Very clean hotel with a vast amount of amenities close by! Hotel offers free parking and a free light breakfast. Staff was super friendly and informative! Beds were really comfortable! I am pleased that we selected this hotel! We will definitely select it again!

Loving this hotel and the reason I scored a 3 and a 4 on some of the question is because the elevator that seemed to have been out of order for over a month... I was told by a staff member that it had been down for about a week, a guest that stayed there for longer than a month said differently. And the working elevator is WAAAYYY too slow!!! I mean... we can clone people, apparently, why can't we invest in an elevator that goes up and down a little faster? That was very annoying, especially when your Uber is waiting outside and you only have 30 seconds left to Uber's wait time... Other than that I loved every minute of my stay and I WILL be back... by then the elevator issues will have been resolved, lol!

Our stay was cool. I was not unsatisfied but I do feel like this hotel needs to be upgraded and some things could be better. The mattress and pillows were not that comfortable and the elevator broke down one day we were there. The breakfast is average.

Pool shut down for 4 days for cleaning, breakfast was mediocre, with poor layout. People getting waffles blocked a good portion of the rest of the area, eggs and muffins not kept up, let get empty, coffee bar not kept stocked

Nice property, rooms are wonderful! The breakfast lobby is pretty small, so it felt a little cramped, and I wish they had a hot tub. Beautiful view in the pool of the skyscrapers nearby though. Convenient location to the mall.

Nice hotel in excellent location, but only one elevator worked & it was very slow. Hotel has “smoke free” signs but the heavy smell of pot was in hallway & elevator. Stayed a week & had to ask for housekeeping after three days without.

Stayed here while in town for a work trip. Room was comfy and clean. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen. A/C kept the room plenty chilly at night. Wish the pool had more space for lounge chairs. Loved the water dispenser next to the ice machine. Parking was easy and plentiful and area is very convenient to get to where I needed to go.

The front staff when we checked in was very cold and direct. The staff we encountered afterwards were fine. The breakfast staff were friendly and very accommodating. The pool also was not available for use, which was a huge problem cause we chose the hotel specifically for having an outdoor pool. This was a huge let down for our grandchildren. Also, the elevators inspection dates expired December 2022, which my elderly mother chose to use the stairs.

I loved the convenience, the amenities, especially in the room - it had a separate freezer from the fridge!! and I liked the lobby area. Very convenient to grocery store and shopping. Didn't like breakfast. Compared to Home2 Suite by Hilton in Alpharetta, it wasn't good at all. No options for waffles outside the so-called healthy ones. Not much variety of fruit. And the hot items weren't that tasty. Plus the room had ants. Might be the entire hotel because I saw one crawl across the front desk as well.

My room was filthy. Counters were filthy, both beds had hair in them. Room had a weird smell. My family and I drove 14 hours and were too exhausted to move rooms. Also the room they had available to switch didn’t accommodate my family. We left at 5am.

My room had dead gnats in the shower and on the bathroom sink. My room smelled like mildew and there was a gas can hooked up to the air conditioning unit. I would not recommend staying here.

Our stay was just okay. Room was not that clean; we stayed for 10 days and they only came once to clean our room because they were short staffed. We had a leak in our shower that would cause puddles of water in the bathroom every time we showered. They finally came to fix the leak a couple of days before we checked out. I would not stay there again. Hotel could have been much cleaner.

My experience at this property was a disaster. The check-in process was very quick. Once I checked in, I walked to the elevators and noticed one of the elevators was not working. Literally waited about five minutes for the elevator to finally come down to the first floor. Once I got to the room, I wanted to sit down after a long drive. As I pull the seat out from the dining table, I noticed an order coming from the seat. Once I looked I noticed there were a lot of stains on this seat, so I pulled out all other three chairs and noticed the same thing on the chairs. All the seats were extremely stained and filthy. I took photos to share online. Then I go to the bathroom to shower, and I noticed three spots of blood near the toilet wall. I was pretty disgusted. I then wiped everything down with Clorox wipes. Once I get ready to go to dinner, I approached the elevators from the seventh floor. Now, both elevators weren’t working. I had a walk downstairs and back upstairs seven flights of stairs. Eventually, the elevator started working again. But before that, it was very loud in the hallway since my room was in front of the Door to the stairs. People were slamming the door open and closed, which was very irritating. I definitely expected a better experience being that I paid a lot of money for this room and they were sold out. This property would never see me again.

