Parking was terrible… Parking was advertised as $25 a day maximum but turned out 50 or better per day !!! Terrible!!!! Homeless sleeping all in parking garage you’re paying for.. Could break in as they please!!! Excellent hotel service… BS parking!!!

I like the location and room was cozy and convenient. I did not like coming in after dinner and having to take stairs to the 6th floor, because the line for the elevator was so long. They have a hot spot rooftop lounge that is the culprit for the elevator line at night. Service was decent although they never delivered on one request the first night. The front desk staff was amazing. Any time earplugs are supplied by the hotel, it’s a heads up that the hallway or outside can get loud overnight. Guests were loud that Friday night going to their rooms for sure. Saturday night was fine or maybe the earplugs worked. ;-)

The good- The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. The rooftop bar has a great view. It’s very conveniently located to Lenox/Buckhead. The coffee bar downstairs is good. The bad- 2/3 of the elevators were not functioning - 1 to the guest floors and 1 to the rooftop bar. Consequently, when we came in at night, we had to wait for 20+ minutes for an elevator to our room because of all the patrons trying to get to the roof. The downstairs restrooms were trashed in the morning. Such that they were unusable. Instead of cleaning those, they were focused on minor stuff in the lobby. When we left our coffee (and my friend’s Stanley) on a table in the lobby for 2 minutes while we took bags out to the car, they were gone before we could come back to get them. $15 down the drain. The lighting in the rooms is so low that it would be very difficult for a somewhat visually impaired person. And both the floors where our group had rooms smelled so strongly of pot that it permeated our rooms from the hall. In short, if we hadn’t gotten such a good deal on the room, I’d be very upset. As it stands, I’m ambivalent but I doubt I’d stay there again without a bargain.

The hotel itself is beautiful but I wish we researched a little more before booking. If you’re looking for a party this is the hotel for you!! We were barely able to even catch an elevator because of how many people were there for the rooftop bar. Self-parking cost more than valet and you have to wait till about 2-3am if you want a parking stop if you have a larger vehicle. Altogether it was an okay experience.

We heard and read reviews that the top floor bar was relaxing and fun, we walked into a night club with 3 bouncers, profane music, and very inappropriate clothing immediately off the elevator. The room was absolutely disgusting, dirt on the floor, sheets smelled like a dirty washer, crusted who knows what all over the bathroom counter and floor. The tone of the individual at the front desk this morning was completely unprofessional. They did not want to engage, talked down to us, refused to do anything helpful, and rolled their eyes till we walked away. They should find a job they actually want to do. Disappointed.

Hotel Colee looks nice at first glance, but it’s mostly surface level. The room was dusty, the bathroom had cosmetic issues, and the pool was dirty with no towels or enough seating. By Saturday night, my room reeked of smoke, and the noise from parties and no other activities on my floor made it impossible to sleep. I even witnessed a line of women outside a room with what looked like a film crew. The lobby smelled like a weed lounge when I picked up my food delivery. I booked this weekend to relax and reset unfortunately, I left more exhausted. If you’re here to party, this might work for you. But if you’re looking for rest, peace, or safety—especially with kids—this is not the place.

The location of the property was a very good location with close proximity to restaurants, shopping, night life, etc. The property itself could make some changes that would be more than beneficial. Housekeeping did not do a good job at all. There was an entire hand of press on nails on the side of one of our beds. After the first night housekeeping went into our room, cleaned a little & moved the nails into the middle of the floor & left them there. We kicked them to the wall near the trash can because it disgusted us. The next day they again left the nails on the floor but emptied the trash next to them. Ultimately the nails stayed on the floor our entire stay. The tub was clogged so with every shower the tub would start filling & not release until we cut the shower off making us take quick showers. Some of the employees at the front were HORRIBLE!! The guy who checked us in was beyond rude & should not have a job interacting with anyone. Trying to ask him any question he would just cut you off. Another employee was just as bad - talking on the phone at the front then being rude to customers calling the hotel. It only seemed like one elevator worked at a time. All in all, a cute looking hotel in a good location but the workers are running it into the ground. I don’t recommend for that reason alone & won’t be back.

Great stay! The worst part of this hotel is the pool! It needs cleaning and to be kept up. Black napkins in the pool and around it. Pretty gross. But the rest of the hotel was awesome.

The hotel is good and in a great area. The staff was very nice. Room was standard. Good size. The issue was the humming noise coming from the HVAC. It would start and stop about every 5 minutes. We went to speak to the concierge hoping to change rooms. But, he said all the rooms basically made the same sound, some louder than others. So, moving wasn’t going to help. Needless to say, it was difficult to relax and specially to sleep during the trip.

