They nickel and dime you for every little thing. You have to pay extra fees to have a microwave and a small fridge in your room for every night you stay at the hotel. They don’t give you any extra anything without you turning in something. Exactly 2 towels and no extra. The bar of soap they give you only last thru one shower and it’s the cheapest piece of soap you can buy! The beds are fine and the air conditioning works well. But the hotel is not worth almost a $100 dollars a night, it’s ridiculous what they charge for a 2 star motel. If you are in a dire situation like I was then I understand checking in the motel. I can say it’s all kind of ppl there and not many incidents I’ve seen there so you are safe there.

The was okay parking was okay.but i didn't like cause had to pat more money to get a room on the lower level of this ragyul hotel.i will never stay here again and i wouldn't tell anybody about them either

I got stuck in Atlanta for three days due to weather. I couldn’t find anywhere to eat because the restaurants were all closed. I got food at a convenience store thinking there would be a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. There was neither other than that. it was a nice proper.

Their customer service is horrible. The main lady that they have in the daytime checking ppl in has a horrible attitude and is very disrespectful to the customers. They also nickel and dime you for everything at the hotel. They don’t tell you that you have to pay extra for a microwave and fridge if you’re separately from the room! If you check out 30 mins late it’s 15 to 30 , and if an hr late 60 dollars. They are about getting all the money they can. Both rooms I was in had either a mat problem or a roach problem. Instead of nickel and dimming customers they need to make sure they have those rooms treated with bug spray! They treat the ppl bad because they know most of the ppl there need a place to stay and have no other options!

The property is situated on a dead end street with an awkward entry from the main thoroughfare. Well-priced considering most ATL accommodations are double the cost ( parking!) Free, well-lit parking area.Basic, but has all you need to stay and sleep. Fairly clean, but not immaculate. Despite its proximity to the highway, very quiet through the night. I also rarely heard others and slept very soundly. Some hints of cigarette smell, but not bad. Excellent location as it is situated with convenient on off access - 20 minutes from ATL.

There was a no fridge or microwave it’s a $11 in charge a day . I got a stander king size room . The towels was ragged but I usually carry my own . That was ridiculous I thought it was standard.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. This is a basic motel however, no coffee maker or microwave/fridge in room.

The lack of ammenities was disappointing. Nothing but towels and a bar of soap. No refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, ash trays (smoking room). Bare necessities only.

No refrigerator , microwave, coffee pot,or no iron in the room.0

I didn’t like the fact that lobby did not have a microwave nor my room. This should be changed to make for a more enjoyable and convenient stay.

Roaches in the room

The floors weren't swept, the sides of the toilet was dirty

The room #226 was infested with roaches. They were big and small. Many on the walls and curtains. They came out of the A/C. Also in the bed. My daughter asked for another room. The front desk agent refused and said she stayed in the room too long beforehand. My daughter and grandson was in the room for a minute. I took them to Kroger and when we came back to the room, roaches were everywhere. The front desk clerk gave her a can of Raid to spray the roaches. I went to the woman and demanded she switched rooms. She switched to room 116. I let her know 116 seemed good. A few minutes later after my daughter and grandson started eating, the roaches wanted to join them. The hotel refused a refund. I had gone out of town and my daughter had to stay in those conditions. She switched to a different room her last stay. That room didn't have roaches. This was a terrible and disgusting experience for them. I forgot to mention the refrigerator and tv was broken. Someone put their fist in the tv.

The sheets were dirty. There were holes in the sheets. The room was I have pictures.

Go elsewhere. The area was shady at best. Had a strange man follow me and try to keep talking to me at checlin until he found out i was with my father then he disappeared. Went to the convenient store next door and had a man rush out the store behind me until i got to my car and he saw my father inside waiting for me then he turned around real fast. The room on the surface looked ok, until you look closer. The bathroom was gross, orange germy water spots were in the corners, especially behind the door, refused to use the shower. Slept ontop of the blankets, i was not getting into that bed. Plus the bed was the most uncomfortable I'd been in, in a long while. Will not be booking this one for the return trip home.