Really nice and homey. Love the black out shades. Didn't like the ants all the carpet in my room and the dirty utensils clearly used and not washed and upping entering the room to find crap in the sink where I had To call front desk to come clean it.smh

The breakfast staff. The girl assisting, the young man who kept everything clean. Also, good and delicious breakfast options.The housekeeping staff should be more meticulous with the cleaning of the suites. In ours, there were pieces of glass in the carpets and hair on the beds.

I purchased two rooms! One room was fine while the other—bed was horrible! Staff very pleasant; however, our toilet worked off and on, the bathroom had mold present and I was told—even though she have a Hilton account, they could not provide Hilton points because we booked through a 3rd party. I’m not sure I ever experienced this many issues and was told—oh there’s nothing we can do so needless to say, despite me booking two rooms and having two other parties book here with me as well for my graduation weekend—we will not be returning to a Home2 Suites in the future nor will I be recommending one. They booked here because that’s what I recommended and we all left with the same comments—horrible beds.

Excellent staff, and good property grounds. The problem was with the air conditioner making a constant noise and worst thing to happen while sleeping is smoke alarm blaring “low battery” warning at midnight. It took until 1:30 am to get things sorted out (although front desk person Ottis was amazing to help us. By the time it got fixed, our sleep was completely disrupted and got us super tired in the morning to drive 3 hours back home.

Definitely an older hotel, there are lots of signs of wear. Mattresses were really rough and old, not what we typically experience with Home2Suites. Service wasn’t great. They were either understaffed or didn’t have enough resources available. We asked for one extra pillow, as ours were very flat and worn, and was told there were no extras at all. A few days later we asked for an extra towel and after a loud, audible sigh we were told if they can find any that we would have to come to the front to get it. (We didn’t mind doing that, but they seemed very bothered to be asked) It’s a nice area outside of Atlanta in a great location, 15 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from two amphitheater venues, and only 2 hours from the mountains. I’d categorize it as a place to sleep in a pinch, but I won’t be booking here for any family trips again and will pick another hotel close by.

The room felt tired and worn out. There was no fan in the cramped bathroom so everything was muggy and sticky. The toilet buttons for flushing were discolored and rusted from the humidity. Just wasn’t impressed at all.

I frequently travel to Atlanta, and whenever I do, I make it a point to find a hotel that surpasses my expectations. My visits are usually leisurely, meant to help me unwind and escape the stressors of everyday life. This hotel exceeded my expectations and then some. The property was exceptionally clean, devoid of any noise, and the rooms were incredibly spacious. They felt like mini-apartments, complete with a dishwasher, dishes, microwave, freezer, and refrigerator. I will definitely add this hotel to my list of preferred accommodations for future trips. Thank you for providing a pleasant weekend stay.

We had an eight night stay Hotel was fine and the staff was fine. The only issue was they never cleaned room even though we requested it and we were scheduled after day four. We confirmed with them for the next three days and are still waiting for the promise to call us back! Very unfortunate

Staff was literally very unfriendly, room was not ready at the time of check in. Had to wait (which is fine) but, Zero apologies or greeting. Zero explanation of what they offer and amenities. Not even a single smile it was like I am getting a place for free. Totally felt unwelcome. There was no fan in the bathroom, tv was kinda of problematic with images being seems like it was damages somehow.

This is a great hotel and it’s in a great location. There wasn’t any noise outside but when I walked out my room, I smelled the strong smell of weed and the smell covered the entire 2nd floor. I couldn’t get any breakfast due to the overcrowded breakfast area.

Breakfast was subpar. Very few options and when something was gone, it was gone. The hot options were gone by 8:40 and there was no replacing them even after we asked. Only options were cold cereal, yogurt, bread, bagel and juice. Oh, and the toaster was broken to toast the bread or bagels.

Everything besides the breakfast was EXCELLENT. The breakfast was awful both days. At 9a what few things that was in the cases was yucky. My friends said it was bad at 7:30 am too. Everyone said the same thing. Only property issue was the stairwell was taped off. Sign said it was painted (2 days ago) didnt like using the elevator for the second floor. However I loved the room, the staff, the comfort & all the dishes & extras & the price. We will come back!! Maybe the breakfast will be upgraded.

I like the quietness of the location, the shower and the very professional and courteous desk staff. The breakfast all three days of my stay was horrible. Meat was rubbery & cold. The grits were basically inedible. I paid for breakfast I could not eat either day. Aside from the food all other needs were met
