Comfort Inn & Suites Ballpark Area

A lot of broken things in the room and pool. Never any pool towels. My son sliced his foot open on a screw anchor at the pool area.

Check-in staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was dirty, i.e. the TV remote was sticky and the couch and coffee table were dirty as well. Air conditioning worked but very noisy. Towels were full of holes and so thin you could see through them. Breakfast was no appealing at all so we went out for breakfast. Coffee was just okay.

Room was dirty, blanket had stains, room smelled bad of cigarettes, air conditioning didn’t work. Had to leave and drive all the way home because room was that bad.

eggs were dry, otherwise good

AC was quite cold. Breakfast variety was good. Waffles were good. Eggs were pretty bad. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff as pleasant and helpful.
