Gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. I did not like the QR code posted in a couple places in the room to leave a tip.

Good value for the price. Stayed there 4 nights. Located soutwest a few miles out of Boise downtown, but close enough to easily drive to the city. Shopping mall about a block away with many other stores and eating places to choose from nearby. Free morning breakfast at hotel is always a great benefit too. Dave G.

Check in was easy staff were nice and helpful. Room was ok upon arrival, how ever we left for dinner and came back to a horrible stinky/musty smell. After trying unsuccessfully to find where is was coming from we opened the windows to air the room out which did help. sometime in the night my husband got up to use the bathroom and found that the smell was coming from under the toilet because the wax ring was not not set correctly and every time we used it, it was leaking sewer gasse's into the room. Next morning we notified the front desk staff and because they were fully booked they were not able to move us to.a different toom but said maintenance would get it fixed. Fortunately we had plan to be gone most of the day so it was fine by us as long as it got fixed. Maintenance thought screwing the bolts down tighter would fix the issue which it did not. After talking with the manager we were able to be moved to a new room which had become available. Overall the stay was good just a little inconvenienced but the hotel ended up doing right by us.

Room was comfy and lovely. Property was conveniently placed close to the venue. IHOP in the parking lot is a major plus. Air conditioning in the room was a little weak. Outside of that, fantastic place.

Was woken up at 1:45 in the morning by incredibly loud banging because the staff had to break into the manager’s office. No apology, no offer to discount or comp us. Also had to ask for a hair dryer as ours was missing from our room. Would not recommend, will not be back.
