(2) people at the desk, yet they had me use a kiosk to check in. I could barely understand the person on the other end and the front desk was talking over them. Elevator was out of service. I had to carry my bags up the stairs. Room key didn't work, I had to then carry my bags back downstairs. They didn't believe me that the room key didn't work so they went up the stairs with me to check the key. It didn't work, they had me wait in the hall while they went and got a new key. Then the remote to the tv did not work. The phone in the room didn't work so I had to go downstairs to tell them. They brought a new remote it worked momentarily, then it didn't needless to say, I also had to redress to go downstairs and once again have them come to my room to check. Ultimately, they had to move me to another room not a King as requested, but a double. Very FRUSTRATING after a long drive and a long day.

No real human to check in with, only a kiosk with someone far away. Difficult to understand and took way too long. Elevators not working, had two rooms and we were put on two different floors. Instead of filling first floor the end rooms were only being used so ended up on top two floors with no working elevator. Bathroom doors wouldn’t completely close and sliding shower door wouldn’t stay closed either so there was very little privacy in the bathroom. Room was on 77 and very hot when we entered. The parking lot had the only entrance blocked and you had to try and enter through the only exit, very confusing. The beds slept well and the room looked nice enough, but there were way too many problems with this hotel. Also what if there was an emergency?! Run to the kiosk for help?!?

Place is clean enough. Elevator STAYS broke down. So, this is just a little rehabilitated hotel. Paint smell is really strong. I was in a hurry and reserved this thinking it was a Westin Hotel. DON'T make that mistake, it is not.

the entire building was kept very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. but the elevator was out of order--five floors is a long way to go on steps after a hard day on your feet! And to website advertised breakfast, and both evenings the staff told us there would be breakfast in the morning, but there never was. Also the kiosk check-in is very poor.

Room had a door that was unpainted and walls had huge scuffs. Shower had hair in it. Pullout mattress had a large stain. Elevator was out and we had to go up and down 5 floors every time we left. No breakfast even though it was advertised. Lobby had a strong smell of marijuana. Would not recommend staying here.

I was very disappointed in the hotel. I was put on the fifth floor. The elevator did not work. I had to use the stairs the whole time. I found a roach in the room. I did let the attendant know.

Looked like a new property. Check in was with a person on a screen. Didn't like that. Very clean room. Vending machine was empty. Only thing missing was a notepad and pen at the desk in the room. Sign said there was a game room, but nothing. They were able to make change through the kiosk for us. I would stay here again for the location and price.

the room was nice. But you deal with a computer screen. I prepaid but they took a deposit. Then didn't give me all the $ back which is why the rating is so low. You can't just take people's money. they hung up on me twice when i called. the elevator didn't work before 7am and i was up and out long before then. they didn't tell me that and put me on the 6th floor with a dog. no customer service. No humans.

We was traveling from another state and got there early, they said the room wasn’t ready so they charge us $40 more dollars to check in another room that was the exact same room that we booked online, did not understand that. The cleanliness of room was poor, towels and rags wasn’t wash well, they had spots and hair in them from other guesses, I had to go purchase my own. Went to put leftover food in fridge, the ice at top of freezer had some type of brown substance stuck on it, TV didn’t work had to look on YouTube to try and get it to work, fire alarm hanging so if there was a fire we wouldn’t have known probably, the hotel environment was not pleasant at all, I don’t give this hotel no stars!!! I went off other reviews very misleading!!!

The room was disgusting, the floors had a layer of grime, there was black mold on the ceiling of the shower, the bathroom door was broken and the entire room was damp. It was overall a terrible experience and we will NEVER stay there again. Incredibly unsanitary and unsafe for our family!

The room had a bad smell to it there were yellow stains on the bed sheets, bathroom door was off hinges, and many chips in paint all around the room, hallway walls were dirty as well

First room we got had dog poop in the fold out bed. Then the next room had dirty floors and hand prints still on the bathroom mirror. Also only one usb plug in spot worked out of them all so for a family of 5 we didn’t get any of our phones charged. But at least there was no poop in the second room. Over all the hotel felt dirty and Grungy. I would definitely classify this as a 1 star hotel.

