Let's start with the positives. While the hotel has some age on it, (mold in the shower, rust throughout the bathroom) overall the room was clean. You can tell they have made some upgrades (new floors and furniture). The breakfast had good options including cereal, bagels, eggs, biscuits and gravy and a waffle maker. The hotel is conveniently located to lots of dining options. Moving on the negatives. The hotel was very musty/humid and had a very foul odor. When I mentioned it to the reception desk, the clerk stated they had dehumidifiers and asked if I wanted one. I said yes, and he came back 10 minutes later to inform me, they only have 7 and all were in use. If this establishment has a global issue with ventilation, it should be addressed. Additionally, our refrigerator did not work. The clerk came to inspect and confirmed it was broken. (room 216) No alternatives were offered. We were only staying for 1 night, so it wasn't an issue. My biggest hang up was the fact that I booked this hotel based on all of the great reviews. Maybe my standards are higher than others, but I travel quite often and have stayed in some less than desirable establishments. The difference is I knew beforehand what I was getting into. Based on the reviews, I was expecting a much nicer establishment. And for a price of amount $200 a night, I was disappointed. Lastly, there is no elevator. If you are on the second floor, steps are required to access. Informing in case mobility is an issue.

Their key system was a mess. every time we left our room and came back the key didn't work. they have no elevator so we were up and down the steps many times to get new keys.

Property is under renovation and will be more than suitable once done I’m sure. However, at this time the furniture is all outdated and falling apart and as with any renovation there is carpet missing in areas and work is still be done in the rooms. At this time the only thing completed is the floors in the rooms. The staff did do their best to find a room that was in better condition which was very nice of them. The staff made the stay worthwhile which is why I gave it an average rating. I like Expedia who when called were extremely unhelpful.

The hotel was undergoing renovation, so there were some areas where carpet was missing in the corridors. The newly renovated room was nice and the bed was very comfortable, but the showerhead in the bathroom was small and the water pressure was not very strong. The breakfast was mostly carbs and scrambled eggs. Would have liked a little more protein variety.

Our room had no heat so they gave us a space heater. We had our 2 grandchildren with us. The carpet was missing in the hall in front of about 8 rooms. There was no discount offered for no heat. It was one of the coldest times of the year with temperatures in the 20’s at night. Very disappointed with this property

average hotel...pet friendly equals pet fees of $40 PER PET / PER NIGHT with a limit of 2 small pets!!!!! No pool, breakfast consisted of biscuits (made very good), eggs (okay), sausage links, and gravy (good) along with the normal continental items...beds were firm...hot water first night but none the next day until the host reset breaker and stayed there to reset it when it tripped allowing for one shower at least...as for the good, staff was nice...location is awesome...lots of choices for tv viewing...water pressure was great especially with hot water...and it was not overly crowded...so overall it was okay for what we needed but for the price along with the added pet fees, we will look elsewhere for future accomodations...by the way, my wife and i are 50somethings traveling with a pekingnese that is house trained and grew up in the local area...we are not overly picky and typically don't complain online....

Check in was a breeze! The hotel has a second floor, but no elevator. We asked if we could be given a room.on the first floor to which they accommodated. It appears they are in the process of updating. Our room needed the bathroom tub and bath fixtures updated. The handle to turn on the water inthe shower literally fell off in our hands.

It was only for one night which was great because the room smelled like mold! There were dirty wash clothes left in the tub. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The staff was great. Half of the hallway was missing carpet, it was just concrete.

Staff is always great and the breakfast is convenient but the hotel is kind of dirty. There’s been carpet torn up from the hall for over a year. The rooms are very damp feeling and have rust on metal surfaces. The floors in the room are always sticky feeling and hair in the bath towels

First of all, about 10pm in the bathroom, I'm stomping and killing baby roaches. Then, the next morning an adult roach came out from under the desk. Then another. GROSS!!!! The breakfast was terrible. The biscuitsbwere not done, the gravy was cold and the sausage was awful! Will never stay there again.

Hardly a Quality property. Furniture in Lobby had duct tape repairs. Shower faucet was falling apart, tub drain was slow. Bed was near brick like. Lots of visible maintenance issues.

This hotel employs capable, friendly, and amazingly helpful people to help make our stay experience a good one. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms does not reinforce the efforts of those employees: our room had loose plumbing fixtures, mattresses that moved around on the bed frame at the slighest touch, hinges that seldom allowed the door to close completely (which set off an alarm that sounded like an electronic yapping dog), etc.

