Hotel is beautiful & very well kept. Our room was clean, although the carpet could definitely use an update. The parking, in my opinion, was very overpriced ($35 for self $45’ish for valet). Check-in was very quick & easy, however, the girl that we checked in with was extremely rude. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Went when construction was supposed to be finished, it was not and the construction could be heard from everywhere on the property. Room was smaller than it looked in the pictures, said a roll-away was available, but not sure where you would have put it? Front desk employee that checked us in was very uninformed. Forgot to mention club suit amentities, couldn't clearly explain room/pricing options, and charged both rooms for daily parking even though we had 1 car. Food was served in the library. Was asked several times to pay for breakfast when it was included in our stay. Garden was closed for the entirety of our stay because "weather"; I went on long walks in the area surrounding the hotel everyday with a jacket and had no issue. No space at all outside of the room to sit and read quietly. I'm sure after the renovations it will be much nicer, but we did not enjoy our stay. I will say breakfast was better than most.

I love this hotel. It’s super nice, has a large gym with men and women’s saunas and a really cool Japanese garden. Walking distance to some restaurants as well. This will def be my go to restaurant in Buckhead

The room was newly renovated and luxurious. The grounds were also serene and beautiful. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was superb - in walking distance to Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza and Buckhead Village. There’s also a free shuttle service that will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius.

No one came to clean our room after we left in the morning and returned in the evening. When we called to the front desk we were told cleaning the room was not on our reservation. Of course we would have requested our room to be cleaned. Does that mean we would have been charged extra for a clean room?This is supposed to be a 4 or 5 star hotel. You have to reserve cleanliness? Stupidest thing I ever heard. Based on that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless they like rooms that aren't cleaned.

The hotel was lovely but there was black mold throughout our bathroom. My son’s girlfriend has severe asthma and the mold triggered an attack to the extent she couldn’t breathe properly all evening. It was very disappointing because the staff and remainder of the property were lovely.

Will definitely come back! Room was very comfortable, clean, and modern! Smart TV with casting capabilities, USN-C charging ports on nightstands with multiple standard plug-in as well. Excellent lighting/ambiance and a very comfortable bed. The only downside to this property is parking. In addition, there are renovations going on but it does not impede Check-in or appearance. Great stay!

Very convenient for our purpose (nearby business mtgs the next day) and received an upgrade to the club floor. Room was spacious and comfortable. Lobby bar was nice and breakfast had country fried ham and red eye gravy!!! Very good value for a place I seem to remember had higher prices in the past.

This is my first time staying at the Hyatt. I had a great experience. Upon check-in, they shared with us about a chauffeur service they have if you are wanting to go within 2 km of the hotel, this by far is the best feature I’ve had at a hotel Joe (the driver) was fantastic, I’d stay here again, simply because of the service.

Overall, the Grand Hyatt was a great experience. The room was newly renovated and a perfect fit for our needs. The staff were courteous. The location is great. Newly updated nice rooms . Food wasn’t good . They charged for daily water which is not customary for a 5 star hotel .During peak pool hours they had water classes to advertise products with really loud music and filmed everyone at the pool . Should have classes early in the day .

Great location in Buckhead but a bit dated. The property was undergoing renovation while we were there so not all amenities were available. A coffee shop or market that is open for more than a few hours each morning would be helpful. It would also be nice to have a bathrobe in the room. On the plus side, within walking distance of the malls, lots of restaurants, etc. Service was excellent when we did choose to dine in the restaurant.
