The room was big, but dirty. They do not clean under the beds. The pillows had stains. The shower took 6-7 minutes just to get a bit of hot water. Bathroom was really small for a family quadruple room. You had to step in the shower to open the door to get out of the bathroom. The parking is set up in a way that is confusing. You scan your pay card to get in, and it was just one level, but says "more parking" this way, but there was not. Security was not helpful in the parking structure. They should help or say the lot is full before entering. The staff was nice, but did not really give instructions. The location was convenient, but that is really it. There was nothing nice about the property, There are no amenities for the guests to use. The WiFi constantly dropped off and was unreliable. I think if they fixed a few things, it would be a nicer property for the cost.

The hotel was OK. They only had two floors and you had to use the escalator to get to them. The only good point about the location is that there were a lot of street food nearby. Much better tasting than the restaurants up in Genting shopping center.

Comfortable, close to food and shops. Friendly staff. Parking was inexpensive and under the hotel, so out of the elements.
