Room was great water temperature not so much. We got a jetted tub room and the water turned cold before it even filled up. The blankets on the bed were basically sheets. And, there was a comforter on the bed but it was so thin. Hot tub in pool are was Luke warm At best. We work hard so sore bones and pay extra to get a hot tub for it not to function as it should was disappointing. Shower water turned cold fast as well.

The pool was closed and that could’ve been updated on Expedia that it was closed. This is the reason why I booked this motel. Also I was overcharged for my pet when I said it was only supposed to be $20 for two nights and I was charge $40, I even talk to the owner. The carpeting in my room was not vacuumed and the toilet was wonky. And yes, I did inform the front desk of this I will not be staying there again.

Nice pool and hot tub area. Great for families. They even had a floatie for my 3 year old. Breakfast included waffles, fruit, yogurt, biscuits and gravy- standard. Staff were very friendly and place seemed clean and fairly updated. Beds were comfy and our stay was nice. I would stay again ( we were on our way to outwest from Michigan).

Bathrooms were dirty with hair and water in tub. Towels and one comforter were damp and entire room smelt of wet stuff left in the washer too long. Their card reader was broke upon check in and instead of admitting it made me panic that something was wrong with my cards. She had to manually key in the info. Pool area was hotter than haitis I was dripping in sweat sitting and watching kids swim. No pool towels, you are required to go to the front desk and they will only give you 1 per person despite them being the size of a hand towel. Pool area also had a horrible ordor Hot tub was cloudy and Luke warm bath water at best, There was a couple in the hot tub when we got in there the second day, on top of each other and at one point appeared she was giving him a bj In the hot tub and like they were having sex. Not a family friendly place kids couldn’t swim then. Received a text upon check-in saying if we needed anything or had any issues respond to the text. Responded to text with pics included and never got a response once.

Front desk is very accommodating in setting us up with an extra room. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was very cold as well as the swimming area. We booked our stay to have family time and let the kids swim and as a 50-year-old grandmother I tried to stay in the pool as long as possible, but it got to where it was just too cold for me and the children. The hot tub wasn’t hot at all, however it was warmer than the pool, and the jets would shoot cold water out. Next morning for the breakfast, my spouse had alerted the front desk that the milk was spoiled, and she took the lid off and smelled it and then stuck it back in for other people to use. Later it was still in the kitchen for use I had tasted it, and it definitely was spoiled. It’s just kind of disappointing. Expected a comfortable swimming time with the family but a lot of corners are being cut and some upgrades need to be done.

On night one we had poop on the sheets told front desk they just said ok new room NOT SORRY or anything! Night two tv would not work and curtains were sooo dirty! Night three they moved us to a new room and my son came to visit us and his room had cockroaches ALLL OVER THE FRIDGE!! They moved them but NO REFUND, NO DISCOUNT!!! I’m calling the health department and more about how dirty and discussing the rooms were NOT to mention the unsafe pool!! The light for the pool was hanging out on pool side with a big hole in pool plus very dirty pool!!! I talked to them about it they just said yes, yes!!! Really ??? NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Yes I tried to leave but booked it and paid ahead of time and told NO REFUND FIR YOU!!!

We have stayed here a couple times and overall it is a nice stay. I would like a more firm mattress but ok for someone without back issues. The pool is kept a bit too cold for our liking and the “hot tub” is not hot more like a warm bath. Staff is always kind and helpful, entire property is kept very clean and the free breakfast is the standard like most anywhere else.

When I got there, I unpacked my clothes for the first room that they put me in. I had to change rooms because roaches were everywhere when they put me in the second room on the other side of the premises there are roaches in that room also hotel said that it was pet friendly, they did not tell me when I checked in. It was $20 a day for an animal they waited until I checked out and I asked them about it. They told me since I paid through a third-party I get charged $100 $20 a day for my animal , which was Bull you should’ve told me at the time of check-in

Room was nothing like pictured online. Dirty bedding, couch has sex stains all over the cushions from previous tenants, stains on bed frame and walls. Dirty floors in room, bent/broken door bracket that almost cut me open, windows curtains nailed to the wall, with a curtain too short to fit the window, removing any spec of privacy.

The bathroom tile caulk was dirty/moldy looking. The shower curtain was stained. The bedroom area felt dingy and we noticed dirty areas in the corner of the carpeting. The hot tub was not functioning properly, and the pool was so cold our kids couldn’t enjoy swimming. The pool towels were ratty and threadbare. In the morning, there was dry cereal, but no milk or spoons (only forks). There was no fresh fruit, only bread, biscuits, or waffles (so the members of our family who need to avoid gluten couldn’t eat anything for breakfast). Finally, on our way out the door we wanted to fill up water bottles for our trip, but the big carafe on the entry table was completely empty and we had to ask for it to be refilled. We stayed at this hotel several years ago when visiting and it was fine, but the property has definitely changed for the worse. We will not be returning.

The room was really clean Ordered a king size bed and only came with 4 small pillows Traveling with a long 2 year old the crib was really tiny for him. So much so he got 0 sleep because the mattress was really noisy If you’re coming with a small child , bring your own bed if possible for the child

We had water dripping out side our window from the ac unit above ours. Was hart to sleep. Called room service and the gal working that night put towels down to quiet the noise. 👍👍😊😊 Great job!!

The location was ideal for the plans I had in the area. It was a comfortable bed and my room was in a quiet location in the building. The room was clean and had the amenities that I like: microwave, small fridge, desk, reading chair, and a big tv that worked fine.

Fire place does not work, clock. That runs way to fast, light swich coming in does not work so we had to search for light coming in a dark room. Parking lot not very well lite.

Language barrier for checking in. Fridge didn’t work and all our food was ruined. Hot tub didn’t have working jets and was not hot. Left something in room called to have them check. Never got a call back. Went to hotel and they said they checked but didn’t find anything. When I looked I found it.

The gal at the reception desk was wonderful and she was there ALL NIGHT and still there when we checked out..always cheerful, smiling and helpful. There was a baseball tournament in town and there were several young hungry boys there…they pretty much cleaned out the breakfast bar. It needed to be replenished. Other Han that, a great stay.
