The staff is really helpful. We stay here every time we come to Vinings to visit family. Great location, comfortable rooms, clean. The pool and outdoor hot jacuzzi were relaxing. The dinner is gourmet quality! Don’t forget to try the Savannah made ice cream available in the lobby snack shop.

Overall the property was good. The room was generally clean. I found the bed to run hot and it sloped so my back hurt in the morning. Because it ran hot I had the AC running but that often clicked pretty loud at night. Good shower and size of room. The treadmills didn't work in the gym and they offered us a credit for food and beverage. It was a bummer that during Saturday the restaurant was closed in the middle of the day because we couldn't watch college football and grab a beer - that would have been nice.

There were great restaurants around the area. And there was also a shuttle to take you to Truist Stadium and anywhere within a 3 mile radius. They also had a great sitting area outside to just chill. The staff was great and helped us out with everything.

We liked the area and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good as well. The only two things that we were not happy about were the broken jacuzzi and the lack of advertised free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius. We had to take Lyft both to and from the Braves stadium which was disappointing.

We had an ant issue in our bathroom. Stayed there for 3 nights and each time I walked into our bathroom I killed numerous ants. It wasn’t apparent at first but then I saw them on the bathroom counter and looked around the shower and they were everywhere. Harmless, but I still was a bit grossed out.

Chair in room had cushion pulled upright and chair bottom had stains as well as cushion. Two decorative orange pillows on the bed had a bad body odor smell. Small stain on comforter. I should have looked closer at what was in the room prior to booking. No microwave and no mini fridge. No literature in the room regarding hotel amenities. The air conditioning return vent looked like it was falling out of the ceiling and was very loud when the air conditioner was running. The bathroom was very clean and literally the only plus.

We stayed here just two years ago and the property was so well taken care of. What a difference two years makes. The rooms at least on the first floor were beaten down. There were multiple pubic hairs still on the toilet bowl and few on our “clean” towels and made beds. The bathroom walls and shower floors “looked” dirty - could not decipher the black marks on the shower floor. Behind the dresser between the two queen beds had old eaten sunflower seeds and candy wrappings. The room smelled like feet too. We only stayed one night this time, but would not stay here again. We made the best of it, but for the money not worth it. Staff was friendly - although I did try to make special accomodations for my son’s birthday and no one answered my message and when I mentioned it at the front desk it was glanced over.

Our closet had no ceiling in it (yes, NO ceiling) We were missing an entire outlet cover where the tv was plugged into. (Sounds safe, right?) The back of the bathroom door was splintered and peeling from the bottom up. The shower had mold in the corners and there were an unbelievable amount of ants crawling over the sink. This hotel looked really nice in photos, unfortunately when we arrived we were very disappointed. our room and the hallway smelled so strong with cleaning chemicals, it was hard to breathe! The pool area had many tripping hazards, the outdoor sofa and lounge chairs were in TERRIBLE condition. There were no towels for the pool, the staff were unresponsive to our requests.

So far so good only couple things that really needs to be addressed. The Heating and a/c system when turn on was so noisy that we were force to shut it off to get sleep. The gap in the door was so large that it looked like it was open at first glance when I got up in the in the middle of the night.

Room was updated, clean and comfortable. What we liked most, even though we arrived to late to enjoy it, was the game tables set up in the lobby. It almost feels like a lodge. We stayed just to be close to an early morning appointment in Atlanta but will definitely rebook to enjoy a short staycation in the city.

I stayed in room 229, the loudest room imaginable. Outside the room was an a/c compressor which cycled loudly every 5 to 7 minutes all night long. When the air came on in the room, it sounded like a freight train. Not good for rest too say the least

The bed, linen, and pillows in this hotel are fantastic. I slept really well. The room was large. Lacked a mini fridge and other amenities. Management availability was uneven. There were noisy air compressors outside of our rooms that you could hear acutely.

Check in was awful. Many people waiting for 1 to 2 hours past check in to get a room. They did offer breakfast coupons, but at this point people were already later getting to the Braves game than they wanted. I got ready in the lobby bathroom for the game 2 hours past check in just so I could make it to the game before it started even though I did the precheck-in the day before. Pretty disappointed.