It had roaches all over bathroom and floor. When the lights go out they come out even more and were all over. We just left after being there only 90 mins

This hotel is dirty and has bad roach infestation. When I notified the manager all they said was was oh ok .

There was what looked like dried semen running down the headboard and side of the night stand. There was dried food on the counters and the bathroom was moldy. The staff was horrible and ratchet.

Property was clean enough, just thin walls so you can hear everything and everyone, especially if you’re not a TV person.

The hotel was okay. It’s close to the highway so all night you heard cops and ambulances. Some nights people were being loud outside but could have just gotten unlucky with a terrible person next door. The room was clean enough and bed comfortable. But when they change the sheets halfway through the stay, the ones they changed to were dirty. They had a fridge but when I plugged it in the freezer iced really fast and had to unplug it.

Highway noise was too much.

TV’s did not have hdmi ports, bed was very firm, pillows were really flat. Great place if you’re just looking for a place to sleep for a night, but if you’re looking for a comfortable place, you might want to think otherwise.

Room smelled of weed. Smoke alarm kept going off all night long.

While the staff was courteous and helpful, I had to request a change of rooms twice due to the first having cigarette smell in it and the second one having a strong pot smell in it. The third had a stale smoke smell but wasn't as bad. Upon entering the room, the staff told me this was the best they could do. I had reserved a non-smoking room, but was told that while the rooms are non-smoking, they have no way of knowing if guests are smoking or not. We were stuck with that room. When I went to wash my hands in the sink, I could see there was residual soap build-up where previous guests had left soap on the countertop and the cleaning crew was careless in their duties. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it, but was clean and the sheets were clean. Also, there were children in the pool unattended and were doing flips off the side of the pool, and a homeless man was walking along the breeze way talking to people. We had to go out to our car later in the evening (shortly after 8PM) and the whole outside area reeked of pot. There was no way to get away from it when outside. People stood on the balconies openly smoking and chatting as they did. Luckily we were there for just one night and just needed to use the shower and bed. Aside from all this, when the rooms were updated, the craftsmanship was lacking. The LVP fluctuated under foot, and the shower tile was installed on-the-cheap and it showed. The plus was that it was convenient for what we had come to ATL for.

The non smoking room smelled like a cigar lounge.

Easy to hear from inside the room, not much noise is filtered out. We even smelled someone cooking in the morning.

One of the worse parts was our nonsmoking room smelled of smoke from cigarettes. The elevator smelled of pot and had pooled liquid on the floor - origin unknown. There was loud "basing" from other rooms most of the night. No amenities (washcloths, coffee pot, etc.) We left at 3 in the morning because we couldnt sleep. Stay Away!

Good service

The staff amd stay is and has always been great to me. I can not say enough good things. I like to think of the Masters Inn as a home away from home or home either way its always a great stay

To start, the office was as small as a coffin and had one window. The lady at the office had zero understanding of federal service dog ADA laws and insisted on us presenting “service dog ID” when it is not federally nor state required to hold a service dog ID. The rooms were incredibly noisy, smelled of cigarette smoke, and extremely unclean. They need to learn how to clean a bathroom better. The bed were uncomfortable and the springs were from hell. If I could give this place a 0/5 stars I would.

We had an amazing stay! The room was clean, the air and tv worked, the beds were clean and comfortable. Was a little skepyical just judging by the looks on the outside, but was extremely satisfied with my stay. Check in and out was super easy, and the one time i had an issue with my key not workjng, the staff was quick to help fix it. I will definitely stay here again.

The young lady at the service desk was very rude. I needed room key replaced and she was upset.

I booked a non-smoking room but we were put into a smoking room. The AC/Air system did not work. Some random drunk guy was knocking on the door at 3am and woke everybody up. Sirens, loud talking throughout the night. It was hard to sleep in this room.

Safe place

Comfy and clean. No in room coffee or tea. Clerk was not welcoming at all but not rude or nasty. My biggest mistake was requesting a first floor room because of the excessive noise. Overall decent place to stay.
