Check in was a breeze and the staff was kind, however, when we tried to go park.. We got blocked in with people checking in and idling and had to wait. We came from 16 hour driving and the last thing needed was to be blocked in at 11pm. Then to find parking it was noted $25, which at least wasn’t included in the description. But oh well. Our key card doesn’t unlock the gate to the parking. Neither does the assigned CC.. but the phone number. Same with exiting. This was a headache as we were in a hurry. Luckily a fellow guest helped us out. The host at the front desk could’ve mentioned the paper upon check out if we had used the private lot. Also, we had encountered the same individual walking at 11am as we did at 8am just walking the lot. Not a guest or staff. Very questionable as some of the areas behind the hotel are dimmed. The marble in the bathroom was chipped, as in damaged. There were stains on the floor and no ventilation for the bathroom to breathe, concern for mold to grow and paint to peel. Other, the mini fridge didn’t seem to cool anything other than a room temperature Red Bull. I did enjoy how we had some apps, as a tv preference and they removed all logins/cleared the cache by personal/upon check out so A+ No HBO Max though if you wanted to watch a UFC or DAZN if you wanted to login into your account to watch the show.

This is not a 4 star hotel my room was change 3 times first room was not the room that I booked and the TV didn’t work. The second when we got the remote didn’t work they gave me a cot that I do not fit on so I had to sleep on the couch then finally gave me the we was suppose to have and everything was unplugged and was not working the tv, usb chargers and the phone. This was not a good experience and will not be returning to this hotel. And the jacuzzi was green. And the pool needed cleaning

Initial front desk check in was great. All other front desk interactions were lukewarm, at best. Pool was not clean (water and deck); hot tub broken. Gym closed and had a mess of construction or something right at the door. Floor had bags of garbage and dirty laundry stacked right as we walked off the elevators. Bartender in evening was HORRIBLE. Told us the menus from the PDF at the front desk are incorrect, even though we had earlier been told those were the active menus. Basically she didn't want to make any drinks, and when we asked for wine, pretty sure we got house wine but charged premium price. I expect SO MUCH more from this brand and its staff. Super disappointed overall.

Upon check-in around 6pm I discovered during a shower the shower curtain had what appeared to be clumps of shaving cream with hair in it. I notified the front desk and the gentleman agreed to have it replaced and the room “refreshed”. However that did not take place. I requested it be addressed 2 additional times It wasn’t until the next afternoon around 12 another front desk employee changed my room upon request. I was given a breakfast and beverage voucher however I insisted to be compensated for a night. As I was unable to shower an entire night I paid for. I have yet to speak to the manager of this property. I was told since I booked from a 3rd party they won’t be able to assist with my issues and can only provide the vouchers.

Just getting to the point the hotel is very run down on the inside. The room was not very well kept. The mattress didn’t even have a fitted sheet. The bathroom wasn’t clean the tub had some kind of red stuff in it. The sink had dog hair all over it which I had to end up cleaning both. The ridge didn’t work the wasn’t a microwave in the room. The lobby was always very noisy. The selection on the tv was terrible no trash bags in the trash cans. It was just very rundown for the price.

Very clean and comfortable. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was extremely nice and helpful. The only suggestion would be to have a microwave in the suite. I definitely recommend and would be happy to stay there again!

They seemed short staffed. I literally had poop on the couch in my suite when I checked in. I have pictures .I told the guy at the front desk about it and he was completely dismissive. His name was Brian. He was rude. He basically said “what you want me to do about it?” He gave no suggestions. He offered no assistance. He wouldn’t even give me a smaller room. I’m guessing he was overwhelmed with the job. The rooms are outdated. The “suites” are just two formerly joined rooms with a hole in the wall instead of a door. One side has a bed and the other has office furniture. There’s a large closet blocking what used to be the front door in the bedroom. Looks thrown together. Definitely not worth the money they are asking for. $17 dollars per car to park outside. No garage. Don’t know why they charge you. Ice machines didn’t work on either floor and they had no alternatives. Avoid this place go to the crowne plaza ravina