This has to be the nastiest and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The pictures must have been from when the place opened because the property is completely run down. Mild in the bathroom, boogers on the walls, broken floor panels, extremely dirty! We were upgraded to a different room which was just absolutely disgusting and charged an extra 100$ for. Room smelled terrible and muggy.

The check in process using the Kiosk was time consuming. The room was spacious and had a small fridge and microwave. Overall it was a decent one night stay and for the price l would stay there again if l was visiting Marietta.

There wasn’t anyone at the check-in desk, which made for a very odd experience. The virtual check in took much longer than if someone was there in person. The room didn’t have a remote for the TV, so I called for assistance and they said they would contact housekeeping to come up. After 30 minutes passed, my husband called and was told that the person who could help was offsite and would be there by 6pm (I originally called at 3:50pm). Someone came to the room around 6:30 (I had to call again) and they brought a remote. It allowed us to change channels, but we could not adjust the volume or turn the TV on or off. The construction seemed like it was not professionally done. Many things, such as towel bars, light switches, sliding doors, were hung crooked. The sliding glass door in the shower squeaked very loudly and came off track, almost falling on my husband in the shower. The sign said there were snacks in the third floor, but there wasn’t. There were no vegan options for breakfast. In the positive, the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The worst check in experience with a screen, the man waiting behind me could hear my entire name, see it on the screen, see what room we were staying in, did not feel secure at all. Walls were super thin and so we could hear the people across the hall very loud and clear for hours at night. Called to complain at 11:30pm and had to call again since they never sent anyone up. The noise continued anyway. The shower door didn’t close all the way, had to wedge some shampoo bottle in it to keep it closed and not spray everywhere. The hairdryer didn’t work either. The lighting is awful, super bright blue cheap lighting throughout the room. The hallways smelled of pot, very gross smell. Forget about what they offer as breakfast either, I called to confirm they had it and spoke with the man in the lobby as well and he said yes we have breakfast, they had a few muffins and apples but no way can that be called breakfast. Extremely disappointed in this stay.

(2) people at the desk, yet they had me use a kiosk to check in. I could barely understand the person on the other end and the front desk was talking over them. Elevator was out of service. I had to carry my bags up the stairs. Room key didn't work, I had to then carry my bags back downstairs. They didn't believe me that the room key didn't work so they went up the stairs with me to check the key. It didn't work, they had me wait in the hall while they went and got a new key. Then the remote to the tv did not work. The phone in the room didn't work so I had to go downstairs to tell them. They brought a new remote it worked momentarily, then it didn't needless to say, I also had to redress to go downstairs and once again have them come to my room to check. Ultimately, they had to move me to another room not a King as requested, but a double. Very FRUSTRATING after a long drive and a long day.

The check in procedure is vis a kiosk. I arrived an hour early to check in time. After starting the process I was told there was a $20 charge. This property also charges $10 for booking thru Hotels.Com. The room was fine but after the excessive fees, I could have stayed at a nicer property was the same price.

Upon arrival we were met by a man and a lady at the front desk who were nice but there was also a kiosk that was apparently used to check in. I made a reservation for a room with a king bed for my husband and I approximately a week prior to our stay but the lady at the desk immediately advised that room was not available so we were offered a room with two beds. I was told to begin checking in using the kiosk and the lady on the kiosk was asking me questions while the people from the front desk were also asking me questions as well as answering the lady on the kiosk for me, for whatever reason. I was shown what I thought was an example of the room we were being offered right beside the front door and maybe 10 to 15 ft from the desk. We were staying in town for a concert and I was honestly so confused about what was going on, I just agreed to the room so we could hurry up and get changed to leave out. It turns out the "example" room is what I was paying for. The room itself was nice and clean but I feel as though we were stuck in the room they knew they had the least chance of booking due to its location right beside the desk and the sliding door for the entrance. We had to sleep with the tv on as well as white noise on my husbands phone in order to drown out the foot traffic/voices from the other side of our door which had a huge gap between the door and the frame all the way around. 2 complimentary "members mark" bottled waters is what we were given for the trouble.

