Price The ice machine did not work very well

I was disappointed in the quality of the Wyndham property. Very outdated and the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The bathtub had soap ring, toilet had a crack in it, and the sink didn't have a drain stopper. No elevator.

Was in walking distance of a couple restaurants and stores, pool was very clean..

Simple motel, good size rooms with fridge and microwave. Swimming pool really needed cleaning and maintaining. The staff were really accommodating and helpful. The whole place needed a deep clean.

The area was quiet and well lit. The property had a cheery, modern look.

Clean, well lit parking lot, safe and very welcoming front desk staff! The housekeepers were wonderful and always greeted you with a smile

Bathroom had mildew on walls. Back of door was filthy. The wall behind the door was nasty.

Bedbugs and roach in bathroom

When i checked in at the front desk the key i was given wouldnt open the room door so i go back to the desk was given another room & key. Get in that room to find a semi working toilet, bed beg tra es on the bedding & roaches everywhere even in the bed, it was horrible the amount of roaches in this room. Needless to say i sleept in the office chair for about 2 hours then went to take a shower to wake up & get back on the road & was met w more roaches! I will not be back for sure

The room was not as shown online. It was very dirty with stains on the furniture and the bedding was stain gross. Had to sleep on top of covers. If it wasn’t for other hotels being booked up around for the competition we was attending we would have left.

Dirty room with hand and finger prints on walls and door. Door handles felt greasy and unclean. Tub dirty and not fit to take shower. AC had bad odor while running. Toilet stopped up immediately after checking in and forced me to urinate outside during the night stay, as the lobby was closed with only a security window to speak though. Motel employee said there was no plunger available. Advertised as having breakfast from 6:00 am until 9:00 am, but there was nothing available at 7:45 am except two (2) single packs of donut dunking sticks, with an orange juice machine. No coffee, no milk, no instant grits, no oatmeal, and the only thing that could have been made was with the waffle iron; however, the waffle batter was as filthy looking as the tub. Have never experienced Westin or Baymont hotels as they are generally good accommodations. Must’ve been the location or lack of pride with staff. Will never stay at this location again nor will I recommend.

Cleaning crew would not do anything about the crawling bugs on the bathroom tile. Room had a strong musty smell.

This has to be the worst possible bathroom I’ve ever seen, black mold all over and paint peeling from the ceiling! I left right after getting there. It was that nasty.

Check in process was good, the manager on duty was friendly. The first room we were placed in, the door was open when we got there, the room was not cleaned. They placed us in another room. Again, dust was on the furniture, looks like it hadn’t been cleaned or used in some time. Felt very uncomfortable and had to leave shortly after arriving.

Great check in service! The room 204 had a musty and faint smokey smell. The bed was nice and comfortable.

Plenty of plugins for all devices; cold refrigerator; comfortable bed but the building was aged and run down, carpet dirty and worn out; dust on the lamps!

The bed sleeps wonderfully and is so clean

It wasnt bad, served the purpose. The room i was in definitely needed some tlc. Bed was comfy tho, and ac worked good.

The price of the stay was half of the Hampton Inn across the street. The bed was clean and comfortable. No bugs, flies, trash. But there was a lot of damage to the room that should have not been. It looked really old too, so the management must think it is okay this way, all rusty and broken.

I didn't care for the road noise or the train tracks which felt they were coming in the room with you. It's fine a better spot next trip

There was a pair of dirty mens underwear in the bathroom behind the door, the a/c smells like dirty feet, the door doesn’t close completely, the tv remote doesn’t work, and the train tracks are about a hundred yards away.

The property was very well kept, but room had a cigarette smoke smell

Well, after a 6 Hour drive getting here before check-in, and the hotel manager, jayshea went out of her way to help us get into our rooms. Staff services is great. The rooms are clean. It’s quiet after hours close to dining I would definitely stay here again.

