The property is under construction. Parking was limited due to this. The pool was also closed as it was the 1st floor that was under complete renovation. I stayed on floor #2 where the renovations had already been completed. Very nicely renovated rooms. It’s time to replace the mattress also.

My plan when I arrived was to get in the pool ( no pool ) the web site didn't say so . The front desk didn't say either I would have never booked . When I vacation in the summer I always get a room with a pool . I wanted to wash my clothes ( no washer no dryer) I went out and found a laundry facility.

The property was clean but no pool and rooms very small. Reception desk was very kind. Breakfast was the same everyday and was from 6 to 9. They would start putting it away early so u better get it quick. Our room got flooded from a leak in another room and we had to move rooms around midnight.

I would not recommend staying at this property. The parking situation was extremely inconvenient, and the walls were so thin that I could hear everything throughout the night, making it impossible to get quality rest. My neighbors on both sides were loud and clearly partying, which only added to the difficulty of sleeping. Additionally, I was surprised by how strictly the hotel enforced the breakfast cut-off time. Although I arrived 15 minutes before it ended, I watched other guests come down just a few minutes after 10:00 AM, only to be turned away and treated rudely. I have never experienced such inflexible and unwelcoming service at a hotel before. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing, and I will not be returning.

My experience was horrible. Immediately upon walking into the room, we turned on the lights and a roach was crawling on the wall. We attempted to use the bathroom and it was clogged up. We saw another roach crawling on the wall and on the nightstand. We were offered another room and roaches was in that one as well. The desk representative was very nice and took pictures.

Upon arrival we had to wait 15 minutes to check in because nobody was at the front desk. Our room (room 118) had an awful musty/mildew smell. Our belongings were all damp the next morning and our family was congested with runny noses when we woke up. When I told the attendant about it as we were checking out she said “oh my nose is stopped up, I can’t smell anything” Like the smell was very obvious and everything in the room felt wet. The front desk made us pay a $100 deposit on top of the room price which is something I’ve never had happen even in the nicest of hotels. The breakfast was awful. No water for the oatmeal, the juice machine was broken, the waffle machines already had old batter in them, the cereals were mislabeled, and the yogurts were stuck together and the containers were ripping as you tried to take them apart. We were only there one night but I will never be coming back. I believe a refund should be given, but ultimately I’m just glad to be gone from there.

Hi the staff and breakfast was lovely.. My only negative was the clientale was constantly opening and slamming doors and talking loudly all night long, I was awakened almost every hour by squealing or laughing or doors slamming until about 4 am then others started packing out or departing by 6 am.

It was okay- We couldn’t find any tissues in our room and the only waste basket was in the bathroom. It seemed rather small for a double queen room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, but the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and it was very quiet.

The property was very clean. Our room was clean, but the AC was possibly leaking. This caused the carpet to be wet and smelled really bad. We got in so late, it was too late to do anything. I did let the person at the counter at check out know there was an issue.

Room was comfortable. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower was wonderful! Sufficient shampoo and conditioner. First room we were in had a clogged sink and air wouldn't go under 65°. Was moved rooms without issue staff was very friendly . Second room was great ! No issues . Breakfast had a great selection and was good. The pancake machine was stuck with pancake charring inside so it did smell slightly burned in the breakfast room but nothing that wasn't tolerable . They had syrup, chocolate syrup, and caramel syrup for waffles - never seen that anywhere else . Kid was very impressed. Check in and check out were a breeze no issues at all and very very fast. Would stay again.

Clean, friendly staff, great offering for breakfast. The nightshift worker was amazing. My baby was being so fussy and we ran out of milk. I went down to the counter to see if they had any to purchase. Unfortunately they did not but she gave me a cupful from the breakfast carafe. Any went right to sleep! She was an angel

Breakfast was almost completely depleted when we got there 30 mins prior to end of breakfast time. Had to leave quickly a day early as I was informed that my mother was close to death. Front desk refused any compensation for unused day, merely stating that it was after check out time. No compassion for what I was going through. Not even an “I’m sorry about your mom.”

Management was the most unprofessional individuals I've ever met! He was in fact the owner! Rude and very unpleasant! I stay at this hotel frequently because my boss is trying to save money and every time we stay we have to change rooms for one reason or another.

The stay was short, but very pleasant. The room was very nice and close to the elevator which helped very much. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice, courteous, and gave us a great place to enjoy our dinner that was just perfect for us.

Smelled like bleach, loud noises from room above us until late at night. The car next to us had their catalytic converter stolen. Looks like uncared for and under staffed. Didn’t feel safe.

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel was close to the stadium where the concert we came to Atlanta for. Overall everything was amazing.

Clean, friendly staff, great offering for breakfast. The nightshift worker was amazing. My baby was being so fussy and we ran out of milk. I went down to the counter to see if they had any to purchase. Unfortunately they did not but she gave me a cupful from the breakfast carafe. Any went right to sleep! She was an angel

Very nice and clean. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful and allowed us to check in early without charging us. The only observation that I have is that during breakfast the next morning they did not offer sausages as advertised.

Curtains did not close so parking lot lights were shining in room all night. Breakfast was a joke. Got there by 7:45 and all food was gone. Waited 30 minutes finally brought more eggs, enough for 2 people. So miss out again. No breads for toast and never refilled. No milk .Waffle iron were working nonstop due to so many people. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. This is one reason we picked Comfort.

I would not recommend staying at this property. The parking situation was extremely inconvenient, and the walls were so thin that I could hear everything throughout the night, making it impossible to get quality rest. My neighbors on both sides were loud and clearly partying, which only added to the difficulty of sleeping. Additionally, I was surprised by how strictly the hotel enforced the breakfast cut-off time. Although I arrived 15 minutes before it ended, I watched other guests come down just a few minutes after 10:00 AM, only to be turned away and treated rudely. I have never experienced such inflexible and unwelcoming service at a hotel before. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing, and I will not be returning.

Room was comfortable. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower was wonderful! Sufficient shampoo and conditioner. First room we were in had a clogged sink and air wouldn't go under 65°. Was moved rooms without issue staff was very friendly . Second room was great ! No issues . Breakfast had a great selection and was good. The pancake machine was stuck with pancake charring inside so it did smell slightly burned in the breakfast room but nothing that wasn't tolerable . They had syrup, chocolate syrup, and caramel syrup for waffles - never seen that anywhere else . Kid was very impressed. Check in and check out were a breeze no issues at all and very very fast. Would stay again.

Pros: Staff was very quick to get us checked in and settled. The lobby and eating areas seemed clean. We were almost late to the included breakfast but it was still warm when we got there and the options were satisfactory. The overall vibe was a pleasant one. Cons: The room was generally gross. There was mold in the shower and on the clothes hangers. The floor was very obviously not mopped and there was a bunch of hair on the inside of the window. I work as a cleaner myself, so I understand sometimes forgetting one or two things, but this was beyond that. Honestly the only things that seemed okay were the beds and the toilet. Plus, their “Elevator Inspection Certificate” expired nearly 3 years ago. Overall this place was fine but not really worth the price.

Stayed here for Braves game. The location was not close enough for me. Should have definitely picked a closer/walkable hotel. Booked a king size bed room. My 1st room on the 2nd floor looked nothing like the picture. There was dirty carpet and the room smelled of smoke and mold. Called down to the front desk to notify staff of the smell and asked for a room that looked like the picture I booked. The staff immediately reassigned us to a room on the 1st floor but with a smaller non-king bed. There was soap from previous user left in shower. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. It was a horrible night's sleep. It was so bad that I actually wanted to take the time for this review. I would not recommend! DO NOT STAY HERE!
