The pool was closed but looked great. Breakfast not bad, but could have been better. Overall good stay.

Rated 8.0 on Hotels.com. Should have been 6.0 at best. Older Facility with debris outside on walk ways and parking. Room had a small piece of paper on floor when I arrived denoting that room was not vacuumed after previous guest. Also small containers of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion had very little product, meaning they were leftover from previous guest. Hotel was smoke free but room wreaked of smoke. Smoke probably saturated into the old popcorn ceiling. . 3 days later

Inside, the room was large, clean, and had everything needed. Sound through the walls wasn’t bad at all so that was nice esp with a crying infant next door. Desk clerk was very pleasant :-) Outside, the grounds needed cleaning and the building looked a bit tired; parking was sufficient but barely; pool was closed but had filters running so not sure why it wasn't open. The pool is immediately adjacent to part of the parking lot — no separation — so wouldn't be super-relaxing anyway.

On Our first night, there was a construction crew partying until 2 am. We called the office and they did take care of it. In the morning they moved us to a different room and the key cards didn’t work. Management finally did get it taken care of after a couple of different tries. Also, the pool is still not open. Management was good about correcting issues.

Disappointed that the pool was not available for use. Pool use was a factor in deciding which hotel to select.

The pool was broken. The fitness center is an elliptical, treadmill, and recumbent bike. The sink in our room was separated from the vanity. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable and the house keeping staff was super nice. I also found a very large roach but it could have come in when the door was open, it was the only one I seen.

This place is FILTHY!! Our first room had literal poop on, in, and around the toilet, not to mention brown splatters all on the bathroom counter and the walls surrounding the bathroom area. It could have just been coffee, or it could have been blood or feces, there’s no telling. The sheets were stained and there were dead ROACHES on several surfaces. Not to mention what looked like black mold growing on the ceiling. We asked for a different room and while it was significantly cleaner, there were still dead roaches in the room and live ones in front of the door. We ended up staying somewhere else the first night but when I tried to check out early the next morning, the front desk staff threatened to change my nightly rate to their “regular rate of $150/night” because I booked through Expedia and paid “the budget rate” up front. There’s no way this room was worth $150/night, it wasn’t even worth the $50/night I originally paid. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn down the street, their rooms were definitely worth the $140/night I paid.

It's obvious the 10/10 reviews are fake AF. This place was filthy, loud, and we were generally concerned for our personal safety as well as the safety of our vehicle and luggage within it. Unfortunately there was no occupancy anywhere else so we were forced to stay here to catch a few hours of sleep after driving 15 hours. The room was dirty and had a smoky, dirty smell. The bathroom had mold on the walls and the TP holder was falling out of the drywall. We slept in our clothes for 6 hours and left at 4am, thankful our vehicle or belongings hadn't been stolen. I honestly fell asleep thinking we'd have been better off sleeping in our car at a rest stop.

First room the bed was dirty. Second room was dirty. Found a cockroach in the sink area. Sink is falling off the under mount. Room nèeds a good cleaning.

They have ROACHES! the room was dirty, cigarette burns on every surface including the bedding. Absolutely disgusting

As soon as we opened the door, there were roaches scattering around. There were trash left from previous guests and the property is facing a major highway with heavy truck traffic

Room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month. Stains on the sheets, the pillow cases were dirty, bottom of the bath tub was black, black and mild wrappers left in the bathroom. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at

This place was absolutely disgusting. The first room, we requested new sheets because there were poop stains on them. We started changing pillow cases and found mold. The bathroom also had mold. So we go another room because the front desk lady was very nice. The second room also had dirty sheets and was just disgusting.

Room smelled like a wet dog and there were more pubic hair on the bathroom floor than I could count.

Requesting a refund! We did not stay as it was a filthy room! The floor was not swept, walls and mirrors were dirty, bathrooms were not clean. Beds were made but looked like someone had been on the bed after it was made! Requesting info from customer service was asap!

Tv didn’t work right couldn’t change chanels

This property is right on a hwy so very noisy, the walls are very thin so you could hear the people next door. Our room did not get serviced on Saturday even though I spoke to the manager face to face. When the room did get serviced it was bare minimum, made the bed with clean towels no extras (coffee, cups, shampoo etc). Breakfast was adequate however had to ask for milk for cereal both mornings and garbage overflowing. Definitely a 3 star motel!

It is an older hotel. Room was pretty clean. Staff was nice and helpful. They tv only had little channels. TV was crooked on wall and was not able to be straightened. Towel rack in bathroom was holding in by a thread. We requested another pillow but they had none. Breakfast was decent but have had better.

The stay was just ok the bathtub had a leaking faucet and a slow drain. I will probably stay there again d/t this hotel is one of few that is halfway decent in the area.

Needs cooler air conditioner. never did cool off in the humidity.

This wasn’t the hotel’s fault but just wanted to mention it in case travelers don’t like their doors on the exterior of the building. Television was very slow to warm up in our room. After it warmed up it worked well. We would stay here again.

We are from FL so we are used to bugs. We spotted 2 live bugs in the room. Also, our toilet seat broke Sat night after we arrived. I called and reported it to the office Sunday morning and asked that it be repaired. The office person said yes, they would take care of it. We arrived back to the hotel late Sunday night and the seat was not repaired. I was very disappointed.