The night shift lady that checked me in was very rude. She stated she had no vacancies while approaching the window, without even saying hello. I immediately stated that I have already booked, and she replied, "I don't care" in a very rude and disrespectful tone. Her disposition was extremely nasty. She then rudely asked for my identification, and was very irritated that she had to simply do her very easy job. The lady that checked me out in the morning; however, was very pleasant. The room was clean though, and I did appreciate that.

Wish I could submit the pictures we took. The quilt had blood stains, and the mattress had obvious squirted gizz stains on the side when you pulled the quilt back. The room smelled musty, and old like everything else in the room. I wouldn't allow my pet to stay in this room. I went to purchase a blanket to lay over the top of the quilt, as all of the hotels were booked due to the storm Helene, but when I got back, my 19 year old son told me he couldn't take it, and refused to stay. Ended up having to pay $154 on the last room at the comfort Inn and they only had the one night available. The mgr Linda at Baymont told me she would refund the entire reservation before I left, but it was never refunded. Expedia called, and the mgr Linda at Baymont refused to refund me for the one night even though we never stayed. Not that it's relevant, but I was there for my dads funeral at the worst time due to the storm, and this place ripped me off. Awful place! Travelers beware!

Specifically chose the property listed as pet friendly, but was refused at check in. Desk clerk stated that they stopped pet friendly over one year ago, as a result I lost my money for the prepaid booking because I needed to find a pet friendly property . I chose specifically two items handicap access and pet friendly, Expedia did me wrong, and Hotel staff was very snotty towards me, offering no help in resolution.

The first room we stayed in had the "jet style" bath tub and it was less than desirable. Did not enjoy showering there. You get what you pay for. It was somewhere to lay your head. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. They moved us to another room the next night without any complaint. The whole place could use some major upgrades.

Omg this was that absolute worst experience ever.. I call the night staff to express what’s was going on with the room they told me to wait on maintenance in the morning the toilets was clogged and the room wasn’t clean staff was very nasty and not helpful at all she thought I only wanted money back, I just wanted to tell her about my experience so she could check behind the housekeeping staff only to find out she’s the owner and the housekeeper she’s the absolute worst person to deal with,, 0/10 not recommended

I got woke up in the middle of the night by a guest who had been double booked in my room. They had keys and actually opened the door. Had it not been extra locked they would have made entry

Linda was wonderful friendly and helpful this is the third time we stayed at this location and was by far the greatest experience

This has got to be the best motel we have stayed in. Everything was so clean and the staff was wonderful. It being the end of August with the heat and humidity the air in the room was so comfortable and cool. Will definitely stay here again on our next family vacation.

The breakfast needs a little work by adding fresh fruit or yogurt.

A lot of broken things in our room. Bathtub faucet and most of the outlets could not be used. Whatever you plugged in just fell right out. The carpet was stained and old. The breakfast was extremely limited but great if you simply want waffles.

Breakfast had no protein. Very unhealthy

The exterior is nice and so was the night shift woman. Breakfast was carb loaded basic stuff; area was nice and tidy at least before 7am when I went in. Waffles and bananas were there and they are always a nice touch- they came out perfect. The room *seemed nice* on entry in the dark but its in disrepair. The air did smell clean after the heater burnt off that initial dust burn smell. usually these types of rooms stink horribly. The lock is wonky, adjoining door doesn't fully lock on our side which is creepy. The bathroom on entry had a living cockroach and overall is the WORST! Peeling paint, cracked walls and flooring, dripping spigot and running toilet, stains on the door and walls, human hair on the floor, one cockroach leg just on the hand towel sitting there, chipped door frame from what looks like it should be animal but i don’t know they are horizontal scratches and divots in the wood.. the table surfaces are sticky. The bed sheets seemed clean but there was specs of debris on the flat sheet under the covers so were they washed? Who knows? Me and my babies had to sleep in the beds. Would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone. I see the effort by owners to buy nice furniture, adding a clean fridge, microwave, coffee maker to rooms, and doing some upgrades but its not maintained well or not finished. The bug situation topped the list of why I’ll not return.

Well, everything was good except the coffee machine when I went to make coffee the water had fungus and green mold all around it so I just use my coffee maker. Thanks goodbye
