Friendly staffs with nice facilities. Love they have Starbucks on the 1st floor. Gym is open for 24 hours and also a few dining options are available. Thers was only one thing I would like to share my concerns: sustainability. You might want to consider replacing the individual soap bars with refillable handsoap dispensers. Also, please don't pre-warm up or cool down the room during housekeeping. The guests can adjust the room temperature upon their arrival. I feel bad too to see the AC had been turned on for almost an entire day when nobody's there. Other than that, I am over all satisfied with my stay.

I didn't like that they charged so much for parking, plus it wasn't enough parking. Cars were on the curb, to far to walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean, decent atmosphere. I enjoyed the gym and the inside heated pool there. The food was also good. Planes flying every few minutes, which was understandable but kind of nerve-wracking being in the 10th floor with window on that particular side. Overall it was okay.

Needed to be near Atlanta airport for an early flight back to NY. We wanted a hotel with a pool to hang out at for the afternoon so booked this hotel about a month prior to our stay. Upon our arrival we learned the pool was closed for repairs. We received no email notice and no one mentioned it at check in. We also needed to park our rental for about 2 hours until we had to return it and it cost $26 for 2-hours.

We chose this hotel specifically for the indoor/outdoor pool and although the weather didn't cooperate, we still had a good time. What the hotel lacks in newness, it makes up for in the welcoming staff and quality of food. Room was clean and well-presented. The pool had a bit of debris but that was likely from the wild weather. The only thing that was a bit bizarre were the communal microwaves in the hall near the soda machines but I suspect those come in handy for people stuck at the hotel after an airport snafu. 5 stars for the staff, 4 stars for the hotel itself and maybe 3.5 for the price point.

The hotel itself is nice. But keep in mind you are REQUIRED to pay for parking. $35 for self park or $41 for valet parking. Due to this I wouldn’t stay here again.

Our room had not been cleaned by previous guests and probably not in a long time. Layers of dust on furniture and light fixtures. The worst was all the STAINING and hair in our bedding. We went to the front desk to complain and were told nothing could be done we’d have to speak to a manger who wasn’t in til the next day. I even showed the front desk clerk photos. She cringed with the photo of the blood stain. How can a Marriott Manager not authorize your front staff to make things right for your customers in your absence? Expedia tried on my behalf to get ahold of a manger for 3 weeks! No return calls or emails. No accountability from Marriott.

The mattress was filthy covered up by sheets. When I went to the front desk they told me they were sold out and no more rooms available. So it caused me to make a pallet on the floor to sleep for night. This was a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation because I traveled with guess.

Although the property is older, they have some upgrades. My room was extremely clean, it had hard paneled floors (wood) but the decor was very dull, they need to hang up some pics to give it more of a cozy feel. However, the bed was very comfortable. They also need to update their worn towels, although they were clean, they were OLD and hard. I could hear the toilet flush from the rm next to me which was a bit annoying while I was in the room. The indoor and outdoor pool (which connects) is really nice with plenty of comfy lounge chairs and towels. The front desk staff was very nice especially Emmanuel who exceeded in excellent customer service. I would suggest they get one of those electric diffusers that hotels use to make the lobby and outer areas smell good because this hotel is dog friendly and it's always nice to walk into a hotel that actually smells good. The restaurant food was very good with awesome choices and great drinks.

Atlanta Airport Marriott was absolutely excellent! A very quiet Room 747 with a very quiet heating / A/C, and which could be made completely dark. Perfect for a restful night’s sleep after hectic travel! Only two issues: no towel bars for the bath towels, and there was no (obvious) switch to turn on the night-stand light (looked all over.)

I was only in Atlanta for one night for a graduation. Wanted to stay longer because of this hotel! Everything was amazing. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable!! Staff was extremely nice. Special shoutout to shuttle driver Cortez, he was very friendly and made sure I made it to the airport safely. Thanks again!

We stayed here while in Atlanta to spend some time at Six Flags. We checked in late after a long day at the park and the staff got me up to my room in less than 5 minutes; this was while a large event was taking place in the event center area of the hotel, so there were a lot of people in the lobby and a sprinkle air line workers checking in from their recent flights into HJ. Anything I requested was met with a solution. The room was very clean, prepped, and the amenities of the room and common areas were considerable for the low price of the stay. We decided this will be our families spot to call home for our future atlanta trips. The parking lot is very well lit and has check in gates in many locations for security. The area is surrounded by other hotels and an office building. Area seems very very safe. See you guys again next year!!!!

The room was clean but the bathroom seemed a little dated. But it was clean and we had no issues. Breakfast was not included, however what we ordered for breakfast was very good with large portions. We had a last minute reservation due to cancelled flights. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When I checked in the host was not friendly, and did not even let me know where the elevators were, or how to navigate to get to my room. The elevator smelled like someone urinated in it, the water pressure was beyond acceptable, and the ice machine on my floor did not work- when I called reception they told me I had to try every floor to see which one worked. I was on the 9th floor. All other hotels that I have stayed at their incidental refundable fees range from $25 to $50, this hotel was $100.... for what?

The property was conveniently located, but finding the entry was a bit confusing at first. The late afternoon dining service was slow. My order had been forgotten and I couldn’t find anyone for a long time to get help. The evening service and food was better. The hotel was average in terms of amenities, and relatively clean, but had a really strong chemical smell. I’d probably look for a different hotel near the airport next time.

24/7 airport shuttle was much appreciated, as was the large fitness room with indoor pool, the surprisingly strong breakfast buffet (with top notch omelet bar) for $21, and the sushi bar. My cocktail at the traditional bar was good, and the staff were consistently great - helpful and friendly. The room itself was pretty basic, but at the pricepoint they offered, I'll take that trade-off for all of the other amenities. I didn't even mention the outdoor pool and outdoor fireplace. Nice spot, I'd definitely make that my Atlanta go-to.

I always stay at this Marriott when traveling. It is clean, the staff is friendly and courteous, and the sushi in the bistro is the best I've had outside of Hawaii. Also, it is a 5 minute shuttle ride from the airport, so it's very convenient.

The staff goes above and beyond to keep you happy. The food was average but very good. However, if you list gluten free on your menu, the wait staff should know what that means. The waiter had no clue and kept bringing me things with gluten in it. I ended up getting sick. The morning staff was great for breakfast buffet, and knowledgeable about my food allergies

I really looked forward to staying here after our flight back to Canada was canceled but when I got to our room, it wasn’t what the pictures showed. It was a lot smaller, the decor and halls were outdated, the door to the patio was a solid door which was weird. It is far from any stores so you have to uber your wine in or spend 50-60+dollars on a bottle from the restaurant, speaking of restaurant, it is quite pricey. We also waited quite a while for the shuttle to pick us up from airport, But on bright side, we had a pool view, we people watched and were able to relax and the breakfast buffet was top notch! Would I spend 350.00 US dollars again to stay in a king bed with patio overlooking pool, no.. but the bed was comfy and that is what counted at the end of a very long day!

We booked following a missed flight connection delaying us for 24hrs. We were attracted by the outside pool and sun loungers (as we had a full day to kill before a night flight ) as well as the breakfast and airport shuttle. The room smelled musty and was dated but it did look clean. Breakfast was very good with buffet and some items cooked to order. We were unlucky as the pool, and outside patio where you could sunbathe, was closed for the pool to be cleaned ! We were told we could sunbathe if we did not use the pool but after getting changed we were told the pool cleaners did not want anyone out there. We did ask about using a partner hotel (lots of Marriott's in the area) to sunbathe but were told that was not possible.
