Decent property,nice breakfast set up. The parking fee is ridiculous and when I stayed the pool wasn’t open that’s something that should be told before hand!!! Would I stay again probably not $55 a night to park is insane!

This is in a nice area, and takes about 20 minutes of driving to get downtown. Restaurants in walking distance are good. The reception is nice each night. Tip to get service with a smile. Breakfast is good. The omelette station is super nice. Go earlier to avoid the crowds. The pool is nice. Not too cold and plenty of sunshine on the deck. I don’t understand why they have to charge $35 per night to park yourself. That’s ridiculous. Do NOT expect friendly service from morning to check in by the little guy working that shift. He ALWAYS seemed like he was bothered by any request, even when we checked in! And when we told him our AC wasn’t working, all I got was. “I’ll send someone to look at it.” Not I’m sorry to hear that, let me get someone right on it, or anything. No urgency or apology. When we returned after a day out and asked if our AC was fixed, he just said they are working on it now. So we waited in the lobby. An hour later I go to ask how long it will be until we can get in our room, someone else told me that it is a building wide issue and they have never been in our room. We never received any update and 24 hours later it was kind of working. So our room was only 74 degrees. Most everyone else was very friendly, and I don’t understand why he is the face of this hotel.

The rooms are excellent. Great size. I always appreciate the suite with the extra room. There is one elevator that was out of commission the entire time I was there due to the floor being replaced. That made it less convenient getting up and down from the 12th floor

The Hotel Presentation A level up from Other Embassy across the country… as far as our room is concerned It was Nice minus the Toilet seat literally Coming off Toilet, The Hotel suffered Tons of leaks During Rain creating an unbelievable Funk Mildew/Mold probably should have an inspector come check it. There was a Power surge, and when we got back to our hotel after Being on foot for an entire day. we couldn’t get up to our room so we had to climb eight flights of stairs. I feel bad even more so for the ones who had to climb 15 flights upstairs old people sitting down in the lobby couldn’t go up to their rooms checking in couldn’t get up to their rooms. There has to be a continuous plan for this type of thing generators something this is ridiculous as far as the service not happy at all we spend our time with Embassy suites because of the breakfast and the hospitality and the way we’re treated and it was not this way with your guises establishment. The people working in the kitchen area or RUDE instead of letting people finish getting their food and finishing up doing whatever is needed to be enjoy breakfast, before closing time, the lady comes over and pushes two big doors in front of where the cooks are cooking peoples food still blocking people from seeing their food being cooked. people are still trying to get their eat and access condiments, and the workers are removing everything, so your standing like what’s the deal. Very uncomfortable being shoveled out! Livid

Hotel needs to be updated. I love embassy suites breakfast but this particular embassy’s breakfast was really bad. The waffle iron was broken, they didn’t have grits the second day we were there, no cheese available for scrambled eggs, and the omelet wasn’t as good as it normally is. I’ve stayed at several embassy suites throughout the country and this was probably the worst one. The tv reception or cable, kept going out, on both tvs. Front desk was friendly but slow. The one positive thing about this embassy, it has an outside pool. Traveling in the summer, having an outside pool is definitely a plus.

I’ve been staying at the Embassy over 10 yrs never had pest issues. A roach was in my room and I called front desk and the guy told me that maintenance wasn’t here till morning and they had the bug spray. Very angry he did come and kill it but it was the largest roach I ever seen in my life. He stated it was a wood roach very nasty and HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

The room was mostly clean; however, there were hairs in the bathroom floor and the sink by the seating area wasn’t the cleanest. There was also residue in the fridge. Upon arrival there was only 1 towel for 2 guests, but an employee brought a couple more when requested. The breakfast would have been great, but they were out of multiple items: bacon, cream cheese, brown sugar, and multiple other things. There were no coffee cups both mornings and the paper cups provided were not meant for coffee and the lids provided did not fit the cups. The staff was not keeping food stocked, instead choosing to chat and laugh with each other to the side of the breakfast area. The gentleman making omelets was wonderful. It would have been nice to have a different cheese offered though as the pepper jack was too spicy for my son to enjoy. The front desk staff at check in and check out were amazing. The valet attendant upon arrival was rude.

