Service at check-in was excellent. The lobby area, bar, and restaurant are nice and the food we had there was good! Overall, good experience, great location, walking distance to several excellent restaurants and Piedmont Park. Very nice and safe area. I’d stay here again. These are minor improvements that could be made: the suites need updating, bathrooms are small, and decor is a bit tired. The hotel ran out of both valet parking spots and extra blankets. Yes, there was a large music festival in town so I understand the parking. Also, turned out the self parking was great and right under the hotel, so that was good! However, my kids could’ve used an extra blanket on their pull out sofa. They got by with a sheet and thin blanket, but an extra would’ve been more comfortable for them. Again, these are just minor improvements and the overall experience was good!

Shameful example of its name. Dated television that only worked sometimes. Needs painting. Very basic amenities. No microwave. $40 charge for parking and guess key doesn't allow entry. Have to literally call the front desk and wait for an employee to get out of the garage. Very horrible experience. I will never return or recommend this place.

They need to update their website with hotels. Com and even though front desk said they had it showed a pool one of the maib reasons for choosing. Even cleaning lady told us 3rd floor and apparently hadnt been one in 6 year's. Although it Cleary shows on website. It is what it was. Other than that nice location nice hotel.

Hotel needs a serious up grade. Extremely dated and boring site. The parking garage is horrible and there is a $40 charge that’s ridiculous considering how low the ceilings. I will never stay here again. The staff was friendly.

The property was walking distance to great restaurants. The views were great from our room. The gym had great equipment and loved the laundry room. We were able to walk to downtown and Piedmont Park, which was close to the belt line and the Botanical Garden. Some things that I disliked was the room was a little dated and one night and morning we smelled pot smoke. For the most part, room was great.

Hotel was a cool stay for the price but they get there money from buying breakfast and everything extra was a cost. I saw a few bugs forwards the end of my stay. Elevator takes waaaay too long. If it wasn’t for a balcony and a jetted tub I would never book a stay here!

Door locks didn't work, smoke detector hanging, windows dirty, carpet tore up and had pumps in it causing trip points. Dirty. For $700 for two nights along with $40 parking per day is ridiculous for this room.

The tvs did not work. I call down and report it and the front desk lady said she would send some one up to loom at it. Then 15 min later called and said the guy didnt have the key card to get in the tv system and i would have to wait until saturday morning and noone never came.

The stay was excellent the valet service the room the service everything was excellent. When I got home I found two charges on my bank account for over 700$ I called the hotel and wanted to speak to someone at the hotel to find out what the charges were for and I was informed I had to wait for an email from the hotel and if I haven’t heard from them for 3 days to call the hotel back. I was disappointed in this situation because they could not tell me what I was over charged for and correct it. I’m upset because I have to wait 3 days for an email to correct this.

I checked in and my reservation includes breakfast, yet the associate at the front desk said ‘sorry, it’s not on her list’ even though I showed her my receipt showing the included purchase. The complete disregard and inability to assist was astonishing. The room was old and underwhelming but I’m here for one night for work. I would expect the services purchased and the efforts of customer service.

Received a nice greeting when we arrived. Checkin was quick and easy. Valet parking was quick in and out. Hotel looked fresh. Food was good and the desert was amazing. Hotel was quiet. The staff were very friendly. I give this location of Marriott 2 thumbs-up.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Henry took good care of us at the front desk. Abdul took care of us with excellent food/drinks and friendly service. Mike helped with some heavy lifting, everyone made us feel warm & welcomed. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

This is my second time at this hotel and it didn't disappoint yet again! I stayed here for the Beyonce Concert Weekend and I have no regrets! Located in midtown Atlanta, it was the perfect location when travelling both up and down town as needed. A perfect in-between for most hotspots in Atlanta. There's also a Starbucks right beside the property and a Whole Foods one minute away that made it extra convenient. It's a five minute walk from the MARTA station as well! The staff was very hospitable and the breakfast selection was also very good. I would definitely stay here the next time I come to Atlanta!

The rooms were very nice and clean and the service was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful. It was also easy to access the subway to go sightseeing. The only negative is that they don't serve breakfast until 8:00. And we had to leave for a flight at 6:30 in the morning.

The room was comfortable and clean, in good condition and bed was very comfortable. It had a bath tub (never used) and shower. Stream was kinda weak in the shower, and head was positioned diagonally on the wall. The front desk folks are nice. Area is safe. Breakfast is mediocre for what I expected and breakfast service wasn't that great. Hotel charges $15 a day for WiFi unless you are/sign up to be a Bonvoy member.