Check-in was at 3, and when we arrived at 4 there was a 45 minute wait to get checked in, no rooms were ready. Elizabeth at the front desk did a fantastic job, doing her best to get people situated, but not a good look for management…. If you know the hotel is booked solid and everyone is leaving after one night, shouldn’t there be some plan for extra housekeeping? I understand it’s a difficult situation but it’s definitely preventable and foreseeable. This delay did take time away from our plans of going to the Battery and enjoying our selves.

1. Room cleaners so behind schedule, we arrived 4:00 & the line of others waiting for their rooms from 3:00 was 12 deep. Even though we were prepaid & checked in from the road, it took half an hour to get our keys & meal tickets. 2. Only one courtesy van to/from Stadium took 1/2 hr to 45 minutes round-trip (traffic) with limited capacity 3. At check-out, was charged for breakfast even though waiter was given meal-tickets. Took 20 minutes for manager to confirm with restaurant & process credit. 4. All staff were trying very hard & were always courteous despite large number of disgruntled guests

Terribly under staffed, although those working were courteous. This was our second stay and we were very disappointed. Hallway carpeting had debris all over, never vacuumed during our 2 day stay. In our king suite, two of the bed pillows had pillowcases too short leaving 6” exposed. In restaurant this morning for breakfast, we waited almost an hour for coffee and water and it was over 2 hours before we were served. This will be our last visit.

The customer service is terrible or limited. I called front desk, to check out and was unable to reach someone. Using the automated system, i contacted several unrelate departments in an attempt to reach a live person, to no avail. Thus i had to leave several voice messages. At, my checkout, no one was attending the front desk, after waiting for several minutes a maintenance person walked by and wrote my name and room number down, to inform them of my checkout. As of the next day, i have not spoken to a live person, and i have not been checked out of hotel. Just terrible.

Very friendly and kind staff, stayed a week and had no problems with room. They even provide a shuttle which came in handy. (Up to 3 miles from hotel) We stayed here during MLB all star weekend and would definitely be back. Great food, shopping, clean area.

We loved the location of this hotel when visiting Atlanta. The Vinings area was nice and only about 20 minutes to downtown where we visited the aquarium. The hotel was nicer than I expected especially for the price we paid. The staff was very friendly. I was impressed and plan to return! Maybe with our dogs next time? Oh, and the pool looked really nice so hopefully next time we can take advantage of that!

Great location on the NW side of ATL. The hotel staff was very friendly. On the downside - stayed in a suite that was very spacious but AC was extremely loud. Woke me up every time it kicked on. Like super loud. Nice restaurant and bar on property but they were not serving alcohol at the bar, something about a license. Not sure if lost or not renewed.

We stayed here for a Braves game and everything was good. My only complaint was finding out the breakfast comes with a $17 charge per person when we thought it was complimentary when checking in. Also, the shuttle service to the game was nonexistent which was one of the reasons we stayed here. When we asked the staff about the shuttle at check in they said it was busy and that’s it. Even after asking for details we never got an answer and just did an Uber. The location is great, the rooms are nice, but beware the breakfast costs and the shuttle service is not available.

Breakfast was not complimentary and you were not made aware of this until after you had you plate and was seated. The worst part was the breakfast was horrible. The worst I’ve had at a hotel in years. The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Just not they are strict about a 3pm check in. Staff very friendly.

Should have had more than one person working at the front desk when it’s a system outage. It should be a better way to have knowledge of if the rooms are still occupied. Other than customers going to their rooms and people and clothing is still there. Hot tub wasn’t working, it should have had an out of service sign on it. Hallways weren’t vacuumed, debris everywhere. The ice area had a mini freezer which looked as if the broken up bag of ice had been there for months. That was also unsanitary to have different people using it with their hand, which I did not and was told I had to get ice from the bar. Grounds of outside pool and walkways needed sweeping. Breakfast was cold, the coffee was nasty looked it had something floating around the edges of the cup.

Nice hotel, although I had paid extra for a balcony room and instead got a 1st floor little patio. Not what I hoped for. We were there for a family gathering and some other members of our family got very different prices. Couldn’t figure out why.
