We checked in at midnight. We overslept and were woken up at 11:10 by the woman at the front desk check out was 11:00. We communicated we were geting ready. At 11:20 we were actively vacationing the room she threatened to call the cops because we were not moving fast enough. We were out of the room by 11:35. We paid our deposit in cash they actually made it seem like a preferred method of payment. Now I feel like they do that as a scam. The woman stated you only have a 10 minute grace period at checkout to get your deposit. Im 100% positive the staff is stealing deposits.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable enough, but not that clean and very basic. (limited towels and no hairdryer) Good for one night.

1 Star – Never again. I specifically requested a non-smoking room. When we entered the room, it smelled strongly like someone had just finished smoking in it. I went to the front desk and explained the problem. The employee told me it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and agreed it shouldn't smell that way. I asked to be moved, but after checking the system and making a phone call, she said the only room available was a smoking room. Since that wouldn't help, I decided to stay in the original room and gave me air freshener. ours later, we discovered a much bigger problem. Bugs started emerging from holes and cracks near the bathroom and bedroom. At first there was one. Then there were several more. Soon they were crawling on the bathroom counter by the sink. The longer we stayed, the more appeared. The room was clearly bug-infested. I went to the front desk and told the night auditor, "We can't stay. We have to check out. There are too many bugs in this room." I showed him the photos I had taken on my phone. His response was basically a sad look, and that was it. As I was standing at the night window, I looked down and noticed the same bugs crawling on the pavement, walls, and areas outside the office as well. At that point, we checked out and left. Between the strong cigarette smell in a supposed non-smoking room and the bug infestation, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend.
