We paid extra for a room with fridge and microwave here’s the catch the room have no running hot water. Wasn’t made aware of this. Went back to the office and was switched to a room with hot water but no fridge or microwave. They didn’t give the money back and it’s full of drug addicts hanging out.

The Good: The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and it was quiet, check in and out was easy. The Bad: The AC was barely functional, so the room was uncomfortable until 1AM each night, there were some bugs present, no iron, microwave or fridge, only two towels for two people for three days, no room service (no towel/sheet refresh, trash removal, etc), no coffee pot, one of the dresser drawers had to be kept wedged shut with a bent door key card. When we asked for more towels, we were told they only had one more, which we were reluctantly given. The Inn was less than half full, so there should have been plenty of towels. We had to dry the ones we had in front of the barely functioning AC unit each day.

When I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. the check-in clerk had left and only a security or maintenance person was available. He could not make me a key so I had to go to a different hotel. I am very displeased.

The front lobby was not open during daylight hours. All customers had to go to the night window. The door only opened 1/4 of the way. When the door was closed you could see the outside. The privacy curtains had slits in it so the outside could see in the room. The shower was leaking. When you flushed the toilet the backsplash was so intense it landed in the bathtub. The comforters on the bed where dirty. When we told the front desk we needed to check out and cancel the remainder of our stay she got argumentative and refused to give us any paperwork that stating that we had left after only being there an hour. The experience was horrible.

The 1st room we had the air conditioner front would not stay on. They moved us to another room. The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mold, the toilet had some kind of black tape around it, ceiling falling apart, rooms smell so much like smoke and week, nothing in the snack machines, can't get into to the laundry room. They won't open the lobby at all, only use the night window and it is so hot in there. There was no HOT water to take showers. The only reason we got stuck staying there is due to an issue with my reservation at the original hotel we were supposed to be at.

Pics definitely lied on this one. Hotel is so busted you can’t even check in in the main lobby, you have to go into some back hallway with a window to check in. Room was filthy, bathroom door couldn’t close because it had obviously been kicked in at some point and I guess no one bothered to fix it. The shower also had giant cracks in the bottom and a hole in the side that looks like someone punched it. Didn’t even end up staying here it was so bad, I turned the keys in early and just ate the loss. Although I’ll admit I’m surprised I got the room to begin with. When I went to return the keys so we could find something else, there was a mob of people demanding answers and the staff had nothing but attitude to return. The conditions of the room were so deplorable i left even though I would lose money, I left, and found another hotel. I was also told up front that because I booked online, the room would not have a refrigerator or a microwave. It was the worst most trashed room I have ever been presented with and anticipated that I would stay.

The lobby was permanently closed and you had to use the "Night check in" window. I checked in a 5:00pm. The Night check in was a bank teller window. The employee that check me in said hey and read sign during the entire check in process. She did bother to tell me my room number or where it was. After driving around the complex I found my room. I went up stairs to inspect my room and found it was not very clean and had an odd smell. As I went to leave the room to go get the rest of my luggage I noticed the door lock area was splintered and the privacy latch was mostly pulled out of the door. So clearly the door had been kicked in at some point. I then decided I was not going to stay in this room for my on safety. My friends were staying in the Days inn 3 minutes away. I slept on the floor of their hotel room as it was both clearer and safer then that Red Roof Inn. This is the first time I have ever wrote a review on a MOTEL before as I have never felt so unsafe/ unwelcome by staff. This MOTEL is 5 Minutes for the Braves stadium and do NOT stay here.

Room I received was not what I booked. Black mold everywhere. Asked for a refund and they said it wasn’t their problem and to take it up with Expedia. Then Expedia said it wasn’t their problem as the vendor had already taken the money. Do not book this hotel and honestly don’t book with Expedia.

The room was disgusting it had roaches and bed bugs. The room and bathroom were filthy. There was blood on the mattress cover. Staff refused to give us towels and argued before giving us toilet paper. Non smoking room had a soda bottle with cigarette butts in it under the bed. Drug addicts walking around knocking on doors and the front desk are greedy rude nasty people who sold out the prepaid reserved rooms they had to individuals who walked up looking for a room due to a huge concert in town.