Additionally, we were charged a refundable deposit upon arrival, which was not refunded to us. We had to call the corporate number 7 days after check out to follow up and ensure that the amount would be returned back to us. There was a lot of sidestepping and "shady" type communication, as we were transferred several times, and told that the rep would call us back and they didn\'t.

the room was nice. But you deal with a computer screen. I prepaid but they took a deposit. Then didn't give me all the $ back which is why the rating is so low. You can't just take people's money. they hung up on me twice when i called. the elevator didn't work before 7am and i was up and out long before then. they didn't tell me that and put me on the 6th floor with a dog. no customer service. No humans.

Skip this one altogether. The rooms were nice, but the check in process is a complete disaster. They use a kiosk that has an actual person on the screen that you cannot understand. The person behind the desk has to come out and help you, but you also can barely understand that person. There was a line for check-in every afternoon. I asked for an extra towel, and they treated me like a criminal. They are very rude. I felt like I was staying in a prison. Again, skip this one.

It was a little strange. The check in is virtual with a guy on the screen. It seems to be in the middle of an abandoned lot. Breakfast is a to go bag. So you see no hotel staff. Everything was is working order and very clean. Just a different hotel experience.

This was a no frills hotel. Check in was a bit slower because you had to do it on a video screen but wasn’t horrible. We had 2 rooms, they both seemed clean and somewhat renovated but 1 of the rooms had a very strong smell (either some kind of cleaner or covering up weed smell). The hotel was not too far from Truist stadium which was the reason we stayed there. Breakfast was grab and go which was ok but it would have been nice to have coffee all the time. Overall for the price it was a good place to stay for 1 night.

This is a okay hotel. All the finishing are nice. They need to do deeper cleaning once a week. They need new bedding. I was clean but they look 2 uears old. This hotel could be at the Holiday inn level with just a little more effort and bringing back the breakfast. The staff are really nice.

Remote check in was different, but efficient. Clean room, very spacious, includes mini fridge and microwave. No coffee maker, but coffee machine in breakfast area. No breakfast provided, although there is a breakfast area. I recommend and would stay again.

The room was clean but a lot of things needed fixed like door knobs safety bars in the bathroom were loose there’s no desk like in the photos beds were comfy outside needs cleaned and landscaping But the worst part was they charge you a $10 a day ‘service’ fee that’s totally ridiculous and a $50 ‘incidental’ fee also it’s refundable but not the extra $30 for a service fee

The AC was not up to par, the front desk did not honor or waive my free night. The floor in our room was dirty as hell. Someone "missed" the toilet and didn't mop the floor prior to check in. I'm highly disappointed

The lobby to elevator areas were filled with dirt. The inside of the elevator was dirty. The room was damp and the fridge does not cool. There were several broken items throughout the hotel. The shower had mold and insufficient towels. I had to purchase my own. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upon arrival we noticed a sign taped on the main door stating that the property can cancel reservations at their discretion. I was directed to a machine to check-in. While checking in the agent on the screen of the machine proceeded to tell me that the reservation was cancelled by Expedia. I never received any notification from the site. Before I could open my mouth to say anything to the staff at the desk he happily told us the hotel was sold out and try one of the other hotels nearby. The gentleman being too happy to tell me they're sold-out told me all I needed to know. The hotel cancelled the reservation or at least said it was just so we couldn't stay and blamed it on Expedia because otherwise I wouldn't be asked to review my stay from Expedia. The preemptive sign on the main entrance saying they can do so was a giveaway after that.

The place is falling apart. The TV was hanging off the wall exposing the wall anchors. Light fixtures were doing the same. The door handle was almost broken. The check-in is a webcam kiosk… as far as clean goes… it’s not. Don’t bother here. Stay at the property literally 100ft next to it.