Very dirty rooms, outdated amenities. Disgusting conditions I had to change my room due to smeared fecal matter on the outside of the bathroom door. No one is checking behind housekeeping. One person who is over maintenance help switch my room to a lower suite from the one I paid for which was premium king suite at that point i was frustrated and tired. Front desk was no help when i addressed the situation. Please check reviews and think twice before staying at this hotel.

my room was not clean, There were dirty towel left from the previous guest rolled up in the closet. Told front desk twice. I had to go get my own towels for me and my guest. Front desk never answered phone. I received an email about times of resturant and bar opening and closing. times were incorrect. Follwed time in email. Restuarant was closed by times followed in email. Not a good experience

The room we booked was really spacious unfortunately we felt that there was a lot of space that were not utilised. Room and bathroom were cleaned. The bathroom was in a bad condition. The counter top was pockmarked with chips that went down to the middle. The faucets of the shower and sink were loose and damaging the countertop. The toilet paper holder was placed so far away from the toilet bowl that it was hard to reach. The shampoo/conditioner/soap bottles rack was missing from the wall except for 2 holes on the bathtub area. The bottles were placed carelessly on the soap holder. Lastly the shelf under the sink was detached and was not repaired. Overall it’s a good stay, the beds were very comfortable but the condition of the bathroom was disappointing.

We love the way the rooms are laid out, how spacious they are and accessible. The staff is generally very very helpful as well. Unfortunately the property has fallen into disrepair, lacks outlets (!) in the rooms, rooms are darkly lit and beds are not comfortable. A real shame.

NEVER STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN! CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GOOD!! The property was very clean and up to date. However, my tv in the bedroom did not work and the shower did not work. I didn't realize this until it was about to take a shower and leave the hotel. Since I live one hour from the hotel, I decided to check out and just take a shower at home. I let the front desk know of the issues on my way out and was thanked for letting them know and they would take care of it - and I thought they notated my account. A few days later - I decided to ask for compensation since I did pay around $200 for a room with a non working shower. I was told a flat NO since I did not have proof of the shower not working. Really??? I was not expecting a full refund - but perhaps a $25 credit towards my next stay or some kind of food and beverage credit - but the hotel would not bend. This is terrible customer service!!! I will never stay here again and would advise all patrons to please walk around your room and make sure that everything works upon check in.

Housekeeping busted in my room 5 times unwarranted without knocking asking if I'm checking out. This started at 7am and continued until 11:30am. I told them I'm not checking out until 11:45. However, they still continued to use there key to invade my room without knocking 1st. Awful to the least!

Beautiful hotel, just across the street from a huge mall. Some of the staff was not very friendly but overall most of them were nice. The bathrooms in the rooms need a little update but other than that beatiful hotel!

I didn't like that the parking areas were not secured ,- gate handle was up the entire time of our stay. Also, there's not sufficient lighting in the parking areas and walkways leading to the hotel.

The only restaurant they have has limited opitions for their menu and time availability. Food was priced high for the quality. Bar staff that I came in contact with wasn't the friendliest either. The ambience of the hotel was nice...look and smell.

This property is in a very convenient location. It is one minute from the mall, multiple dinner locations, entertainment, the highways, and etc.. The customer service is excellent!! Chatrice assisted us and made sure we had an awesome time!! We came to the ATL for a quick getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday!! The breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks at the bar were great!! You do have to pay small additional service fees and parking is not free but it is definitely worth it!! We will definitely be returning to this property again!!

The only thing I did not like about this property, was that there was a charge for everything! I believe I took a deep breath in the lobby and it was on my bill for $65! I’m just being facetious but you get my drift. The property is beautiful. The staff was phenomenal, but the prices, especially for that horrible breakfast were outrageous.

We’ve chosen this hotel to stay based on the good reviews, unfortunately we have a horrible experience staying at the hotel. The hair conditioner bottle was empty, and I have to ask my husband to call the front desk to get the hair conditioner in the middle of my shower, sitting in the bathtub for about ten minutes. The bathroom door was not easy to open, coffee cups were dirty, and the scratching sounds comes from upstairs. The pancakes were like cardboard and were inedible. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.