This was a nightmare from the beginning. First we get there from 2 hours away and the lady refused our reservations. Then the room was filthy and old. No cover to keep warm, pillows like rocks, bed like a sheet of plywood. Cheaper doesn't have to be disgusting.

This place looks presentable from the outside. Unfortunately the rooms are old and poorly maintained. Attempts were made to update the room’s appearance but this didn’t improve the functions or comfort. The shower wall had a large crack in it. Loose toilet seat. Sheets were dirty and had cigarette burns. I had no remote for my tv so I couldn’t navigate what I wanted to watch.

Pros: The room was large and clean. The AC kept us good and cool. The hotel is very close to Atlanta Braves Stadium and to the interstate—a good value for an older hotel. Also, I did not see a single bug, which was a plus, because previous hotel guests had left bad reviews. . Cons: I needed a downstairs room because I am handicapped but we were put on the second floor. The outdoor stairs leading to the second floor had broken steps, and the handrails were unsteady. I do understand this is an older hotel. I was able to get up the stairs with help from my family. In our room, there was a hole in the wall by the sink. When we checked out, I tried calling the front desk several times, but no one answered. We just left the key by the bed. We came to Atlanta, GA, for the Stray Kids concert at Truist Stadium and were only staying for one night, then heading back to Tennessee. This hotel is in a nice, quiet area, and for just one night we had a positive stay.

Does not look like the pictures!! The main check in counter is closed and directs you to the tiny counter in the vending area. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter so we could check in. The “nonsmoking” room smelled like an ashtray. The walls and floors are all patched and not well. The sink didn’t drain. The air conditioner didn’t not cool. Will never stay here again.

The room seemed to have been redone but there was a chip of wood out of the night stand. The bedding was awful, outdated. Seemed to be an old innerspring. Most motels today have innerspring with memory foam tops.

This is definitely not a comfortable nights sleep. The room needs updating and deep cleaning. The bathroom door was deteriorating. The AC barely worked and we sweat all night on a very uncomfortable bed. I couldn’t find an ice machine and no mini fridges.

Manager was not helpful when my microwave did not work and would not replace in a timely manner since I purchased meals to cook in it. Hole in bathroom ceiling allowed rainwater to drip on me while using bathroom. Refrigerator did not work. Domestic disputes occurred outside and police were called because of unruly guests. Undesirable people walking past my door at all times of day and night made me think my safety was constantly at jeopardy. Overall experience was not good and will never again stay at Red Roof if I can help it.

The person who checked me in was extremely rude and simply stared at me waiting for me to guess what she wanted and when i was incorrect she was so snotty. The shower had no pressure at all the water just falls out of the shower head. The stairs at the end of the building were a bit scary and looked unsafe. There was garbage and cigarette butts on the railing and bags of trash on the grass by where you park and random litter all over the parking lot. The a/c was inadequate and the room never reached a temperature i desired though it did work and wasnt horrible. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but it wasn’t cleaned during my stay and therefore I didn’t have clean towels for my second morning there, i chose not to go ask for them due to how i was treated during check in. Its a cheap bed to sleep in at best and I wont visit another Red Roof Inn

When we arrived, they had no room with a king bed, which is what I reserved. When we accepted a double bed we settled in to find the television not working. So we went to the office and they told use to remove our stuff from the room bring the key back and they would give us another room. Which we did and they did. They put us in a room directly behind the one we were in and could have saved us the troble of having to lug our stuff up and down the stairs when it could have been avoided. We got in the room turn ed the heat on and went to bed. I woke up in the middle of the night freezing as the heat was NOT working. I Denad a refund.

Sadly I’ve stayed in worse rooms so it wasn’t “terrible”, but it easily could’ve been a better stay. 1) the lobby was closed so there’s a service window. The lady was rude & I stood & watched as she ignored me. 2) I wanted a room w/ a microwave & fridge bc I was staying for 2 nights. Since my room was “standard” I couldn’t get it…. (Mind you, when booking there’s no specific difference. Just double beds vs King & I had a King bed) so that made no sense. Plus no microwave in the lobby or anywhere else on site. 3) I didn’t have enough towels & wanted to get more, but after being ignored I figured why bother? 4) the remote for the tv didn’t really work & again, I didn’t see the point in complaining if I would just be ignored. I don’t understand why the lobby was closed, especially if the employees are just going to sit in the lobby & ignore customers. Honestly if I would’ve gotten better customer service or just basic respect I would’ve given the hotel a 5/5 or maybe at least a 4. I don’t see myself coming back again..

