other choice. For the 2 nights I stayed there was constant police coming in and out arresting people that rented there as well. Truly the place was ratchet as the saying goes.

Only thing really good was location to an event i was attending. Room was...ok. There was no trash can in the room, not even the bathroom, The $183 price wasn't reflective on what it turned out to be.

The stay at this hotel was more like a stay at a prison yard for starters the staff in the lobby don't even allow you to come In the lobby first red flag unsavory characters lingering all night yelling cursing and getting into fights loud music blaring all night strangers knocking on my room door looking for God knows who and I'm almost certain that drug deals were taking place outside my room door and not to mention the TV was Discolored the sink was held together with caulk and duck tape the room was barely clean and there wasnt even a phone in the room and electrical sockets were all loose or broken I will NEVER go back to this place the cost is over 100$ and what u get for that is barely worth 20$ i hope i can get a refund

The only thing I can say is that the room was clean. Otherwise, it was the most basic place I’ve stayed in in some years. Quite a surprise to find someplace like this in American. Door lock was broken, no toiletries (a few small soaps), threadbare towels, no clothes hangers, toilet roll holder broken, I could go on. Terrible value for money. If there was breakfast or wifi I couldn’t find either. The person at check in was very curt.

No lights. Needed bulbs on arrival.Smelly. Staff member said not to venture outside of room and to keep doors locked at all times. TV has maybe 10 channels altogether, all not worth watching. Disappointed for the price i paid. No food or swim pool.

Room was not ready when I got there and was missing towels soap and toilet paper. There was black mold on the shower curtain. The ac was cold, but far away from the beds. TV had to be reprogrammed. Ceiling was coming down in bathroom. Ice machine was slow to dispense. I asked for housekeeping. Never got any until an hour before checkout.

The place is disgusting & old. Stained mattresses with God knows what fluids, popcorn on the sheets. Moldy smell in the room, hair in the bathtub, & despite it being a non smoking room; it smelled regardless. The area is sketchy & the tenants are questionable looking people. Not sure if it’s also apt complexes because they look like they live there & it’s constant people going in & out with people high outside roaming the parking lot. We checked out immediately. Only good thing about this stay was Ronnie the receptionist, great staff member & very helpful to the situation.

una schifezza totale, non ho mai visto niente di più raccapricciante. Sporco, puzzolente e con gli scarafaggi che uscivano da ogni dove. Inaccettabile che una struttura del genere sia su hotels.com e soprattutto che l'ufficio d'igene permetta ad una struttura del genere di operare in quel modo. Tenetevi ampiamente alla larga.

Our room was never serviced and we had to request towels on multiple occasions. The pillows were about 2 inches thick and not fluffy, and the bedsheets were substandard in that they were thin.