We were told that we had a remodeled room. It would have been better had they said it was an old room. It definitely did not look remodeled. It was clean, but shabby. The beds were very uncomfortable. Had they charged me more, I would have been VERY unhappy, but it was fine for the price.

The hotel is old, and the rooms really need to be renovated. The bathrooms had a lot of aged and worn areas, especially rust in the shower, and hairspray residue all over the bathroom door. For one night, it was fine. The bed was clean and comfortable, but there were stains on the top blanket. I don't sleep with that on the bed anyway. Staff was kind and helpful. Overall, my stay was average. For $130 for one night, i expected a bit more.

From the friendly and professional service at the front desk to the very clean and comfortable room, I had a Wonderful and Comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Local area has plenty of great restaurant options.

I have been staying in this Quality Inn for about 24 years and it has only gotten worse each year. The price is extremely expensive for this area! The management is rude and not helpful. $550.00 for 2 nights in a slum is ridiculous! I will never stay here again! W.E Burke

Let's start with the positives. While the hotel has some age on it, (mold in the shower, rust throughout the bathroom) overall the room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located to lots of dining options. Moving on the negatives. The hotel was very musty/humid and had a very foul odor. When I mentioned it to the reception desk, the clerk stated they had dehumidifiers and asked if I wanted one. I said yes, and he came back 10 minutes later to inform me, they only have 7 and all were in use. If this establishment has a global issue with ventilation, it should be addressed. Additionally, our refrigerator did not work. The clerk came to inspect and confirmed it was broken. (room 216) No alternatives were offered. We were only staying for 1 night, so it wasn't an issue. My biggest hang up was the fact that I booked this hotel based on all of the great reviews. Maybe my standards are higher than others, but I travel quite often and have stayed in some less than desirable establishments. The difference is I knew beforehand what I was getting into. Based on the reviews, I was expecting a much nicer establishment. And for a price of amount $200 a night, I was disappointed. Lastly, there is no elevator. average hotel...pet friendly equals pet fees of $40 PER PET / PER NIGHT with a limit of 2 small pets!!!!! No pool, breakfast consisted of biscuits (made very good), eggs (okay), sausage links, and gravy (good) along with the normal continental items...beds were firm...hot water first night but none the next day until the host reset breaker and stayed there to reset it when it tripped allowing for one shower at least...as for the good, staff was nice...location is awesome...lots of choices for tv viewing...water pressure was great especially with hot water...and it was not overly crowded...so overall it was okay for what we needed but for the price along with the added pet fees, we will look elsewhere for future accomodations...by the way, my wife and i are 50somethings traveling with a pekingnese that is house trained and grew up in the local area...we are not overly picky and typically don't complain online....

We had to change rooms because our key wouldn’t work. Half of the flooring was gone in the hallway just concrete. Got up at 6:00am for breakfast and staff said it at 7:00am it’s Saturday!? All more reason to have breakfast early!! We need to go out to hike early and I paid for this Stay and it was not worth what I pains and I didn’t get breakfast!!

Very nice staff. The room was super quiet and very clean. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Wonderul breakfast...several hot items as well as grab and go foods. It was pouring down rain when we arrived and left, they have a covered area by check in which was great to load and unload our stuff.

The hotel was undergoing renovation, so there were some areas where carpet was missing in the corridors. The newly renovated room was nice and the bed was very comfortable, but the showerhead in the bathroom was small and the water pressure was not very strong. The breakfast was mostly carbs and scrambled eggs. Would have liked a little more protein variety.

First of all, about 10pm in the bathroom, I'm stomping and killing baby roaches. Then, the next morning an adult roach came out from under the desk. Then another. GROSS!!!! The breakfast was terrible. The biscuitsbwere not done, the gravy was cold and the sausage was awful! Will never stay there again.

King bed with 4 tiny pillows not okay. Curtains not wide enough to keep out light. Breakfast wasn't that good. Biscuits were hard on the bottom and there was no syrup for the waffles. Also, no non dairy creamer for coffee.

The wifi was reliable and quick! The pool is small, but it was nice to get some fresh air. We had to check out early in the morning, but coffee was free and available. Plus, the lady working at the front desk sweetly packed some snacks for my kids, since we couldn't stay for breakfast. Very impressed by the hospitality for this little place!
