Hotel is fine. Convenient to most anything you want. Parking is not the greatest. Tight parking spaces. My disappointment is with Expedia. You do not allow Hilton honors membership added by hotel personnel when booking thru Expedia. Very disappointed!!!

This hotel needs updating. I primarily stay at Hampton Inn's across the country and this one is run down in my opinion and needs attention. Lots of bandaids trying to make it look clean when in fact it just needs to be overhauled. At almost $175/night, it was not worth the money. Has a very dated lobby and amenities are tired and minimal.

The staff was very helpful, in particular Jeff. He helped me sort out a reservation with promptness and courtesy. The only two issues I had was that the refrigerator didn’t work and it spoiled some food. Also the parking lot was quite small. I came for a big soccer tournament and the parking lot was packed every single evening which made parking difficult. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the staff was top notch

Sasha, Mr Drew, and the entire staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was lovely and the beds super comfortable. The hotel had everything we could need including fitness room, laundry machines, patio with fire pit, and a Waffle House right next door!! Highly recommend this delightful Hampton

The staff was super friendly. Always had a smile. The rooms was spacious. Bathroom on small side but got job done. Bed comfy. When you rolls, sat or moved it squeaked. Little annoying but got use to it. Sheets super soft.

the view out our window into the woods, versus a parking lot, was a nice surprise in the busy city of Cumming, GA (Atlanta). It was close to the hospital that we needed, yet we never heard an ambulance drive by in the night.

I was passing through Cumming amd had made a reservation through Expedia. I found that I would arive after 11:00pm and called the desk to make sure that they would not rent out my roo. Glenda told me that she would hold the room till midnight. I arrived at 11:30pm and was informed that Glenda rented out my room. I was insensed and told Glenda that she promised to keep my room till midnight. She threatened to call the sheriff if I did not leave immediately. I left and found another room at Holiday Inn Express. When I got home, I found out that I had been charged cancellation fee for not showing up. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and a very UNPLEASANT EMPLOYEE, GLENDA.

The reservation was booked through Expedoa and the site stated that there was a room available. Upon arriving we were told there was not a room available. We were on our way back to Florida and had to find another place to stay. Obviously we were told that we would be getting a refund but this was a major inconvenience and totally unacceptable.

Horrible experience!!! I booked 2 queens i get to hotel and they said we don't have 2 queens. So sorry you are out of luck. They refused to refund me or give me a voucher. I had to sleep in my car. The front staff was horrible and awful customer service

The staff was especially kind. I would like to give a special recognition to Sasha from the front desk. She was incredibly kind and helpful to me and my two sons. This lovely woman deserves a raise. Because of her, I would highly recommend this property. I would say it was a good stay otherwise, but Sasha made it exceptional. :)

Arrived to check in and computer system was down. Had to leave for over an hour got dinner and check in when I got back. Wouldn’t allow me to check in without computer system or any kind of work around. It was already 8pm if it was later would have been very upset

I've stayed at quite a few Hampton Inns in several cities and this was the best. Clean and well managed, conveniently located to Lake Lanier and downtown Cumming. Jeffrey at the front desk was especially helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Obvious that management takes a lot of pride in this property.

The property was difficult to enter and leave. The front of the Inn faces the back of another Inn and the highway. The saving graces were the excellent service and the view from our room on the back side of the Inn—the patio and lush wooded area were great to wake up to.