The absolute worse place!!! The owner is rude and unprofessional !!! Wouldn’t even let us speak. He kept shouting for us to figure it out with our booking agency then walked away. Has signs all over the place not taking accountability for over booking. It was obvious he took advantage of the people there for the event and over charged for already booked rooms. Literally had a sign stating “WE NO SORRY”.

Booked online got to property only to be told they didn’t have a vacancy. I asked about my refund. Was very rude, didn’t even ask me my name to ensure a refund. Very sketchy. Another gentleman was in front of me asking if there was a microwave on the property and was told no. Lady was hanging outside the front door and looked as if she had been kicked out of her room.

I was allowed to book then when I got to the hotel, they said they cannot accommodate me because all the rooms were sold out and they would not give me a refund. I had to sleep in my vehicle.

Front desk was EXTREMELY SLOW Had my reservation under my nickname instead of legal name which I have on my credit card and debit card....front desk told me she would not give me my room even when I showed her my confirmation email on my phone "how do I know that's you?" Like what the....? I'm showing you my phone email confirmation, but she wanted a confirmation number which was all asterisks besides a few numbers, so when I showed her my debit and credit card with the same name as what paid for the room then she finally gave it to me but then said "I'm only helping this once" as if she was doing me a favor?? Oh...and then my keycard didn't work the next day, went back to her and told her, when she asked the room number it's like she remembered me from the day before and caught an attitude...no "I'm sorry for the inconvenience/have a nice day" nothing....just looked at me and gave me the new cards....she was a jack***, then the property has a massive aroma of marijuana, people being loud out in the parking lot right outside your door late at night, it was just extremely ghetto

I like the staff that it is very friendly except the foreign lady at the front desk.im not trying to be racist just don’t know her name. She is very rude and disrespectful.on the other hand the other staff are excellent and very helpful and go beyond to help.

I honestly felt like I was a second-class citizen at Red Roof Inn. They have a nice lobby there but we have to enter in the back of the lobby and be serviced behind a glass window as if we are at a gas station. It was extremely difficult to understand anything that the front desk attendant was saying (whom we had to wait for). When I placed my reservation, I requested for a non-smoking room and was given a room that smelled like smoke. Even worse, both of the beds had cigarette burn marks all over the covers and on the sheets. The TV was not operational at all. The sink and bathtub had cracks. Since we had to leave for a performance at the game we left. We also had nonrefundable rooms so we could not just request for a different room and I was already uncomfortable with the front desk staff. I will NOT be going there again.

Pros: The room was large and clean. The AC kept us good and cool. The hotel is very close to Atlanta Braves Stadium and to the interstate—a good value for an older hotel. Also, I did not see a single bug, which was a plus, because previous hotel guests had left bad reviews. . Cons: I needed a downstairs room because I am handicapped but we were put on the second floor. The outdoor stairs leading to the second floor had broken steps, and the handrails were unsteady. I do understand this is an older hotel. I was able to get up the stairs with help from my family. In our room, there was a hole in the wall by the sink. When we checked out, I tried calling the front desk several times, but no one answered. We just left the key by the bed. We came to Atlanta, GA, for the Stray Kids concert at Truist Stadium and were only staying for one night, then heading back to Tennessee. Checked in with a lady that was working behind a bullet proof glass window. When we pulled around to our room, there was a meth head standing in front, homeless people laying around the property, and prostitutes. We walked into the room and the furniture was ripped up, carpets were stained, dusty and smelled like cigarettes. After 5 minutes i booked a different hotel and checked out. The overall area didnt seem bad but the property felt unsafe and i wasn't staying overnight in a place like that with my family

I had to stay here when I was in a financial crisis, but I spent out a lot of money because I booked through a 3rd party. They charged me a early check in fee just to extend my stay, They overcharged me for one of my bookings and told me to give a good review to get my money back ( which I never did) I cried the last day because I had no more money to book. Between food, gas and the extra fees it drained my account til I couldn’t stay anymore. If you stay here know they have something against third party bookings!!!