Thermostat on wall was not working even tho front desk said to use instead of unit. Broken on suite side. Stains in carpet. Remote to suite tv didn’t work.

Despite the building being slightly on the older side, this place is run like a well-oiled machine. Very clean, modern heat/ac units, well stocked continental breakfast with good coffee & juice, very attentive staff. Was pleasantly surprised.

Very good breakfast. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The walls are pretty thin so you’re guaranteed to hear the neighbors but you definitely get the bang for your buck. Would definitely stay here again!

The lady at the desk gave us the keys to someone else’s room and then the second room we got had roaches in it and the shower curtain was dirty, I didn’t look at the bed my partner did but he found roaches and a dead spider by the bed. The lady at the desk was really nice and said she’d give me a refund that I’ve yet to receive but it might be processing

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I made a complaint with hotels.com and they contacted the hotel. A manager was supposed to get in touch with is about our problems and how they were going to compensate us and we never heard a word from them. The housing authority was using the hotel for tenants of a condemned apartment complex and they were fowl, mouthed, nasty screaming individuals. Both nights of our stay we were awoken anywhere between 1a.m and 4 a.m multiple times by belligerent loud mouthed fighting in the hallways cursing. We felt unsafe. The zheets were filthy dirty, like thwy havent been cleaned in months. The shower walls were beyond disgusting the room stank...like stale stench and the cofee maker had 3 inches of dust on it. It was clear to us this room was not cleaned after the last guests. Clean towels were the only thing that looked clean. The pillows were all different shapes and sizes.very uncomfortable. I felt like i needed a tetanus shot after staying in this room...when we first checked in the attendant had no idea where to put us..as she said their was a note saying to change pur room upon our arrival. When we checked out..i told her of our issues and told her hotels.com had contacted them at 2:30ish a.m and they said they had to call the police on those idividuals in the hallway. I told her the manager was supposed to contact us when he or she got there...aparently they still were not there and we go no apologies or xompensation. Bewa

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. King bed in one room, sofa bed in the other. 2 bathrooms was a really nice touch. Unfortunately the sofa bed did not have linens or pillows for the sofa bed. “Sorry, we don’t have extra pillows”. The bathroom on that side did not have any toilet paper either. The AC in one room was unplugged. There were no hangers in the closet. Eggs were not good at breakfast(watery scrambled), but everything else was good. They also have hard boiled eggs Thursday breakfast was ready when I came down at 6:05, Friday was not. Sausage patties one day and sausage links the next. No potatoes was kind of a bummer, but plenty of carbs with waffles, bread & bagels amongst other things. Noisy neighbors running around until the wee hours and no security. People just hanging around the parking lot was sketchy. Ice machine upstairs was broken Thursday night. When I walked down to ask the front desk if there was another ice machine, I was greeted with a “yeah”? like he was annoyed to do his job. He did point me in the right direction though. Last but not least, the non smoking room smelled like smoke.

Wanted me to stay in room that smelled like smoke and smoke alarm chirping but did move me

Property manager was rude and raised his voice at my 5 year old during breakfast. Disrespectful behavior when all my kid wanted was a cup of juice. Room was nice, pool was nice, everything except the staff was awesome. I felt unwelcomed and like a bother because I was traveling alone as a mother with 2 young kids.

The lady checking us in never said a word to us even when she was charging our card. Just handed us everything without a word.

The service was awesome America at the front desk was awesome she made sure I received superb service from my room upgrade to late check out and she acknowledged me fur being a wyndham rewards member

Got there to check in at 2, only to be told our room wasn't ready. Waited 30 more minutes to the room still not being ready. Changed to a new room only to go in the room and see it filthy, crusty stuff and stains all over the sheets, looked like throw up on the walls, no towels, mirror filthy. Manger was nice and refunded us. Hospitality was good, but me and my wife were terrified to even be in the room

Decent place to stay, quiet, pool was cool and peaceful, clean. Room served it purpose and we felt safe here. Not too far from food, gas, and stores.

Price and location to places to eat. Was in for training over the weekend. Seems like anything you would need during your stay was available right down the road. Would stay here again.

The lady at the front counter on Saturday was real nice, also loved to be able to walk to restaurants down the road.

Convenient to the highway and quiet

The property was located on the north side of town on the main highway. It was very convenient for my conference. There was some traffic noise from the highway but it was not very loud. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast with eggs and sausage and the usual rolls etc. The staff were pleasant and attentive.

This was a weekend trip to Atalanta Motor Speedway for the NASCAR races. We had a great time and the hotel was excellent and served its purpose and made it convenient to travel to and from the racetrack and other destinations nearby. We would definitely stay again at this hotel and recommend to friends and family. Everything at the hotel was good and no problems arose.

The only complaints were really that I was not given a receipt. She asked if I wanted one and then told me their system was down. And there were not any eggs for breakfast. Other than that it really was a good experience ! I love the new key system, it's much better than the slide cards.

Room had all of the amenities I needed. Coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator & hairdryer. I could control the room temperature easily too. Towels were changed every day and food buffet was good.

Sassy staff a real problem! Filthy carpets, dirty bathroom with stinky toilets! Gag Guests refused breakfast items as staff refused to stalk hot items daily as guests requested eggs ,sausage gravy. I was threatened to vow to eat a large amount or forget it. Other excuses other day's.
