Run away from this place, carpets have been for at least 1 year without seeing a vecum, I stayed only one night, the towels dirty, the bed linen had red spots, a very dirty room... in the hallway there was no way to breathe, size the smell of cigarette, people live in some rooms there, the pool does not exist is covered with a plastic, the worst hotel I have ever seen

Parking was fine. Room was in ghe middle of being updated. Bed was a queen with ill fitting sheers. The tv did not receive any channels. There was not any toilet paper or towels in the room.

Days Inn ownership should be ashamed to have this particular property in its portfolio. Additionally, they are falsely advertising in they did not say that this is a shared stay facility as the lobby, which was dark and dingy was filled with people who lived there. These individuals were shouting, cursing and arguing among themselves and the receptionist who answered with profanity. My 3rd floor carpet was similar to the lobby dirty, reeked of cigarettes. The pool was out of commission. The door on the hallway was busted and taped up. My room had stain splashes on te wall, reeked of cigarettes and the tray for the water was filthy with cigarette burns. Loud Voices could be heard outside my room. I had to take some of my stuff and leave because it appeared and felt unsafe to sleep. When th Uber came to pick me up, there were individuals who appeared to be substance abusers in a junk furniture spot. Terrible beyond measure. A refund and apology should be given to me and anyone else who was subjected to this atmosphere.

Whole hotel smelled like an ashtray . Was there for a few days for a work training and not once did they vacuum or clean the hallways. Elevator needs to be fixed pretty scary ( shakes and loud) hasn’t been looked at since 2022 per sign in the elevator.

Young children laying on skateboards and scooters, drifting across the parking lot. Teenagers literally laying in the middle of the parking lot wresting and playing with a kickball near people vehicles. Young adults and grown folks running around people vehicles with water guns or laser guns. The "pet room" smelled like a petting zoo. They brought in a can of air freshener with 3 sprays left in the can. The bed linens were dirty and had to be changed. The metal latch to lock the door was literally hanging with the screws falling out. Had to wait for maintenance to drill new holes to re-drill holes. The pool has posted hours of 10am-8pm. The pool was empty until 815pm, then there was a party. We left to grab dinner and came back to the police in the parking lot with rifles drawn looking for someone. Oh yeah, can't forget the helicopter flying overhead to assist the police. Then after all of the above chaos, people came back outside making noise and running around in the parking lot like it was a playground. I was finally able to tune them out and fall asleep a little after 2am.

The room we booked was not available when we got there to check in. They gave us another room that did not have a fridge or microwave in it. The Hotel booking states that the room had fridge and microwave. Also, we chose this Hotel because it had a pool.The pool was closed without any date of re-opening. The towels in our room had not been washed.

I didn't stay there once I saw the room The cleanliness was horrible, dirty sheets and blanket, smelly room, infested with roaches and bed bugs. Your reviews were 5 stars please take it off your list, it's 0 stars, don't ever send anyone there ever again.

I stayed for 2 hours and left. Cockroaches, single pain glass that was very noisy. Smoke in Halls. Carpets are disgusting.

The room smelled terrible. The all of the linen and towels were stained. TV didn’t work. Could hear every single noise outside. Luckily it was only one night. Won’t stay again.

Very congested. The tv did not work correctly most of the time. Accessible bathroom only had 1 grab bar on the wrong side toget in and out of tub. Bathroom enterance was not accepted for wheelchair. This room needed some updates.

They said the room had just been renovated but there was spackel still on the wall. The tile on the floor in the bathroom was cracked and felt like it was caving in. There was not a fridge or microwave in the room. There was only 1 towel and it was dirty. The room was non smoking but the whole floor smelled like Marijuana. Me and my wife dried off with the hair dryer.

It’s nice it’s not horrible rooms are spacious… has big tvs and the showers are clean.! I’d definitely recommend and stay again when I’m in town. Only con is the breakfast bar it’s very limited but it didn’t break my rating

Very sketchy ppl in & around hotel. We did not feel safe at all! They couldn't even give us room keys cuz it was broken, so they had to take us to the room. Our window wouldn't even shut all the way, but luckily we were on the 3rd floor so nobody could get in that way. Definitely don't recommend this place unless there's absolutely no vacant places!!