Overall I loved the hotel. There were a few things that made me uneasy. It took a very long time for the hot water to come through in my bathroom. I tried to dine at Sisters, the doors were open there was a couple dining in, however the hostess/staff was nowhere to be found. My husband and I continued to wait, just for the hostess to come in about 5/10 later saying the restaurant was closed. Doors should have been closed or there should have been an indication that it was closed. Other than that beautiful hotel.

Unfortunately I stayed on the 11th floor which is the floor below the Rooftop Bar so constantly heard music until 2:00am in the morning chairs moving along with the air conditioning unit making weird noises but other than that this day was good hotel was nice clean

The hotel was nice, and the rooms were basic but nice. The issue was that they have a rooftop bar and restaurant and my room was on the top floor, directly underneath the bar. So guess what I heard all night until at least 3 am, every night of my stay??? Very LOUD music. And when I tried to call the front desk to complain, the line was busy. If you stay here, you should request any floor but the top floor.

Overall, my stay was just okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed them, which I truly appreciated. However, I didn’t receive the room I originally booked, and that was disappointing—especially since this trip was for my birthday weekend. The room I was given was extremely small, and the bathroom had no counter space for basic necessities. The faucet leaked whenever the cold water was on, so we had to keep a towel on the counter the entire time just to catch the water. The thermostat was also unreliable, which made the first night uncomfortably warm. I’m not someone who complains often, but I genuinely expected more for the price and the occasion. The best part of the stay was the bed—it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, this will likely be my first and last stay here. I’ll be sticking with Embassy Suites from now on. 👍

First thing first, valet parking was expensive per night. One person at the front desk that takes forever. The house keepers did not clean the room or change the sheets, I was getting ate up by something in the middle of the night. I called front desk several times and know one never picked up the phone. I finally got a response and they said no house keeping was on property to change my sheets m. So I just said I’ll change it myself. Customer service is horrible. Front desk will sit right at the desk and won’t pick up the phone. The bathroom was not up to part, the shower was stopped up and dirty. House keepers never came to clean my room. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It is a beautilful place but the workers are running it down.

I asked why my room is not ready?tThey said you only made reservation????But I've preapid for this room. Have no idea what the front desk is doing. Front desk service was terrible,, they have best attidtude towards customer!! When I finally got my room,and when up to check. But people were still cleaning my room. I went down again to the desk and they change my room. Please dont go!!! This hotel will make you terrible night

My experience at Hotel Colee, Atlanta Buckhead, Autograph Collection, was an absolute nightmare. Despite arriving for check-in at 6pm, I was blindsided with the news that my room wasn't available due to its supposed lack of cleanliness. The excuses provided, including some vague mention of a supposed contractual arrangement with airlines, were not only feeble but also entirely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, promises were made that a room would be ready by 9pm, yet I received no follow-up call, leaving me stranded and forced to incessantly inquire about room availability. It wasn't until 11pm that a room was begrudgingly provided, all without a shred of apology or acknowledgment of the sheer inconvenience caused. And to compound matters, when they finally gave me a room after 11pm, it turned out to be the wrong room, further exacerbating the complications and adding to the frustration of the entire ordeal. And let's talk about the so-called compensation—a laughable $25 voucher for drinks. Not only was it insulting, but it also underscored the complete lack of empathy and understanding for the dire situation I found myself in. As out-of-town guests attending an event, the hotel's failure to provide basic dressing accommodations was not just an inconvenience but a blatant disregard for customer needs. David Micheal and the other staff members were the best. Parking was are only issue, very expensive and confusing. But staff at hotel were very helpful with helping to resolve issues. Also let a necklace behind and the staff was very helpful in helping me get that shipped to back to me. So grateful

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The decor was so nice, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the hotel was extremely clean. The staff was able to give us tips on what to do in the area and assisted with any questions we had. Markel especially was professional and made the check-in process quick and easy. If you’re looking for a place to stay in ATL then look no further.

For Buckhead this was a really affordable option in a great location. The staff was great. The room was clean and nice. If I had to give it a ding, I would say the breakfast was not worth the price and the valet (run by a 3rd party) was not a good first experience and didn't match the service inside the hotel.

This hotel makes it look cool and hip but it’s now the 2nd time I stayed there on a business trip. The 2 restaurant have poor quality food. The walls in the rooms are made out of paper. I could hear my neighbor flush & shower. Not sure how this is part of the Bonvoy umbrella. The bar/nightclub they have on the rooftop can be loud even on the 10th floor so make sure to be on lower levels if you plan on sleeping

The property was perfect and cute! The staff was super friendly from check in, to the lobby bar, to checking out. The hotel overall was great with the exception of parking($50 a day) and the roof top bar ( the drinks were expensive and the girls were not friendly) however you’re in buckhead so that’s to be expected. Will definitely stay here again.