First room 629 the shower curtain was torn the table in the sitting room was dirty. Second room 805 was even dirtier plus the air conditioner didn’t work very well. For $200 this was the pits. I will be posting a Google review about this.

Outside of the hotel room cleanliness was great. Inside the room it was moldy with a moldy scent. Staff was exceptional especially in the breakfast area with cleaning and picking up dishes. Make sure you’re made aware that parking is $45 a night.

This was the worst hotel stay i have ever had. Upon entering the entrance smelled like weed. I had to find my own cart even though i paid $50 a nught for valet. I pushed my heavy cart with teo small children to the 12th floor and the front desk girl wrote the wrong number so i had to go back down. The room had blood on the sheets and towels. The room was dirty. The "free" drinks were the cheapest alcohol possible. The staff was rude and it was not in a nice area. I did not feel safe thrre with two small children. I asked the maid 3 times for new towels and sheets but never got them. I asked to speak to a manger twice but no response. I

Our fridge leaked during our entire stay. When it was brought to the staff at the front desk, I was told that it was normal and all they could do was provide us with extra towels. We had to walk over a wet carpet and even slide at times due to the area being constantly wet.

The hotel is lovely, and the staff was very accommodating. The main issue during my stay was that the air conditioning in my room was not functional, though there seemed to be no problem with cooling the lobby and other areas of the building. I shared my concer with the front desk and was told that there were "problems with the A/C and a technician had been called." The temperature in my room never dipped below 80 degrees, which was quite uncomfortable. Given the price of the room, this was unacceptable.

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Just 2 notes of concern 1)Both TV’s would work fine and then turn into pixels for 15 to 20 minutes. This happened constantly in the evening, just when you wanted to relax and watch a movie. Also, there was no hand soap at the sink. Luckily I had some in my luggage. Great location.

We have stayed here before and loved it, but this time, unfortunately, the sitting room area smelled like cigarette smoke. Thankfully the bedroom area was fine and we just shut the door between them. We checked in at 2AM after a flight, so we were too tired to try switching rooms.

I have been staying at this property almost three years. Over the last year there has been a common issue for myself as well as my business partners every stay. The room temperature cannot be controlled! No matter what you do, the temperature cannot be adjusted to reach less than 71 degrees. This is frustrating and causes a bad nights sleep. Next trip we will be looking at other options for our stay.

I booked this property at least a week in advance of my trip and they called me - just as I landed in Atlanta, at midnight - as I\'m trying to get a car to their hotel to tell me they moved me to another property 15 minutes away. They said they would pay for my car ride to my meeting the next day and then when I booked it, they said it was too far and they would not pay. They are the ones that moved me "too far" away!

We have stayed at several other Embassy Suites over the past 15 years. Our first trip as a couple was New Years Eve 2011. We stayed at Embassy Suites in Louisville KY, which was an amazing experience. We were greeted professionally and with lots of personality by the staff. The lady and gentlemen who hosted Happy Hour were more than cordial, the Chef for both breakfasts, reached out to all of the guests, even though it was an extremely busy weekend. This stay was matched in multiple other cities, to include Nashville TN, Murfreesboro TN, Cincinnati OH and several others. For this stay in Buckhead/Atlanta GA, other than the employee we spoke with at check-in, all other staff were just short of being rude. It was a very unwelcome feeling and to be honest, we couldn't wait to leave. We also paid $55 a night for 3 nights for valet parking. Upon check-in, the valet manager specifically stated our vehicle needed to be parked outside because it was too wide for the garage, of which we appreciated the concern. Unfortunately, the next 2 nights, we were literally ignored when we requested it not be parked in the garage. The last night, it was parked right up front, then when we went to check out the next morning, I looked out the door and saw it had been moved to the garage. Overall, staff rudeness and almost spiteful attitudes, uncomfortable bed and 1-ply toilet paper at the Embassy Suites in Buckhead/Atlata GA, essentially ruined what was to be an enjoyable weekend get away.