The signage out front states newly renovated rooms. If this is true, they were renovated by an 8 year old. This hotel is extremely outdated. I believe there were people living at the hotel. Beds were very uncomfortable. I do not recommend staying here. I had to find a place last minute for a sports tournament and there was slim pickings in my budget.

What a disappointment! The TV was not hooked up so had to hae someone come and try to fix it, The toilet seat was almost all the way off and we had to make sure it was in place before using it. There was supposed to be a microwave and there was none. In addition to all of that when we went down to get coffee and juice they said nothing was working so no coffee or juice.

They said it was newly renovated, however the first room we were given was not finished. Second room the air conditioner had a terrible noise. The front desk clerk was very helpful she found us another room that she inspected prior to sending us there. That was okay. Towels were thin and stained. Towel rack came out of the wall. The hallways reeked of marijuana and cigarettes and no breakfast was served even though that was a selling point.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the hotel's system was down, which caused a delay in check-in and confusion at the reception. To my dismay, the room I had reserved was not available, and I was given a different room instead.The condition of the room was unacceptable. The window was completely missing, posing a safety hazard and allowing noise and insects to enter freely. Furthermore, there was only one towel in the bathroom, which was insufficient for my stay.The room also reeked of cigarette smoke, making it very unpleasant to stay in, especially as a non-smoker. Additionally, there were loud noises and people shouting during the night, making it impossible for us to get a good night's sleep.Overall, my experience at this hotel was extremely negative. I hope they can address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests

the lady at the front desk when i was checking in , spoke to me like i was stupid because i didn't understand why i needed to pay a deposit before checking in since i've never done that before . as far as i'm concerned , there's nothing wrong with asking questions about such things but , i guess to her , it was a problem .

Check-in took longer than expected. I got a room that was not ready. I got another room that was supposed to be ready but was not. Had to wait over 30ms to finally get a clean room. Definitely did not appreciate having to go up and down with my luggage twice before finally getting a room. If that was the first time, I would have been like " it happens" . This is however my second visit here and I encounter the same concerns. I am not sure if I'll be coming again

Arrived to the property to check in got our room key. Went to our room greeted by a strong Oder of marijuana all the way down our hall. Finally got to our room it smelt like cigarettes and weed. Not to mention the room was filthy. Confronted the front desk about the situation they offered another room which smelt like the first room and was just as nasty. The manager refused to give us a refund because of the 24 policy. STAY AWAY.

Run away from this place, carpets have been for at least 1 year without seeing a vecum, I stayed only one night, the towels dirty, the bed linen had red spots, a very dirty room... in the hallway there was no way to breathe, size the smell of cigarette, people live in some rooms there, the pool does not exist is covered with a plastic, the worst hotel I have ever seen

I had stayed here before. Now though they put it out for a free continental breakfast, they are not offering it anymore. I can still live with that. Issue is the hotel guests. They are using weeds all over and it feels unsafe at times when they are fighting and yelling in the hotel compound

This property is not safe because of the environment it keeps. Blocked stairs, kids smoking pot on stairs . Room was disgusting dirty.. food on floor stuck, and a poor udgrade bathroom had little to be desired. Not recommend

Very sketchy ppl in & around hotel. We did not feel safe at all! They couldn't even give us room keys cuz it was broken, so they had to take us to the room. Our window wouldn't even shut all the way, but luckily we were on the 3rd floor so nobody could get in that way. Definitely don't recommend this place unless there's absolutely no vacant places!!

Young children laying on skateboards and scooters, drifting across the parking lot. Teenagers literally laying in the middle of the parking lot wresting and playing with a kickball near people vehicles. Young adults and grown folks running around people vehicles with water guns or laser guns. The "pet room" smelled like a petting zoo. They brought in a can of air freshener with 3 sprays left in the can. The bed linens were dirty and had to be changed. The metal latch to lock the door was literally hanging with the screws falling out. Had to wait for maintenance to drill new holes to re-drill holes. The pool has posted hours of 10am-8pm. The pool was empty until 815pm, then there was a party. We left to grab dinner and came back to the police in the parking lot with rifles drawn looking for someone. Oh yeah, can't forget the helicopter flying overhead to assist the police. Then after all of the above chaos, people came back outside making noise and running around in the parking lot like it was a playground. I was finally able to tune them out and fall asleep a little after 2am.

