Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Perimeter Center

Parking was some distance away from the hotel. Had to go up and down a series of stairs to get to and from the hotel but on the whole, not a bad experience.

The ONLY reason that I booked this hotel was the fact they tout that they have an indoor pool. The pool was murky and stunk THROUGH a glass wall and a door. I was so upset because my son was looking forward to swimming. The rooms were halfway touched up with paint and dirty. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower here. I’m so disappointed in this visit. I expected more from a Hilton hotel.

The hotel itself was wonderful. Very clean. Very friendly staff. In a great location. The only drawback is the parking. The lot and garage are located up a hill from the hotel. It wasn't a huge inconvenience but I would have felt a little uneasy walking to or from my car alone at night. It's pretty well lit, but there were some blind spots on the walk. Overall though, no complaints. Would absolutely stay again with family or friends.

ALL of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The fitness center was very nice. The pool water was cloudy and murky. It didn't look safe to enter.

Leaking faucet in room, Keurig coffee maker not working, shower curtain fell apart (wasn’t buttoned together), ice machine on 2nd floor not working, awkward set up with loading / loading at front door with parking up a hill. The crew was stellar however. The fitness center was also very nice.

I have stayed at several Hilton hotels and this one definitely does not live up to the caliber of the Hilton brand. The location is not well-kept. The surrounding area of the hotel is very dark and sits quite a distance from the parking lot, which is also dark and at the top of a hill. This is very concerning for a woman who may be traveling by herself. The hotels grounds are in need of maintenance. Whatis shown on the site is only in part of how the grounds look. The room I was placed in had a faint sour odor and the manager refused to give a refund after I requested to check out early; this was after I was previously told that I would be given a refund by another front desk associate. . He told me that could place me in another room,since he had several vacancies. Given the lack of upkeep, I can see why there are so many vacancies and why the price was so low. I do not recommend this location.

Shower had hair in it upon arrival. HATE parking! That hill that you have to walk up is crazy!!

Check in was a smooth process and the bartenders are skilled. Clean hotel so enjoyed my stay

The parking was horrible. You have to walk up and down a steep hill to park. Limited handicap accessible parking.

Walked in and instantly was met with bugs a nasty tub , sink , as well as a disgusting stains on the bed. I was moved to another room on a different floor just to meet more bugs and dirt. I usually don’t have bad experiences when staying in Hilton hotels.

The room smelled terrible like a dirty carpet. I asked to be transferred to a different room but was unable to get accommodated. All they could do was bring me a bottle of a spray that smelled nice but only lasted a few minutes and made sneeze a lot!

I was give a room after waiting more than five hours for it, that was not clean the waited another our after reporting it to have it cleaned. Finally I was moved to a new room.

Great area and location. But while it was a nice room(size and style), it was not clean, i found a random sock in the bed. Long black hairs everywhere and the phone didnt work to call front desk. I will not be staying there again.

This hotel was dirty. It is in need of updating and a deep cleaning.

The rooms have a weird smell. I changed rooms twice due to the foul odor and hair being left in the bed. The flooring and carpets in the rooms and hallways really need to be cleaned or replaced, I’m sure it’s contributing to the bad odor. The staff were very nice and friendly. They were very understanding with my concerns. Housekeeping was okay, they didn’t clean my room during my stay one day even though I asked them to multiple times. The next day they came to clean and did a mediocre job. I enjoyed the free parking and the free water at the front. This hotel has a lot of potential but it needs a lot of work that I’m sure is beyond what the front desk can help with. The area is very nice though with lots of shopping and restaurants.

I would have given 5 stars but they have roaches. When I went to the front desk to report it the employee said they have received other complaints of roaches

We usually always stay here when we come. This time the tv didn’t have all the channels and when I called about it they said they would send someone but no one showed up

Okay for a one night stay. The property is definitely dated. Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The room itself was very clean. However, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Bed and pillows were comfortable, but the bed covers were not as described and had bumpy bits in them. The biggest problem was the parking situation in a garage or lot up a hill and not really part of the property. Felt unsafe at night, especially for a woman by herself.

Overall, my stay was decent. The mini fridge was not the best as far as the waynit was sitting on a rack on the cabinet shelf, which made it weird to open. The cable was horrible and kept going in and out while i was trying to watch the football game or a movie. Also, the channels were very basic and it didnt have the ID nor Oxygen channel. The walls are thin and could hear folks runnong and yelling out in the hallways. The air conditioner sounded like a loud industrial fan.

This was our second stay very satisfied the only problem we had both times is the water draining out the shower quickly. Water is still there until you finish showering don’t like that at all.

Great room

The hotel was nice when we first walk in but when I got into my room and tried to settle in, my bed was very hard and squeaky felt as though it was going to cave in, the bathroom shower curtain was broken, the curtains in the room wouldn’t let up, and then only 5-8 channels were working.

Road noise from 285 loud.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The window was left open though but other than that, very nice stay.

The lobby looks updated, but the rest of the property needs a serious refresh. The carpet in the hallways is old and faded. The room smelled musty, and the AC was super noisy and struggled to keep the room cool. The bathroom showed signs of water damage on the baseboards and door. Not sure how the outlets behind the nightstand passed an inspection (see photo). The parking garage is up a steep hill and not immediately connected to the facility. Breakfast was an additional $16 per person if you wanted it, this cost was not worth a buffet style breakfast when there are so many better options in the immediate area, so we didn't partake. This was our first time staying at this hotel, I personally expected more out of a Hilton, and we'll opt for a different hotel in this area next time.

