When I arrived in my room, the bathroom had hair in the shower and the tub was not clean. Also, our door did not lock from the inside but we were too exhausted from our late travel to get the room changed. Also, the check-in took kind of long. There were only 2 staff members managing the front desk during our evening check in and 1 of the 2 was also handling purchases from the hotel store. Seemed unorganized. The shuttle to the airport was wonderful, a nice gentleman showed me where the rental car location was. Last, but not least, the indoor pool. I called several times before my visit to confirm the indoor pool was open and that it was heated. It is not heated! This really put a damper on our stay because our children were looking forward to swimming while we visited. The water was so cold my child’s lips were shivering and turning blue so I had to end the activity for them. Also the water was not clear, seemed foggy. Huge disappointment.

Was a little put off that from self parking there was a “tunnel”to walk through to get to Libby with no elevator so I had to carry luggage up stairs. Room is nice. Freeway is loud. Dinner was not great. But it’s one night and for the convenience it will work

The room was clean, the sheets were fresh, the food was good, and it had a great gym. About a 10 minute drive from the airport and traffic getting there from the city wasn't bad either. Getting from self-serve parking lot to the hotel isn't handicap friendly - there are a lot of stairs. Which also makes it a pain to bring your luggage into the building if they are on rollers. Otherwise, a great spot.

Awful experience from start to finish. The parking lot is a nightmare. There is no way to pay from parking through the hotel even though it's the hotel's lot. They make you use a QR code that doesn't work as intended. It made me late for work the next day because I couldn't get out, and there was no one at the gate. The hotel itself is a bit shabby and tired, even in the remodeled rooms. And my room was absolutely FILTHY. There were stains on the pillow cases and on the bedspread. Also the bathroom floor was sticky. And the housekeeping put rolled up bath towels on top of the toilet tank. Gross and unsanitary. I couldn't wait to leave!

Cindy was a huge help as soon as we arrived. We were granted an early check in with no issues. Loved that they had a microwave downstairs to reheat anything. Our biggest issue is there was a roach in our room but we were moved promptly to a new floor and bedroom. Also, housekeeping was not very efficient.

Second time here. Again, none of the outlets and USB ports worked. Shower gel container was empty. Room was over a pool or bar area with very loud guests past 1 am. It’s just feels like a no frills, value hotel when you need to catch a flight. Wouldn’t book it for any other reason.

Music playing literally all night resulted in poor sleep. I paid for a Kind room with a roll in shower and instead got a room with a bathtub. Bathroom was not clean, and hot water did not work. Shocking dining facilities - I waited 30minutes for a cold bagel and burned coffee that cost US$40.00. Airport shuttle does not drop off at international terminal so I had to catch an additional shuttle from the domestic terminal to the international terminal.

Nice and clean hotel but the customer service is terrible. We purchased breakfast together with the room when we booked, but the receptionist didn't give us the breakfast tickets at check-in (and we were not aware that we needed them). In the morning, my parents were denied entry to the restaurant. When my husband came to ask the receptionist for the reason, he was told that we needed to present the breakfast tickets. He then asked very politely for them, but the receptionist was unexplainably annoyed and only gave him 4 tickets, while we purchased for 6. When he asked for 2 more, she gave them to him with a ton of attitude. Due to this issue, we ended up did not have enough time to eat as we had to get on the airport shuttle for our early morning flight. The breakfast purchase was included in our reservation. I still don't understand why we were treated as if we had asked for free breakfast LOL. They need to train their staff better.

The hotel itself and staff as well as the room and breakfast were great. Our issue was that we waited over an hour for the shuttle to get us from the airport while we saw many other hotels (2 star hotels, for example) come through multiple times within that hour. The website states the shuttle comes every 30 minutes, but we waited over an hour and had to call to check what the delay was. They just said "they'll be there soon" and we proceeded to wait another 15 minutes in the middle of the night...

The Westin was clean. The rooms had very comfortable beds. The gym and pool area were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and the bonus shuttle service to the airport was extremely easy to use. My only issue was the lack of nice sit down restaurants in the area. The surrounding area was a bit run down. The hotel offered food that looked good but expensive. Overall, I would stay at this property again but would probably drive into the city of Atlanta to explore dining experiences.

Knew we would miss our connecting flight home from Atlanta when we had a delayed departure from London. Sitting on the runway...I booked the Westin closest to the airport for a quick in and out with shuttle service. Staff was extremely helpful in getting us a small dinner in the dining room and we quickly settled in for the night on their deliciously comfortable, dreamy mattress...and immaculate room. Left at 6 am for ATL and home.

It was very cold and could not get room up to a comfortable temperature, we went to the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, dinner was a disaster! Service was very poor and they seemed very distracted. Paid 117 dollars for mediocre food! The breakfast buffet was cold and poorly stocked and most of it was cold as well. Very disappointed in a very expensive place. Would not recommend to others.

Great property overall and a comfortable room. But the food from the restaurant was disappointing and pricey. I got in late and ordered a to-go hummus platter and a salad with shrimp. The hummus was watery and so unappetizing, the pita cold, and the salad was something you could buy in a to-go section of a grocery store for a few dollars. Unfortunately for me, all of this sad food was over $50. Also the property charged the incidental fee to my card twice. Small but annoying.

The restaurant was terrible. The food was stale, and caused us serious stomach issues throughout the need. 15 hours later my stomach has not recovered yet. The service in the restaurant was unacceptably slow. Due to a bad storm, our plane arrived late and we ate around 10:30 at night. When I complained to the management the next morning, they refused to give a refund. The room itself was great.

We had a late flight arriving at 9:30 pm we got to the hotel around 1030. Staff was excellent and we were able to get good food at the bar. Mansut and Tony were so funny and delightful after a long day.