Property has issues. Leaking ceiling and had to change rooms. Also they took a credit card for incidentals at check in and never refunded it. I had to call and was told it was used as a room charge. Not good. Had to make multiple calls to get money refunded. Still waiting for it to be cleared off my card.

The hotel was understaffed big time for an event that was in the area. It took a while to get checked in. Then got to room and the air conditioner was broke. I was in a room for two plus days that would not go lower than 78 degrees. I couldn’t sleep at all! Then when I checked out they told me there was a charge from the pantry that I most certainly DID NOT DO! Thank goodness I checked out and was told because I would have been charged for something I didn’t but! But the lady did take it off the bill.

Came in I did not give valet permission to take my vehicle. We told them we’re traveling with 4 children including set of baby twins I need things let me go get checked in and we can pull truck to the side to unload. Went inside They just took the vehicle took 20 minutes and a lot of complaining to get it back due to they book parties in the middle area so now speeches are goin on while building is quiet except for my two crying babies with bottles missing for 20 minutes. Totally unacceptable I have very expensive valuables and money in my vehicle this was a liability to your guest. Manager gave me free valet and said they would add points never seen them.

This property is in the middle of a large shopping district in the heart of Atlanta. You have Lenox and Phipps Plaza Mall within a walking distance, shopping centers and food nearby and accessible. I felt safe during my stay, we had no issues related to safety. The staff was very nice and accommodating during our stay and they had a hot breakfast every morning.

This was a quick, overnight stay for the Peachtree Road Race. Because it was a holiday, breakfast started at 7:30 and ended at 10:30, so the runners missed it. However, they kept the breakfast open throughout the morning allowing the runners coming back to grab breakfast.I left at 11:15 and it was still open. This decision alone bought my loyalty and demonstrated their customer first mindset.

Nice hotel but bar was never open the whole weekend. Therefore couldn’t use my 2 drink per person voucher . No one answered the phone at front desk and lines were way long. I was not able to purchase my discounted aquarium tickets and had to pay full price at the aquarium. I asked at checkout if I could get a refund for the difference and was told no. There was limited bottle waters on the premise and no vending machines . There was a small store but I only seen water for sale the day of checkout . The sat night band was nice. Maria

The room was clean, courteous staff was great.. We even used room service from Ruth Chris. The service was great. Especially, we appreciated the help given to us by Joshua, the manager. The host in the guest reception hour was very nice as well.

Breakfast: Absolutely terrible. The so-called “live station” chef clearly needs a lesson in how to make eggs properly. The menu never changes — bruised oranges, a tinned-era fruit cocktail, the most basic breads imaginable, and coffee from a mass dispenser. The entire spread feels cheap and outdated. Room & Sleep Quality: While the rooms are spacious, they’re far from appealing. The bed and mattress were so bad that I left with a backache lasting a week. Comfort clearly isn’t a priority here. Facilities: The gym was acceptable, but only because it’s barely used — not because it’s well maintained. Strangely, there’s an ice machine on every floor but no filtered water dispenser. Guests are handed a single plastic bottle of water at check-in, and that’s it. Everything else is single-use plastic — cutlery, butter tubs, cups — so much for being eco-friendly. Value & Cleanliness: For a “basic” hotel, having a Ruth’s Chris Steak House on site is ironic — the restaurant standards far exceed those of the hotel itself. If only the rooms, breakfast, and cleanliness matched. Overall: A poor experience from start to finish. Overpriced, underwhelming, and yet another example of the USA charging premium rates for third-rate service. I won’t be back.
