I would stay again only wish it had more available parking

Very helpful front desk, nice indoor pool with hot tub, excellent hot breakfast.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The service desk was very pleasant and efficient. Also, access to the property was easy with an abundance of parking.

The Con: The pillows were HORRIBLE The Pros: Super awesome staff that was spot on every time we needed something. I hurt my back, and they dragged a chair from another room, so I had something better to sit on. Lots of restaurants and a Walmart nearby. Awesome hot tub, open late, and we had it to ourselves every time. And I repeat, the staff was awesome at every turn!

Amazing staff, very welcoming. Nice clean property, common area, and rooms. Hot breakfast available and was good. We will stay again! Only change will be bring own pillows. Pillows they have are small. Pet friendly hotel. Pool and hot tub were working and clean! Recommend fully!

This was a nice property, nice to have an indoor pool

While it’s an older property it is kept clean. Room was decent and the beds comfortable. Bathroom is clean. Nice there’s an indoor pool and hot tub, yet the hot tub isn’t really hot. For me it has to be clean and beds comfortable and this was. Only issue is thin walls so you hear everyone around you. Otherwise it was decent and would stay again. Oh the $100 for incidentals is a bit much for this type of hotel, most hotels are just holding your card if needed but don’t charge anymore. Maybe this hotel should do the same.

The hotel is old but they have renovated the rooms. No carpet on the floors is kinda weird to me and the fridge and microwave sit on the floor so you pretty much has to get on your knee to use it. The elevator has not been serviced since 2022 it expired 8/2023!!! I had a non smoking suite that did not have a couch only a single chair to sit in. You can just tell the bare minimum has been done as far as replacing items after some renovation. The location was decent tho.

Hotel smells strongly of the chlorine of the pool. Tired looking pool and whirlpool. WiFi never worked even though it looked like it should. Weird stray cat issue outside the door. Probably wouldn’t stay again

The indoor pool was terrible with what seemed like no ventilation and the overwhelming chlorine fumes. Also, the water temperature was cold. The hotel general area appeared clean for the most part but the room was subpar. The bed mattress was collapsed and caused back pain and my wife and I to sink in to the middle of the bed. The bathroom was mildewed in the grout by the tub. The pull out bed (sofa bed) was overwhelming with a mold or mildew type of smell. The walls all had fingerprints and just seemed old and outdated overall. Would not stay there again. My wife said she started having breathing issues because of the mold.

It's an older property and looks it. The shower head was very noisy and they did not respond to our request for service. Our stay was two nights and the form in the room said if we left our towels in a pile they would be refreshed. It didn't happen. There was no service to the room at all. All in all, I would not choose to stay there again other than the rate was terrific.

There was a cockroach in my room. They didn’t apologize for it, and they wouldn’t fully refund my stay. I had to find a new hotel and showed up 2 hours late to a a venue to get ready for a wedding I was in. I traveled 11 hours in one day to get there, and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with any of that.

Checked in Monday, checked out Friday and housekeeping never cleaned the room

The room was very clean, brf was okay, same as most. It was quite. No problems

After checking in, I walked into my room and was pleasantly surprised at its spaciousness. However, that feeling was quickly replaced with a "Yuck!" when it was obviously surfaces (ottomans, night stands, etc.) were not clean. They had crusty stuff left on them and drink rings galore. I went back downstairs to let the night manager know. Travis, the night manager, was very polite and responded professionally. He apologized for the condition of the room and offered to put me in another room. I was appreciative of his wanting to be sure I was comfortable. Kudos to him! Sadly, once I moved to the new room, I noticed the same issues (though a bit less crusty) in it. Drink rings on the desk and night stand, the floor didn't seem vacuumed. It was late, and I was too tired at this point to say anything else. I didn't use the shower because I was not confident at all at its cleanliness. I brushed my teeth, went to bed, and left the next morning. For the record, the bed was very comfortable.

Room with a bad smell of urine Dirty towels in the bathroom Poor breakfast and a bowl of yogurt with no label indicating its origin or expiration date is offered with breakfast. I paid for 3 days but I preferred to leave on the second day due to the terrible stay offered

Clean room and facility

Overall the hotel met our needs for a 1 night stay. The people working there were very friendly. Our only complaint was the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My back and hip are in extreme pain this day after our stay. It isn’t making for a very good start to our vacation in which involves a very long flight. We would only stay again if the mattresses were replaced/upgraded.

Room pictured was not what it was. King room had no sofa. One single chair. Mirror on bathroom door was taped up with blue painters tape. Fridge did no work. Tub drips. Had to as for a different room and she had to stay on the phone for 10 min to know how to do it, and I was still up charged. The first room they gave me smelled.😵‍💫

TELEPHONE WAS NOT WORKING,Problems WITH THE T.V.Took them 2 day to fix it

The rooms did not match pictures on Expedia, when I asked about it because we stayed specifically for the couch in the room they said they couldn’t upgrade us because we booked on Expedia. The room had the air turned off in the middle of summer. It took the whole night to get it cooled off. The window was broken and had duct tape on it, the bathroom has patches on the wall and peeling baseboards looked very dirty. Breakfast was very little. I would not stay at this property again.

It was an adequate stay. Beds were stiff and pillows were tiny. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall ok overnight experience.

The pillows were SMALL!! Almost throw pillow size. Unacceptable!!

Need room darkening shades. What they have now allows too much light at night.

