They are remodeling the property, so a bit of noise but nothing major. I was out early morning and return at night. Strayed for 3+ days although at some point I heard it. Friendly staff which creates a great customer service, no doubt. Great location near the airport with great shuttle round to/from 7-days a week. Thanks for your hospitality!

I did not know they charged $22.00 for parking. Upon the final exit, the exoerience is unimagimable. To leave the parking lot, the gate will not open automatically like at the LaQuinta across the street. i had to park amd walk back to the outdoor attendant. He screamed unprofessionally for me to press help. There are no instructions. By time I got back to follow his instructions, I had to tell two other cars to press help that were experiencing the same issue. Put instructions out to direct people on how to exit at an airport hotel for goodness sakee.

Quick, easy, check-in no problems., parking is a little interesting. It looks like they. How's vehicles for the airport? So the parking lots are very full. They charge $25 per car, which really. If you're staying at the hotel, I don't think they should charge.

The property is nice even with renovations going on. Front desk staff helpful. Had trouble with shuttle from airport. When I called it was difficult to find someone to speak with or update me about shuttle status. It was after 9Pm and after waiting I ended up taking another hotel’s shuttle and paying to get to hotel. I didn’t trust shuttle to get me to airport on time for my departure or help me with wheelchair access so I took an Uber. Shuttle service and information about shuttle at front desk needs to be improved.

I didn't like that I had to pay $25 per day for parking and i spent 5 days there. It was also $24 per person for breakfast per day if you wanted breakfast there. which I didn't It is $50 per day deposit.

It's just ok. It was definitely affordable but.... Curtain was ripped and stained. Headboards had head stains. Soap dispenser didn't work. Arm chair had two stains on it. Tub had rust. Entry way door to bathroom was stained with fingerprints. Other than that, the beds and pillows were comfy. So that's a plus.

The room had cochroaches and tree bugs through out. Around 330am the hotel smelled of Raid (or something similar) and gave my wife a headache. We could not get confortable and left. We did not even think about sticking around for breakfast due to the infestation. Real downside, Hotels.com refused to refund the stay due to "strict cancelation policies" even though we didn't cancel.

My granddaughters and I stayed one night, the entrance and the lobby was clean, beautiful, but my room was horrible, the bed was dirty, the furniture was filthy. The tub filled up with water while showering, we didn’t have enough washcloths or towels, they were dirty as well. Not sure if I’d stay again.

My stay was a 10:30 pm check in and left nexy day at 8 am. My toilet didnt flush consistently but I was too exhausted to call and wait for maintenence. Next am the water just stopped in the middle of my shower. Not even drips. I had to rinse my hair out in bathroom shower.

I got checked in fine but then I went to my room and couldn’t believe even I opened the door and there were people in there! They put me in an occupied room. I had to go back down and get it fixed and was just offered an oops sorry! When we finally got into our actual room, the sound of the construction on the floor above us was so incredibly loud. Luckily we were leaving for the evening shortly after check in. There was a sign in our room that said construction would be happening from 9 to 5 but it started again at 8 AM as we were waking up. $25 is steep for parking for a single night when I’m always paying a regular rate too. Otherwise room was fine.

Service by the valet when I checked in was great! I had trouble with the air conditioner.... it seemed like it kept resetting and I kept having to get up to turn it back up... otherwise, for the most part my stay was great! I thought parking was quite expensive!

I want to personally thank the staff and administrators of this establishment. During the Helene hurricane I was working and unsure of what time I would check in or need to check out tje next day. It waa definitely outside the normal hours of 4pm and 10am. They worked with me and my company to accommodate so I could rest well and not have to leave by 10am. Thank you so much for this. Kevin

We waited at the check in counter for 35 minutes . The computer would not accept our reservation. Three hotel personnel worked on it while we stood watching their frustration level as it increased to equal ours.! Staff was kind although I think we should have been compensated in some small way.

When I arrived we were not greeted by workers. We struggled getting out of the car and were not helped or directed to carts. We had to look for them. At the desk, we were not told basic information restaurant hours. No continental breakfast as stated on website. Towel bar broken in the bathroom. The room was never cleaned . When we came in at 2 am, no towels trash over flowing beds unmade. . Staff blame each other why it didn't get done. . Checkout no one. at the desk stayed in the back until we yelled we had to get the airport. Rude. Asked about issues, staff said no manager call back at 3 . Not polite. Will never stay or recommend this hotel.

The only problem I had was a slow check in process. It took 30 minutes and there was about 30 people behind me. Apparently under staffed and several problems with some guests. Once I got to agent was quick. The room was nice and spacious and TV was massive, best I have ever seen. The restaurant staff was very hospitable. I would stay there again.

This property was doing some renovations during our stay. I can say the renovations didn't have a negative impact on the cleanliness of the hotel, well at least not the parts we seen. Our room didn't have the room number next to it, so we ended up passing our room trying to find it. The next day after we got breakfast, someone had taped the room number on the wall by our room. We found it funny. The issues we had were: 1. The water pressure. For some reason the water pressure went down as we used it. 2. Some of the sockets in the room did not work, like the main ones between the beds. 3. The clock didn't work either. 4. The phone didn't work. I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk for needs or questions. I mentioned to the agent that it didn't work and she didn't really acknowledge it. 5. I received a text the day of check in saying pretty much if I needed anything just respond to the text. Well, I sent a text and never got a response. So, my needs weren't met until the next morning when I went to the desk. 6. When the room was booked, the reservation included breakfast. In the morning when we went down for breakfast, The nice gentleman explained that we needed meal vouchers. The vouchers were not given to us when we checked in. So, of course had to go back to the desk and get the vouchers. The cost for the breakfast was like $42 or $44 a person, which I think is quite pricey. The staff all around were nice and our stay wasn't really bad. Rest. Eat. Leave.

Parking is secure, but you have to pay $22 to park. Hotel staff didn't mention that at any point. This is a great location if you want to stay near the airport. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and they have a restaurant with decent food. I would probably stay again.

The outside perimeter and bottle floor was well maintained However, once you get to any floor above the main entrance is filthy. We had a one night stay and I will never ever stay at this place again... never! The hallways has filthy carpet and I knew immediately the room would be nasty as well. Our room apparently is pet friendly and it smelled awful. The dirty stain carpet, dust on everything in the room, chairs full of stain and food probably from the previous guest, shower had more dirt than the floors. I had to wear a mask to keep from inhaling the odor. I guess they thought that having the AC unit on 65 degrees will over take the odor... wrong! The hotel itself is a big rip off by charging for everything... I mean everything! We checked out early just to catch fresh air. To be honest... look elsewhere for better accommodations, reasonable pricing, overall good experience, and never believe the photos on it's website... it's all a lie! There was more pets than people and it smelled awful 😖 😱 😨 😰 😢 😕!
