Everyone was helpful. The front desk staff did a great job of *listening*, which was very refreshing. The room was great, and the housekeeping folks were very helpful. Two gripes: 1) The American flag in front of the hotel was tattered at the edges. Replace it immediately, please! 2) The elevator controls were problematic. About a third of the time, the elevator did not accept my card. I had to use a different elevator. Another third, it liked my card but did not accept my floor selection until another guest selected theirs. Annoying.

The hotel needs to advise guests that the airport shuttle doesn’t go to the International terminal. You get dropped off at the domestic terminal and have to shuttle to the international terminal through another transport service. I understand it has to be that way, but that needs to be made clear to guests who are booking the hotel with the need for airport shuttle service.

My stay was great! Customer service was very informative and helpful when I called and asked for transportation. Also airport shuttle is provided from the airport and to the airport. Driver was excellent and on time. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant in the lobby was a bit pricey but the food was excellent. Overall an immaculate stay everything went very well and I will be booking again if I take another trip to the Atlanta.

Just stayed a night while transiting through ATL so cannot review deeply. Only issue I had was that the airport shuttle picked us up from the International Arrivals terminal, drove us past the hotel and dropped us at the Domestic Terminal where we then took another shuttle back to the hotel! All in all, I had to wait for some 40 minutes to reach the hotel. I could have taken an Uber or a taxi for about $10 instead of waiting for this shuttle.

I recently visited to Hilton Atlanta airport for a conference and stayed in a corner junior suite. The shuttle from the airport was quick and convenient. Every single staff member that I interacted with was kind and courteous, despite there being 800 of us making a variety of requests. My room was spacious, very comfortable, and surprisingly quiet even though it faces the airport. The gym was small, but I was able to get a decent work out in. The hotel only has one restaurant, which is surprising for a convention center hotel. That said, the food was very good and, again, the service was wonderful even with a large group like ours. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Convenient for an airport stay! Parking was $10/day to park while we flew to LAX for 5 days! Shuttled over to airport so we didn’t have to park at the airport! Shuttles runs every 30 minutes. Way way way too easy!! The on-site restaurant was yummy too: portions were more than plenty! Bar drinks were great too! We stayed the night before our flight departed which made our stay stress free. It’s a good thing we came early because we experienced a faulty tire which set us back 2 hours.

The best thing about this place is the security guard in the parking lot and the electronic entrance. I only needed to be in the hotel room for a few hours of sleep and then move to my next city. 1. I booked a handicapped room on Hotels.com, but I got a room near the stairwell that was dirty, and it was beside a huge industrial fan that was drying up the carpet in the hallway from some kind of wet carpet or flooding situation. 2. Why put a single woman near a starwell exit? That is dangerous. 3. I called about the room being dirty AFTER I took off my clothing. I checked the bed first, and the sheets were clean but old. When I called, they offered to put me in the room that was in front of the industrial fan. The security guard would bring up the key. My response: I was too tired to recloth myself and move everything to an even worse location. Just give me a discount, and I will be ok because I am scared to see how the other rooms look. As a member of the Hilton Honors,this is not something I expect. She said she had no record of me being an honors member. 2. The sink was stopped up and dirty, as was the tub. The floor was also dirty, with food on it. 3. The bathroom was dirty all around. I cleaned up the toilet and the sink enough to get through the 5 hours of rest I needed. 4. I was disappointed in that the hotel is pricey but not clean. 5. As a former housekeeper in a less expensive franchise, I know what can be done in the turnaround time, and this was not sufficient.

I checked in at 1am after a cancelled flight to find the room dirty, bed slept in and bathroom towel used. I went back to the front desk for a new room, to get back up to the room and the key didn't work. Extremely frustrating experience after sitting on the tarmac for 5 hours. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, they felt bad. The hotel itself was nice and modern.

The room was dirty and ugly. It had no plug for the bathtub so we had to wait for someone to bring one to us and it took over 2 1/2 hours. The trash cans had no bags in them. The ceilings and walls had many stains and unpainted spaces. It was loud and the beds were uncomfortable.

Overall my stay was nice. However, in the room I have 2 complaints. Complaint #1 is that the shower door was so difficult to open and close. I thought I was going to pull a muscle trying to get it to work. Complaint #2 is that the Kleenex was never replaced in my room during a 3 day stay. Overall, I have one major complaint and it is the noise level when you stay in the rooms across from the front desk and bar area. The rooms on the 3rd floor. I could hear all of the kids screaming and playing, all of the people laughing / talking and in the morning all of the dishes clanking during the breakfast hours. I had to turn up the TV to drown out the noise. I definitely would not recommend the rooms on the 3rd floor across from the bar area. I still would recommend this hotel as it is very nice and the staff are always cordial.

This hotel is spacious and beautiful. I was taken aback by how many simple offerings just in the check in areas alone. The hotel room itself was perfect. Not too overdone, good size, USEFUL furniture that was comfortable as well as functional. Very quiet. Bed was awesome, I slept like a baby!

Hotel is average. Rooms are big and bed is good. Pillows too high. Terrible noisy air recycling system that could not be switched off. I slept very poorly. Reception said all rooms are the same. You only get free water the first day. I stayed 4 nights and no new water or coffee was given. I will choose another hotel next time.

Check in was horrible. I was giving a room key. When I went to the room, the room was occupied by someone else. I went back to the desk to notify them about the problem. The lady told me I should go back up and the key would work. I went up and I still couldn’t get in. Security met me at the room and they confirmed someone was in the room. Myself and the security guard both went back to the desk and they finally gave me a new key to a new room.

For amount you pay this place didn’t even offer a cup of coffee for breakfast. Met at the dinning room asking if I was paying the 22 dollars for the seat breakfast and buffet. Never been greater in that way after paying for a Hilton hotel stay.

Nothing stood out as overwhelmingly great, but overall no complaints, other than the restaurant operates only during certain hours (we I get), but grabbing 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips was $35 .. is that the new norm? What a lovely hotel. Much much better than your average airport hotel. Reception were wonderful, received an Expedia room upgrade to a top floor suite. Fantastic room. Bar staff were lovely too. Definitely stay here again
