This hotel is within walking distance of Truist Park. It has a shuttle service with limited hours TO games, but you are responsible for your way home. It is a dated hotel. But it was comfortable and we had no issues.

Anyone driving onto the property needed a gate key, which is why I guess I was charged a $12 parking fee… it seems like a good idea, but I saw random people walking onto the property and witnessed a car load of kids exiting a car at the entrance of the property to use the pool.. they weren’t staying at the hotel. There were a few issues including mosquitoes in my room and the television in the master bedroom wasn’t working, but overall, I would recommend this hotel. It was quite and clean.

Stayed for Braves game. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Close enough to walk to the Braves game. Walking from there is actually quicker than hiring a ride share, but walking is an issue if you are older or have leg issues. Overall a fabulous stay.

The property was nice and clean got it for my BFF birthday and she love her staycation just a pregame before her actually birthday. To chill and relax alone. Only problem was TV didn't work and no one could come check it... Offered another room but it was too much, attendent start the would be a discount but at check out was told that she was giving me points. Not a member so someone is suppose to contacted me as of now no one has. I'll give them 24hrs then reach out.

I purposely booked with this hotel because it is part of the Marriott chain which "normally" means good quality and service. Needless to say, it fell far below my expectations! The in-room service was non-existent. I was never told that there is absolutely NO service on the weekends. The front desk staff suggested that we take our own garbage out to the dumpster in the parking lot. I do NOT recommend this hotel based on the non-Marriott type of service.

Booked a 2 room stay for my family of 5. After arriving was given a 1 BR and told they don't even have that room. Was told they would bring an extra set of blankets for one of my teens to sleep on floor. That didn't happen. I went back to office for those after 10pm. It is what it is and kids all slept, just disappointing that what you book is not only not available, but not communicated. Front desk clerk was apologetic and handled best she could. Last night another guy was fussing at front desk about rooms booked. Looks like this is a continuous problem. Close to MLB Braves game and very easy walk.

Always welcoming no matter what time of day you are checking in/out. ALL of the staff is AMAZING! Staff is kind, helpful, make you feel like home away from home. I always stay at Residence Inn Marriott while visiting family/friends in Smyrna, Georgia.

We had an amazing time and the customer service is outstanding!! We were in town to go to our first Braves game. Upon arrival it was raining and we offered a shuttle to the game. The walk to the stadium was about 15 minutes which isn’t bad at all. The best part about this stay was after we left to come home. My son accidentally left his new Braves shirt and when we got home I called the desk and they found it and mailed it back to us in SC! This customer service is beyond what I would have expected from any hotel, and we’ve stayed in a lot due to travel ball with our son. I was so impressed that when we come back to another Braves game, we will definitely be frequent flyers here!! Keep up the great work and thank you so much for everything you did for getting my son’s shirt back!!

My husband and I stayed one night to attend the Braves game so the shuttle there was nice. Coming back, however, was pretty scary. We walked by ourselves and it was about a 15 minute walk in the dark. The property is definitely dated and needs upgrading, but the staff was super nice and the hot breakfast in the morning was really good.

Convenient parking, it’s just $15 a day. The continental breakfast was really good! I’d recommend this if you are in town for an event at Truist park. It was about a 10 min walk and felt very safe!
