Convenient location. Property looked a worn down. Also ATT internet to serve their business functions including checking in, making keys, printing bill, etc was down for the entire stay (2 nights). Every time one wanted to get in their room, a staff member had to escort you to let you in. Apparently, this wasn't the first time this happened. Poor business practice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the room and the location was great. The gym was locked and the staff said the lock was broken and it was unavailable. The breakfast was the usual great fare of choices however the attendant seemed bothered by his job and was rude to some guests. He also delayed refilling items intentionally even when politely asked. Overall the room and location were great.

The hotel was at full capacity but only had one elevator working and it was extremely slow. Also the tv in the roo. Was malfunctioning only showing a blue screen, with no way to fix it.

2nd elevator not working.very long wait time. Another guest said it wasn't working 2 years ago and not working last year. We spent 3 nights and had no room service..no extra towels, no garbage taken out and no beds made. Definitely changed my opinion of aanti g to stay at a Hampton.

This hotel is outdated. The ice makers on most floors were not working. The sink in the bathroom was very loose and the carpet in the bedroom was dirty. The staff was excellent. When we went to check in with 3 people they wanted to give us a king rooom w/o a pull our sofa they eventually were able to accommodate us.

Needs an overhaul. In room 303, mold in bathroom by tub. Vanity missing a foot. Furniture beat up. 2 out of 4 lamps worked initially and then they got a 3rd fixed. Made for a dark room. Hall carpets were filthy. Food was not Hilton quality.

The bathroom was dirty. There was hair all over the floor, stuck on thw shower wall, in the bathtub. There was thick dust and hair on the shelf below the sink. I let them know, and the response was I'll let management know. No one cleaned it. The pillows and bed were worn out and terribly uncomfortable. A lot of light came in from the window and the very large crack under the door. Needless to say, we barely got any rest. Went to breakfast just before 9:30 and everything was empty. We ended up buying breakfast elsewhere. I tried adding pictures, but the app wasn't letting me.

I have had way better. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The air condition/heat unit made a loud obnoxious noise. So loud that no one could get good sleep and the ice machine was broke. When checking out, the staff at the desk cooodve cared less if I was there or not and the cleaning staff was in a hurry to rush me out of the door.

This older Hampton Inn in well located close to the Perimeter Center area, and the cost is very reasonable for this location. Some additional updating both in common areas and in rooms would be nice. Sound proofing could be better, as the hallway on our high floor was noisy well after midnight the night of our stay.

This Hampton Inn is so good when you have stayed at 2 grody extended stays in the area. Only complaints are there wasn’t a complete blackout curtain there was a sheer in the middle and the road noise bothered me, sounded like motorcycles

Clean enough, very friendly staff, comfortable, the room doors are very close together, so you hear everything, also I had an adjoining room for some reason and the walls are very thin. The television was on all night, so it was quite loud. Lost sleep.

Overall a good solid stay. comfortable bed clean room. plenty of hot water and water pressure. the only inconvenience is there are no outlets or USB ports near the beds to charge phones and other devices. there was 1 free outlet in the corner of the room. hotels isn't that old so it seems very odd to have lack of outlets. again overall a good clean safe stay. I would stay here again but will bring a power bank with me.

At check in Bridgette was extremely rude. Did not want to help anyway and made us all wait for no reason. It’s all on her time. The furniture in our room looked like Ratatouille came for a snack and the room had an odd smell. Would not recommend this facility again.

Sophia & Brigitte were kind, more than prompt, and ready to assist! Lorain was just excellent-extremely personable, and made my day! I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived! I was able to text for any request I had. Housekeeping was friendly staff. And Breakfast was so lovely~hot foods, healthy choices, and a warm host with a nice dining area. The view was really nice, the room was very clean, and the hotel overall was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better stay.

The minute I walked into the hotel, 2 people greeted me that worked there. The pretty girl who checked me in was so friendly and nice and thanked me for choosing that hotel!!! That was a first for me and she needs to train other people on how to greet guests. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. You will be glad you did. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

Light Builds for Desk top light needed to replace when we arrived at room. We had many luggages so that looked for luggage cart but not available at front entrance area. I asked one of hotel front lady if she could find one but she responded to me she didn’t know and no solution provided at all. Totally lack of hospitality and service, very disappointed my stay and did not meet to Hilton quality.

The Hampton Inn Team helped make our stay an awesome one. They were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was scrumptious (loved the oatmeal in particular). I reserved this property for family that had an emergency and had to go to the hospital nearby, paid in full with my credit card and put the reservation in their name. They REFUSED to let them check in without me being present with my card used and then the front desk lady said that my cousin and her special needs kids could sleep in her car as far as she was concerned. My cousin left in tears and I quickly was able to get them a room at the Holiday Inn Express with no issues at all. Now Hampton is refusing to refund my money because it was past the cancellation period.

This hotel is very close to Dunwoody MARTA station if you need public transportation. It was also quiet during our stay as it’s in a business district and we stayed during a holiday weekend. Definitely would stay again. Only complaint is the beds are not super comfortable but OK.

This property was very well located near shopping and dining experiences. We were within 2 miles of everything we wanted to do after spending our days in the Atlanta area. Great shopping variety and my wife and I felt safe the entire time. Easy to drive into Atlanta from here. We are looking to come back to Atlanta in the fall and will likely stay at this hotel again.

My partner and I went to this hotel based on the reviews but we were very disappointed because there wasn’t any hot breakfast available the two nights we were there. They did have options but everything looked old. I heard from other guess that the truck didn’t come and I understand that but that should have been communicated at check in. Also the thermostat in our room wouldn't stay on cool which was very annoying. The area of the hotel is great the bed slept really good and the shower pressure was good but I do not see myself returning here.

Friendly staff. Check in was easy. Clean room. Only negative was kitchen staff. When we arrived at breakfast 8am. Out of sausages and potatoes. Milk container was empty. Person in kitchen wasn’t very helpful, says guess I need to make more food. Took about 2 reminders to fill milk container.