The pool was open. Vending machine. All rooms are smoke free. No in room mini fridge or microwave. Alot of people loitering on steps.

It was definitely not worth 93 dollars and it's not on delk rd it's on Franklin road had I known that in advance I would have never spent my money

Stayed at Days inn before without issue. Booked this to just sleep in to split our drive home. Arrived at 10:15 pm and you would think it was middle of the afternoon with the amount of people walking around in the parking lot, swimming, hanging out on the stair wells. Didn’t feel comfortable so we left.

Nothing was unique. It was nothing but a hassele.Coffee maker in room with no coffee. Coffee containers in office no coffee!!!!. 2 baby towels for two adult. I was very disappointed . I will never stay there again. The only thing was the bed, other than that it was the worse stay I have every had.

There was no continental breakfast as advertised. No working television until management in their own time fixed it. The bathroom door did not close. There was no ironing board, nowhere to hang clothes, no dresser, curtian covering the window left space visible from the outside. Facility was very substandard but no other room was available. I can not recomend this motel to anyone and would never stay there again.

It’s nice it’s not horrible rooms are spacious… has big tvs and the showers are clean.! I’d definitely recommend and stay again when I’m in town. Only con is the breakfast bar it’s very limited but it didn’t break my rating

The room was disgusting. Bugs in the bathroom, dirty sheets on the bed. Advertised breakfast and had nothing. Staff was extremely rude and didn't take good care of the property

What a disappointment! The TV was not hooked up so had to hae someone come and try to fix it, The toilet seat was almost all the way off and we had to make sure it was in place before using it. There was supposed to be a microwave and there was none. In addition to all of that when we went down to get coffee and juice they said nothing was working so no coffee or juice.

NEVER AGAIN will I stay here. The property is under renovation. Elevator dirty, carpet in hallways very dirty and old. The key cards didn’t work at time of check in and the poor clerk had to go with each guest to the room and unlock it with a master key. The poor lady was going crazy. Our check in took 40 minutes because we had guests ahead of us. We paid a $50 deposit for a renovated room, which we got back t check out. Our room was clean, new laminated floors, washroom was good. There were no hangers in an open closet, no ice bucket(only the plastic bag), no coffee maker, no coffee anywhere and and no breakfast , even though on the website shows breakfast. Total disappointment! I book on line and could not cancel.

They said it was newly renovated, however the first room we were given was not finished. Second room the air conditioner had a terrible noise. The front desk clerk was very helpful she found us another room that she inspected prior to sending us there. That was okay. Towels were thin and stained. Towel rack came out of the wall. It sucked. Bad area, room sucked. Bed sucked. TV didn't work because someone who stayed there stole a cable wire. Booked a smoking room & when I got there they didn't even have smoking rooms. Open my door at 9 pm to smoke a cigarette & there was about 5 cop cars in parking lot. Will never stay there again

The elevator wasn't working and when checking in, they didn't have a restroom in the lobby. My room was on the other side of the building and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs in order to use a bathroom. But otherwise it was a decent place to stay.

Even thouigh my hotel experience was not good, the hotel clerk was friendly. The room had broken shelves, TV did not work. The A/C was louder than normal. The room was "smoke free" but the pillows and blankets reeked of cigorettes. Will not stay in another Days Inn.

The room itself smelled musty and swampy, the floor did not feel clean, and the desk chair was visibly dirty and covered in debris and stains (photo attached). On arrival, the entrance was partly blocked by a group of men standing around a motorbike with its engine running, talking loudly right at the front door. The bike was then driven inside and parked in the lobby next to the seating area while the group continued arguing loudly (photo attached). When I asked the front desk whether these people were affiliated with the hotel, they confirmed they were. Having to push past a running motorbike and a loud altercation to reach the desk was intimidating and completely inappropriate for a hotel lobby. For a room booked as a clean, non-smoking king, this fell far below any reasonable standard. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
