We loved our stay, especially the free hot breakfast, comfy beds, and free happy hour drinks! The facility does need a few upgrades like heaters in the pool (it was freezing for me and the kids) and regular maintenance on the elevators (that went out for a few minutes during our stay). Overall for the reasonable price, we’d stay again.

The pool was not open for the entire time we were there except one day and it was a very strong bleach odor and once in immediately turned our jewelry black and skin to itch. The room was extremely hot to where I did not get any sleep. Very disappointed with the amount of money spent the overall experience was very very poor. Oh and I brought my concerns to the front desk and he told me “ok I made a note” no apology no effort to make the experience better. Nothing.

We came for a quick stay in ATL to pick up family. The GPS took us to the back of the hotel. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived around 4:30, but we didn’t have to wait much longer, maybe an extra 20 minutes. The clerk gave us candy and soda while we waited. One of the elevators was broken, so only two out of three were working. The room was clean and spacious, though several outlets didn’t work when we tried to charge our devices. They gave us vouchers for two drinks per person at the bar in the evening. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety and a buffet-style setup, plus a cook preparing omelets. The hotel is a little outdated, but overall, it was a nice stay.

We went for the night to let the kids play in pool. The pool was closed. Right when you walked in theywo closest bathrooms and water fountain were out of order. One elevator wasnt working. The room was stifling hot and the temperature couldnt be adjusted and shower was luke warm. We normally love embassy suites but this was disappointing. We wished we had stayed home and just drove up for the aquarium.

Everything was great. Rooms clean, staff polite and helpful, breakfast was awesome. The only issue was the elevator service. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable! Would definitely book again and recommend staying here.

The property from an external view looks amazing. However, our bathroom and bedding was totalling unacceptable. The sheets had dried blood stains, the tub had rust stains, the floor and counter in the bathroom has small roaches or someother insects crawling around after the lights went off. The customer sevice was a zero as well. We asked for the bedding to be removed and beds to be made up prior to the other issues during early evening, then went out for dinner. We walked into the room and the fresh bed sheets were simply placed on the counter for us to change out. I/we have stayed at previously at Embassy Suites around the USA and this is the worst experience we had at any other location and any other hotel. Warning check out your room for cleaniliness prior to settling in!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was just too awful to ignore. From the moment we checked in, the customer service was shockingly bad. The front desk staff started off good but as the night staff entered it got unhelpful, and acted like we were an inconvenience. No greeting, no smile. Things only got worse when we got to the room and me and my guess had to switch rooms 3 times. It was filthy and we spotted a couple of roaches which i have photos of. The floors were sticky, the bathroom smelled mild. Clearly not cleaned properly. Floors and furniture where stained. Totally unacceptable. When we brought these issues to the staff, they barely acknowledged it. Manager tried to accommodate but attitude was not the best. Very confrontational. Do yourself a favor – stay anywhere else. This place is a complete disaster and not worth your money. I will never return.

Walls and floors and not sound proof. If you plan on getting sleep, you won’t. Floors are sticky in main areas. Floors in rooms had ground in candy in the carpet. Hot tub was foamy with body oils and debris. No towels in pool area even after asking for some. Would not stay here again. Value for money spent was poor.

This was the best hotel experience I’ve had in a while. The only thing that was somewhat bothersome was that our rooms faced the courtyard- where guests were pretty loud and up late. Otherwise- Customer service, the rooms, breakfast, happy hour (and the bartender!), closeness of shops and restaurants, and the complimentary afternoon snacks made this hotel one I’ll definitely revisit.

The hotel is beautiful, but the furniture in the room was very dated and scratched up. The carpet in the room and hallway were very dirty, like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. The happy hour was very short staffed, which made a long line and irritated many of the guests. The breakfast was nice just crowded and the floor was sticky, needed to be mopped where the food was served. Stranger in lobby area asking for our room number and name, beware! Overall was quiet and pleasant.

Staff did not give good directions on how to enter the hotel after parking our vehicle so we walked around about 15 mins with a five year old in 41 degree weather trying to locate and entrance for the hotel. I also requested that my room be cleaned while me and my family celebrated my grandsons Birthday at Legoland. My family and I were gone for over 8 hrs just to come back to my room to finish celebrating my grandsons Birthday with a custom made cake for him in a dirty room. Nothing was dine trash wasn’t emptied and I had no towels. I called and spoke with a staff member who ensured me someone would be bringing me towels and emptying my trash . After calling three time and speaking to someone named Brittany at the service desk three bourse later I received my towels by that time it was around 19 and I was too tired to shower. While explaining to Brittany my frustration of my room not being cleaned she tried to insinuate that i may have had a do not disturb sign on my door which I did not. Drove over four hours to stay here just to disappointed with the service . Hopefully no one else quill have to endure an experience like this .

Arrived at 9 pm, several people trying to check in, only on employee at the counter. Got my key, went to the room and it wasn’t ready, pillows full of saliva and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Went to change the room, more people in the line also to change their rooms and I was told that I had to wait. Decided to leave that very same night due to the poor service. Management didn’t want to work with me, so I didn’t get a refund. Would avoid.

Issues 1) Breakfast on Jul 4 - there was a mis-communication amongst the front desk and the dining room - it was communicated to us that its from 7.30 AM to 10.30 AM, but on Jul 4th breakfast followed the weekday routine from 6 to 9 AM - when we went at 9.20 AM we were shocked to see it was already closed. Had to scramble to go out to eat with wife and child which we finally got only at 10.30 AM. 2) Elevators were very slow - we were on the 2nd floor and to just take that for 1 floor was downright painful. Please make the stairs accessible for this floor to the lobby and your guests will thank you ! 3) Remote for the bedroom TV was non-functional - we complained twice and the front desk told us someone would come over. No one came. We finally figured out the remote for the TV in the first room worked for the 2nd one as well so we could sleep peacefully.

Hotel is in great shape and room are nice and cozy. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Self parking garage is right next to the hotel and is close to the Marta line. I would stay here in a heartbeat if I need to return to the area!

It was a great option from us close to Atlanta downtown. The area next to the hotel has plenty of options for shopping and dining and we were able to get to the express way in less than 2 mins.

Overall our experience was ok. We were surprised with the perk of 2 free drinks each night during happy hour, however most nights there was only one bartender and a very long line that took forever to get through. On our 2nd day 2 of the 3 elevators broke. The one remained down the rest of the stay and the other one worked off an on but would still get stuck frequently. There was super long weight times to get up or down from our room. It says there’s a restaurant but the menu is very limited. The wings were phenomal though!!! The $20 a night to park is a little bit much since it’s their parking garage.

I love all the amenities especially the jacuzzi! Spent a night just for a local getaway. We had a great time! Breakfast buffet was delicious and on top of that the personalized omelettes are a huge addition to the breakfast buffet. Overall great stay!!

Very nice comfortable atmosphere. Pool was great , well heated. The breakfast was good, crowded but staff was excellent we never had to wait for any of the choices of food. Also, we enjoyed complementary teas, water and fruit throughout the evening , as well as our happy hour drinks. The restaurant offerings were limited but excellent. Shrimp pasta was delicious but the banana pudding disappointing . All staff members were very helpful with responding to any concerns such as, more towels, parking for our taller vehicle and lost items. Front desk gentleman were welcoming and cheerful. We really appreciated them. We had a very wonderful stay with our 3 girls We would definitely visit again .