Front desk lady was just super rude

Recently we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Atlanta Perimeter Mall Center. The experience we had was not what we expected. I’d like to share what happened below. Room was not cleaned, bed sheets didn’t fit, phone was not working, floor divider broken Desk staff needs additional training and learn to manage different situations Customers should be made feel comfortable no matter where they booked their reservation through We were made feel invaluable by the front desk clerk and manager become we booked through Expedia. We were refused a room change and treated unfairly because we didn’t book directly from Hilton website Charles the shift manager offered to credit the first night due to poor interaction with desk clerk; however, Steph the hotel manager refused as he felt because we booked through Expedia we didn’t deserve the credit an estates the same to Expedia. I will be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau about this hotel. Obviously there are some safety issues and rooms are not up to par with the Hilton brand. Also staff needs and requires new training and equipped to handle different situations but most importantly treat all customers the same no matter where they booked through.

The property was nice. Rooms were clean , large. They messed up a lot though. We checked in at 350( check in at 4) and room wasn’t ready which was fine but when we returned that night our room had been occupied. No other doubles available. ( they “oversold” ) they said. They did give us a king but then charged us for such. We moved to a double the next night which they also charged us for a king. I went down the next night once I realized the overcharge and was waiting to be edited on , this is 1130 at night. A huge party had just checked in. I heard one of the workers say to the other “none of the doubles are clean”. So they are either way understaffed or inefficient.

Terrible customer service experience. After requesting many times for the invoice I was informed I would receive it by e-mail. Now, after trying their customer support and calling the branch I still don't have my invoice and the deposit has not yet reimbursed, 2 weeks of waiting and nothing... Don't fall for scams, avoid this one.

This was our second stay at The Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta center and it went pretty much the same as our first. Great. Manager, Fred provides phenomenal customer service.

The staff was so professional and was always available. It was the perfect choice for accommodations.

Great location for games/concerts at Truist Park.

This was a wonderful stay. Very clean and bright and a convenient location. The only thing that I would change is having to pay for parking or continental breakfast.

Price was worth the money ans it was close enough and far wnough from downtown that made it easy to maneuver theough town. Great location

The entrance had a nice welcoming fireplace given it was cool/raining outside. The location was convenient for travel around Atlanta. The staff was friendly. I would rate it more a 4.5 for price/value, location.

The property is very clean and nice. We were on the backside of the property and the noise from the interstate was quite loud.

one way streets made exiting property difficult until learning to exit from rear of parking lot to access Ashford Dunwoody Rd. Breakfast is additional $16 per person, which was not disclosed until checking in.

The breakfast was off from Hilton normal day of operations. Plastic utensils.

The restaurant & bartender was really delicious. Clean rooms, quiet.

The stay was great except for the fact that charge $12.95 up 16.95 for breakfast and nothing is fancy about I’ve received breakfast from other hotels for free and offered more than what this hotel offers for breakfast.

All around good stay, tv was small and did not have Netflix. Despite being identical to other hiltons Breakfast, it is not free. Rather high price at $16. Mc donalds is close at least.

The breakfast service was not good. I Paid for made to order food and the cook left not completing my order. I waited while another staff tried to make it but it was terrible. So by then my other food was cold. It was a waste.

The whole staff is amazing ! Clean , organized , professional , friendly and welcoming. Breakfast Is delicious and the evening “The great American Grill “ ambiance is done nicely and the menu’s food and drinks are fire ! (Fire=..in this regard, ..excellent

I picked this hotel because it was just a 1.5 miles from the hospital. I was disappointed that the continental breakfast that was available was $16.00. As expected, everything a la carte was highly overpriced, which made me seek food elsewhere. However, the super sweet girl at the front desk who offered a slightly later checkout time so I could sleep, while waiting for news from the hospital, was exceptionaly helpful. As for the room, the first thing I noticed was the 1.5 inch, or so, gap under the door. I had to roll a towel to keep the hallway light from shining in. The king-sized bed was very uncomfortable and the choice of pillows were a very small slab of concrete or an empty pillow case. Since I was nervous about the hospital visit the next day, I wasn't getting much sleep anyway. The room was pretty quiet (I could hear the highway noise, but it wasn't too bad) and as clean as the average hotel room. There was some minor imperfections with the bathroom tiles. The refrigerator wasn't cold and was very unstable. All in all it was an average hotel stay for what I paid ($120). As a side note, I really did think the continental breakfast was free (I wouldn't have booked here if I knew it wasn't), so afterchecking in and the man said it was $16 I looked up the listing again in the Hotel.com app and sure enough, it said Continental Breakfast for a fee... my mistake. But I also noticed that the price jumped up to more than double what I paid. I would NOT pay $250+ for this room

Very nice hotel in a great location. Only criticism was breakfast. The breakfast buffet was not good. Powdered eggs, weird tasting gravy, and the sausage was… For the quality, breakfast should be complimentary. $37 bucks wasted. Definitely had better at lesser hotels. However, the staff running it were friendly and did a great job.
