This hotel will scam you!! Do not stay here!!! My daughter got chocolate from a Hersey kiss on the sheet, they said it is blood (it is not) they said they confirmed blood (they didn’t) then charged me $150.00 for a set of sheets that would come clean in the wash!!!! Total scam.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Room was filithy. Comforter had fecal matter, headboards had bodily fluides, absolutely disgusting. When we reported to staff they stated housekeeping was done for the day and we could put a blanket over it. Run!!!!!

The pool was very cold. My kids lasted 2 mins, couldn’t even go under and was shivering. The advertising showed a game room but only ended up having the pool table.. the sauna did not work. Breakfast was okay, on point for a continental breakfast. Room was clean. Our ac/heater had short somewhere and wouldn’t stay on but we were able to get it to stay warm in our room.
