Great hotel if visiting Emory. Clean, modern amenities. Comfortable beds. Ample parking. Emory Pount restaurants within walking distance. Hotel has indoor lap pool and gym with few treadmills and peloton bike, weights. Coffee shop in the lobby opens at 6:30. Staff mostly friendly.

This is my sanctuary in the middle of Atlanta.. it’s amazing how quiet it is and the setting is so close to everything. The grounds are gorgeously manicured and safe to walk around no matter the time. The hotel itself is huge but so comfortably decorated. We had the BEST coffee of our entire visit at the coffee shop in the lobby *chefs kiss*! We also had a peaceful late night dinner at the cafe after checking in. We were debating on hopping back in the car to find something but we walked past the cafe and customers were everywhere enjoying themselves and the food smelled like perfection so we turned around and went in. It was exactly what we needed! Great customer service and our bed in our room was so comfortable. Plenty of TV channels and space to stretch out in throughout the room. Hands down my favorite hotel in Atlanta

My stay was great at the Emory Conf. Center Hotel. The accommodations were amazing. The rooms were a great size and clean and the lobby was vast with lots of beautiful seating. Though the pool is supposed to be warm, it wasn't warm enough for me to stay inside for long but overall it was great, especially being an indoor pool. The staff were very friendly and kind and service was quick whenever I need extra towels, etc. It is tucked away but not too far from Downtown Atlanta. Only a few lights/traffic away. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted a break from downtown hotels. The pricing is amazing and more than worth it.

The issue is there is a water band currently because of a county wide water issue so you can’t use the pool and it does limit the use of water but that’s not a Conference issue. It’s just a county issue. They’ve been terrific.

Towels had hair in them, paid for 24 hour pool access and was told it closed at 10. No micro or fridge, door did not close behind me leaving out room, so I had to check each time. Bath Tub was rusted and DIDNI MENTION THE TOWELS HAD HAIR IN THEM!!

This is my favorite place to stay when visiting my daughter. It is a hidden gem tucked away from busy traffic. I love having the parking deck. The entire facility is super clean, as was my room & bathroom. All staff encountered were courteous, kind & helpful from the front desk to the dining room staff during our breakfast. And the beds are at the top of my list. My mother-in-law was with me during this visit, and I honestly think we both slept better in these beds than we do our own at home.

Nice hotel by Emory hospital. We decided to stay there because of the close proximity to the hospital. We had one issue where there was a stained sheet on one of the beds and I requested that the sheets be changed while visited at the hospital, we returned to the room 12 hours later and the bed was made however the same stained sheet remained on the bed! I called the front desk and complained and the staff brought up a clean set of sheets in which my wife then changed the sheets. Other than that one episode, it was ok. The shower water was hot, fridge in room, microwave located in ice machine room. Housekeeping came early every morning between 8-9 am. Paid parking in the underground parking area

I got to my room late at 11pm after checking in for my conference the next day and as soon as a went to sit in the bed i noticed a bed bug close to head board next to pillow. I immediately called front desk and they came to check , took photos and offered me a new room. No other apologies nor further mention of this topic made during my stay.

This hotel, design in the spirit of Frank Lloyd Wright, is a good place to stay in the Emory University area. The public spaces are comfortable and attractive and the pool is a plus. However, the redecorated rooms are a bit of a disappointment. They work for one person staying at most two nights. But very limited storage space (two drawers) and a single bathrobe doesn't work well for a couple staying for several nights.

The hotel was nice, but the rooms were a little dark and the mattress on the bed was not comfortable at all. The grounds were beautiful and Emory has a very lovely campus. That part was not disappointing at all. We did have a little bit of trouble finding dining close by, but since the point of the visit was to see Emory, we were overall happy with our choice.

The hotel is very clean and well appointed, but the front desk attendant double authorized my credit card which created two transactions in my bank account. Imagine my surprise at a $1206.00 being pulled out of my bank account for a two night stay! When I went back to the front desk, I was told the extra charge would drop off in 2-3 days. This is not an ideal situation, especially when you are traveling and need immediate access to your funds.

The room was excellent! It was a quick family overnight trip. Went by the hotel to check in after the Braves game and there was around 15 people waiting to check in. I decided to go eat and come back and to my surprise the line had tripled. The staff was very accommodating asking if we needed waters or snacks but there is no reason anyone should have to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to check in.

Upon showing up at the hotel, there was a line of about 30 people waiting to check in. The man in front of me had been waiting for 20 minutes without the line moving at all. We aren’t sure if the computers were down but we left. It appeared that the check in process was not improving.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here & I will continue to stay here every time I'm in the area. I am very critical about cleanliness, comfort & hospitality. Emory Conference Center Hotel checks all those boxes & more. It's truly a hidden gem since it is tucked in & under lots of trees. I love the amenities, but the people are the best. Everyone is so genuinely friendly & accommodating.

This hotel was in a great location. Only thing I didn’t like was that the service staff knocked on our door starting at 9:05 and every 20-30 min would come back and knock asking us when we were leaving so they could clean the room. Checkout wasn’t till noon but they came 4 times: 9:05, 9:30, 10:15, and last time was at 10:35 I finally said give us 15 to get dressed and we will leave. I was hoping to sleep in a little longer being a day away from husband and kids on a mini girls trip. One time I could’ve handled but four I was pissed.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff are wonderful, from Ayesha and Lee at the front desk, to Hester in the Club Room, and everyone in-between. Rooms are spacious, well furnished and clean. Public spaces are comfortable & inviting, with lots of electrical outlets for charging phones, laptops, etc. We enjoyed several meals at onsite restaurants; all our meals were delicious. And, there is a complimentary guest laundry! Life is good for weary travelers at Emory Conference Center Hotel!

Great hotel. The management and staff are attentive and go out of their way to help you. Best omlets anywhere. Easy walk to Emory and was great for graduation with frequent shuttles to campus (you could walk it, but it was rainy). Would always stay at Emory Conference Center Hotel when anywhere near Emory.

Nice location, clean facility. Was not happy with the breakfast situation. Menu shows a-la-cart but upon entering the restaurant all they offered was a $20 buffet. Ok if you like to gorge yourself, and some guests were certainly doing so. But for a pair of light eaters, it was a complete waste.

Private, clean, good food and coffee choices. Heard late partying laughter late in the night. No one was at entrance to greet so, as a first time guest I didn’t know whete to park. The $120 security deposit is fine, but it wasn't explained up front..maybe bc of 3rd party bookings. There were a couple of charges that weren't clear on room service, but it was okay but should have been mentioned. Noon check iut was great. Hosptal proximity and parking were great. Staff fruendly but on our first night service was pretty slow all the way thru getting the check. Like 20 min. Between ordering dessert and getting it...and we were brought a non menu dessert, was still lemon, without asking and we waited 20 min after dessert at least for check. Server was nice...maybe understaffed. Ice tea tasted off...we just didn’t drink it. This in the Club Room.lobby floor. We didn’t eat thete again. Liked the lobby coffee and the breakfast buffet downstairs. Service great and timely in those places. Will be back when I have another outpatient surgery. Not sure if microwave was supposed to be in room, but it wasn't and fridge wasn't plugged in. Only 1 robe in closet for 1 guests. These are minor things but, since they can easily be improved, I wanted to share.
