The person at the front desk was nice. There were lots of dead bugs behind the wooden blinds in the window. The pool wasn’t open because the tech didn’t come but that was the whole reason we chose this hotel. There were hairs in the shower and food in the microwave. Would not choose to stay here again.

Tansperancy first. we have stayed there before and will go back, only for the sake of convenience when visiting the area. To also be clear we think highly of the staff. But.... The side access doors which have a card lock don't work so the doors are unlocked 24/7. The ice machine has been out of order the last three times we stayed there. To be clear, the staff will get you ice, but you need to go to the front desk and request it. There are no USB ports anywhere in the rooms so be sure to bring your chargers. They have removed the coffee pots from the rooms.The outlets in three of the rooms that we stayed in are loose within the electrical box in the wall. While they are most likely safe to use, the fact that management ignores that needed repair, imo, speaks volumes about their commitment to customer focus. My wife and i disagree about the hot breakfast. C from me and B from my wife.

While i have stayed here before, it is clear that the owner has no intention on getting the ice machine fixed. Also, side access doors are unlocked 24/7. Also noticed damaged window frame in stairway has not been repaired either.

We enjoyed the game room, however some were out of service. The pool was closed so that was disappointing. The outside seating area was a nice touch and the hot breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly.

It was in a perfect location for our purposes. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet. It has a nice pool and spa, exercise room, game room, and a very good breakfast. Wonderful!

The property was okay. We were not on site much and it was acceptable room to spend the night. It should be noted that there is not an elevator, but there are rooms on the main floor. So, if you cannot do stairs, you should probably call ahead to be sure to be able to get a main floor room. There is a small pool and game room in the basement.

The motel is typical for it's age. Overall it is clean, but the carpets could use a shampoo. The best part for our grandson was game room on the lower level. everything was complete to use everything - ping pong balls, pool balls and sticks, basketballs, etc. Very well organized and in working order.

They had great hot breakfast it to choose from and a large variety of items to pick from. One of the better and nicer attampere for morning I have seen. Only down fault was I wished they had a hot tub.

We needed a nice place nearby town for a wedding this past weekend and were so pleasantly surprised to find this hotel last minute! The room was extremely clean, the breakfast was amazing, and it didn't hurt that we had a big TV (with Roku!) to occupy the time. Overall great hotel for the price and area.

The hotel is not fancy but affordable and CLEAN. It\'s simple and had a free breakfast that included a variety of options: fresh fruit, hot egg & biscuit sandwiches, boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee & juices. "Welcome" baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival at check in desk. We appreciated the small-town hotel staff ladies that made check in/out so easy. The bed was comfortable & sheets were clean and soft. Mini frig in the room. It appeared our room had recent renovations: *new bathroom floor, toilet, shower; *carpet in room. Complaints (tolerable for us): *bathroom ceiling vent was annoyingly loud rattle; *pillows need replaced; *no USB port available; *walls a little thin (heard street traffic splashing from cars & clear conversations from hallway). If you want an affordable, clean place to rest your head, this hotel is quite acceptable to book.

The motel is typical for it's age. Overall it is clean, but the carpets could use a shampoo. No internet, No plugs for charging, Front door broke, No shower curtains, Took all coffee pots from rooms. Bed linens old and torn, no working clocks,no plug in sink. On top of that is their coffee in breakfast room is terrible all watered down. Do yourself a favor and Do Not stay at this so called hotel.

We stayed for two nights at Best Rest Inn & Suites (business trip). While there are some minor items that could be updated, it was the staff that made our stay truly amazing. Janice, Lou and Amy were all so welcoming and outgoing. Beautiful smiles and personalities made you feel like like you were home. Ladies... you are ROCKSTARS!!!

This is an old hotel that could use some work. Some outlets in the room did not work so it was hard to use the hair dryer as installed. Housekeeping took towels that we hung up to use again but did not take out the garbage or make the bed. Even when requested, they still did not make the bed, which was a pretty hard mattress. This hotel could use some love!

After they charged my credit card, they said cable and internet were not working. Then we went to gwt in our room and keycard did not work. Went back to desk and tried it again Came back to the toom and no go. Went back down and got another keycard. And yet again no go. So the lady came down and opened our door. We wnet out to eat and came bacl and door locl still did not work. So they had to let us in the room yet again. We will definitely not go back but feel like we need a refund also.

our experience was excellent. the room was clean and comfortable the staff was friendly and courteous in all cases. Had breakfast on two mornings and it was more than I expected. Excellent selection of items for all appetites. the facility itself could some refreshing, but the staff made up for any possible shortfalls.