Overall my stay was pretty good. My biggest issue was there was no suitable comfortable chair in my room. There was a rolling desk chair that was adjustable up and down, but after a few minutes I had to roll over to the bed to get back on my feet. Not much good for comfort or working at the desk. There was another chair, a hard back dining type, no comfort there either. The bed worked well enough, though I fell asleep before the Daytona race was over. GO BLANEY!

Staff acted upset that i was even there to check in. Then they turned out the lights up front and left. The police showed up to 911 call and couldn't even get anyone that worked there to talk to

Our flight arrived late. So we didn’t get to the hotel until about 9 pm. No one was at the front desk upon arrival but a woman was gathering sheets and saw us waiting. Our eyes met and she had an angry look. She came to the desk, no smiles, stern, short to the point, like a robot. Talking fast, giving us the rundown and giving us the keys and dismissed. NOT WELCOMING OR COMFORTABLE AT ALL. Was it our race; can’t say. Was she tired and aggravated; don’t know. I just know that my mother and I are black women from NJ coming to a small town in Georgia. We were in town to visit my father and her husband’s grave for Father’s Day. We greeted her with a smile and kindness and I, we, did not feel welcome or comfortable. This was our experience. And I know that within the hotel industry, it is well known that you should never accept the rooms right next to the exits because those rooms are the most robbed and vandalized. Well, guess what room we received. The room right next to the exit door. And to make it worse, this exit was broken and the hinge that makes the door automatically lock from the inside, was broken and being used to hold the door open so that it would no longer close. We did not feel safe at all. The next morning when we left for the cemetery, I made sure I repacked my laptop and took it and all my valuables out of the room and kept them with me until I returned to the hotel. I couldn’t find anyone at the desk that morning either in order to request a room change.

From Check in Blue was GREAT. Very personable and a pleasant welcoming attitude to see after 4O0 miles and 7 hours of driving. His shift was ending and we were nicely handed off to Tonya. Housekeeping was attentive. Crystal and kev( I think her name) made sure we had everything we needed. And breakfast had variety and was a good start to our day. I will DEFINITELY return to this hotel in the future.

Upon arriving, the clerk asked what floor did I want, doesn't matter. Gave me the 3rd, dog barked for hours. Next day asked to change rooms, manager said she'd call back, never did. Had to go to the front desk. Clerk said she could move me down by 6 rooms. Can't get another floor, no we're booked. Just yesterday I had my choice. But I didn't hear the dog again. If I walk in w/o a pet, don't put me in that section.

Super nice staff and speedy while checking in. Was greeted each time we came by. Beds were very comfortable.

Overall stay was good. A little suprised by required deposit and 5-10 day wait for return deposit.

My favorites on staff are the young Brittany on days, and Emma on night. Both of these staff members are the best. I will be back, and truly hope they will still be there as they both are the very best; very helpful and respectful! They made my stay the best it could be.

Booked my room for one night using my "orbucks rewards". When checking in I was told by the clerk I had to leave $100 CASH deposit which I will get back at checkout, after they inspect my room. What happened to leaving a credit card on file for that. I was traveling alone it was 11pm and this cash thing didn't sit well with me. I left the hotel

The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The room was perfect for us and our pets. The jacuzzi was much needed and relaxing. Breakfast was very good. Thank you so much for a great experience for our family.

Front desk staff was outstanding

Hotel is ok, area sketchy, staff were great, dog friendly but not much area to walk them. Room was updated and ok for an older building. Breakfast is mediocre. Good sausage and biscuits. Noisy because its an older building. They keep lobby very clean.

The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was good. My bed wasn’t to comfortable. But, I would stay there again. It’s close to restaurants and stores.

Stayed here 4 nights. Chose this hotel because it was central to the Silver Comet rail trail. Biking the trail was one of the main reasons for this trip Hotel central to other activities that don't require driving into Atlanta and enduring their traffic. Bed very comfortable, as was the room. Enjoyed the extra towels so didn't run out as we sometimes do at other hotels. Breakfast had plenty of options. Would stay here again.

Arrived to police activity in the parking lot and parking lot and area around the hotel had numerous individuals that were shady and felt totally unsafe. I ate the reservation as it was to late to cancell. Found another hotel half hour away bit was cleaner and safer.

Clean facility, good location with lots of restaurants nearby. We were there for one week and breakfast buffet was the same every morning. Would have been nice to have some variety! Overall was a good value for the money.

The hotel is close to shopping restaurants and entertainment. Staff is friendly and professional. The night we checked into our hotel the room was not as clean as we expected it to be. However, the next morning we asked housekeeping to freshen up the room while we were out. When we arrived back the room was cleaner than when we arrive.

We had the end room that was huge. Fairly close to the Silver Comet bike trailhead. Walls were a little thin and could hear next door neighbors but overall nice rooms.

This was a very eye-opening experience. We encountered many people obviously struggling with addiction. This hotel was so concerning that had we not arrived at 10 pm exhausted, we would have opted to stay somewhere else.

We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area offered hot food items for breakfast which was a nice surprise given my limited schedule. However, the noise level outside the hotel was considerable from the nearby trains blowing their horns in the early hours, the nearby restaurant playing loud music for their outdoor patio and the occasional people racing their engine were too much. This is not the fault of the property but be aware you may want to bring ear plugs if you stay here.

Nice décor and pleasant employees. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good (waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, rolls, cereal/oatmeal, bagels, juice). Stayed one night, didn't use pool.
