The parking garage was terrible (parking on the 9th floor!!! and walk down to the 8th floor to find a elevator). The food was this hotel was limited and the atmosphere in the lobby and restaurant was sad, and no business computer, etc. I like Hyatt Centric hotels, but not this hotel.

Everything was great with the exception of parking. Unless you use valet for parking in the same garage, you have to self park all the way at the top (9th level) of the parking garage, park your vehicle, and then walk down a flight of stairs to reach the elevator.

Overall, the hotel is good. However, I would not stay here again due to the parking situation. It’s an additional $30 a night and you have to park on the ninth floor, which doesn’t have an elevator, then walk with all your belongings to the eighth floor elevator which you then take to the third floor to get to the lobby. Way too expensive to be so complicated. Other than that, the hotel is good. Just needs to go coffee cups in the lobby.

Has potential to be very nice, but one side faces a parking garage, several floors are still under construction (including right above me, leading to loud construction noises), and the swimming pool area is under construction. They should you about all of this before you book, so hopefully you read this before you book. :)

Overall a very good stay except the gym was not as what was shown on the site with no separate strength machines which is why we booked at this hotel... their welcome letter also states strength training machines which sadly are not here, but it was a good stay, perfect location otherwise

My family and I had a great stay! The breakfast buffet was great (it does cost extra). The fitness center and pool were great as well. The staff was very friendly and accomidating. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance.The only downside was parking. We did not want to pay for valet parking. The parking for the hotel guests was on the top floor of the parking garage. It was a bit of a pain, but not too awful.

Both rooms were dirty, the pillows in the hotel room was stained with blood! There was marijuana smoke in the hallway of our floor and the sinks were clogged in the bathroom s. The hotel is not conducive for children (family)

I felt like our room wasn’t totally clean. I found a cut toenail in floor, an old skittle in a window sill, no trash bags were noted in garbage cans, and no fitted sheet was noted on bed. Also, there was a shortage of carts and multiple people had to wait to get a cart to load and unload luggage.

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, the rooms were very nice. However, I found it expensive for the quality. The pool area was dirty, the bathrobe left in my closet had stray hairs and make-up stains and parking was charged on top. I would have looked for another hotel at a lower price bracket for the quality.

The room was clean-but the toiletries were used(left in the counter) they should have left new ones. The gels in the shower had not been checked-the bath gel was COMPLETELY empty. The other 2 were half or 1/4 full. Upon check out staff did not ask about the stay.

The room had an odd smell but was otherwise very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful, the only part I would consider bad would be the fact that it is extremely loud, inside and outside. You can hear very loud noises when other rooms turn on their showers and the AC is also a bit loud. The rooms are not soundproofed at all, so you can also hear everything going on outside. They have the cheapest parking in the area, but be aware you will be parking on the roof.

Pictures are misleading. The hotel is dated and the room barely had any light coming in since there is a whole parking building blocking the windows. Feels like you have no privacy. Also, the noise sucked. You could hear the conversations from the rooms next door. Will never stay at a Hyatt property. This is the second time I have an issue with this chain of hotels. Subpar service. Stick to Marriott or Hilton family of properties.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, this is the second time I have stayed there in two years, and both times the rooms are quite worn down. The furniture is a bit beaten up, the bedskirt looked worn and dirty, and this time the carpet had a dark spot that I kept getting my shoes stuck on. Also I had to request an iron in my room.

The hotel “overbooked” and downgraded our room without any type of compensation. The shower pressure was a joke. And the walls and door had to be paper thin, only because I could hear the people above my room and walking down the hallways carrying on conversation.

We've stayed here for 2 other DragonCons, but this was not a relaxing stay. Our room was ready an hour late, luckily the staff is nice so we just waited. We slept awful every night due to constant sirens. The AC has some feature that kicks it off the set temp after a few hours which is awful after a hot long day. We won't return to this location.

We got in a bit early and staff worked with us to allow us to check in earlier then planned. Staff was friendly and helpful and gave great tips for our vacation. The Valet service was also amazing and the workers were very friendly and attentive. If we come to Atlanta again we will for sure be staying at Hyatt!

Check in was at 4:00, and we didn’t get keys until 4:45. When we went to our room, housekeeping was still cleaning. We went back to the front desk and got a room that was not what we reserved. Management did give us 2 drinks at the bar and free breakfast. So while check in was a debacle, management made up for it.

We ended up leaving a day early. The lady who checked us in was not very kind. We had some questions and she spoke to us like we were stupid and should just know. When we checked out it was the same thing. Eye rolls and although we didn’t ask for any money back the first thing the person said was “you booked through a third party so don’t expect anything from us.” There was construction right by the hotel making it difficult to get out but location was nice. Walking distance to restaurants and a close drive to the aquarium.

I booked through a third party and when i got to the hotel the front desk girl would not answer any of my questions. Like how much she charged my vard for. The next morning the new person was able to tell me. There were alot of other customer service issues but mainly i was upset because there was no supervisor at night or daytime. I was told it wasnt busy enough to have a supervisor. The girl on night shift had an attitude and was no help at all.

The only thing negative was the restaurant. It was awful. The food wasnt bad, but getting the food was horrible. I ordered 3 times. 1st time, they said they didnt receive my order eventhough I had a receipt. 2nd time I ordered a dessert and 2 capp. I waited 45 minutes, nothing. Went down to get it and they said "oh we are out of that". 3rd time I ordered they said they accidently deleted my order (again I had receipt). Hotel was very nice. Juniper/Fork was NOT!

Restaurant was out of crab Mac n cheese, 2 nights, for sure, same with crab cakes and there were no crackers for the meat and cheese plate. How hard is it to go get crackers from the nearby CVS? The mini cheesecake sampler was very small, I would have at least expected the samples to equal the size or almost the size of a normal cheesecake.

Room was cleaned and made up everyday but the bed was not the most comfortable and pillows were #deflategate Parking is reasonably priced for the area but a pain to go all the way up and down the 9th floor (required). Valet would be the way to go but $40/nt is a bit much. The bar and market were expensive. Even their happy hour was sad. At this pricepoint I would expect a microwave in the room. The only one available is in the lobby shop. Staff were all very kind, warm, and accommodating

This hotel was conveniently located near lots of restaurants that you could walk to. The breakfast was great and everything was clean. The only thing was the parking for the hotel was on the very top of the parking deck which made it hard to unpack or quickly go to the car.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, with great service. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Excellent value.. The one complaint is no coffee stand in the lobby. I'm not sure I've been to a hotel where coffee was not readily available. (Or maybe I just never found it?)
