A little disappointed in the fact this place had stairs and no elevator. Being on the third floor and having knee problems was not my idea of pleasant. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of options.

Location seemed a little sketchy. We worried about whether our bikes locked onto the back of our car would be safe. The AC in the room was SO loud - it was hard to sleep. We appreciated the housekeeping staff hanging up towels and making the bed daily - couldn't tell if they replaced them daily or if they just hung up our used towels and remade the bed. No elevator in a 3-story building wasn't fun. Of course we were on the third floor. Ice makers on second and third floors didn't work - that should be addressed.

This hotel has 3 floors and no elevator. I’m 76. Shlepping my bags up 3 fights. Forgeraboutit. I complained and finally after a squabble she let me have the handicap room. The no elevator is a total dealbreaker for me

NO ELEVATOR!!! This three floor, 100 room motel, has been extensively renovated. But lack of an elevator is a huge inconvenience, especially with heavy luggage and a third floor room. This deficiency should have been noted in the hotel description.

Easy access from the freeway, and although the room smelled musty it looked clean. Stayed in 3 different hotels on this trip, and this one was the most expensive and by far the least luxurious. It's a place to stay. Safe area. Decently comfortable bed. But don't expect much more.

Our family had a total of 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had trash under the beds. One had a used diaper under it. One room the cold water did not work in the shower and that room also had a huge stain on the sheet. Another room the hot and cold water was reversed on the sink and we got eaten up by what we believe were fleas. 2 days later and we are still putting meds on the kids.

We stayed there for a last minute trip to Silverwood. It was a convenient location and relatively inexpensive. Older facility needs a refresh, especially the rooms carpet. Breakfast was not bad and included microwaveable frozen omelets, sausage and toaster waffles one day pancakes the next (pancakes made fresh by a machine. Along with the other usual things you’d expect. Lots of families so some noise but not excessive. Staff was pleasant. It seemed pretty clean but there was some spots on the coverlet on the bed. Also the A/C unit had a musty sour smell sometime, maybe it needs a filter changed?

Our room was decent and looked updated. The walls are definitely thin as we could hear people at the ice machine and talking in the halls, some in the middle of the night. Stayed on the ground floor so maybe that is why more noise. Overall pleased with the stay and accommodations.

Room was tiny but clean. A/C and refrigerator were very noisy and loud. Could not hardly hear the TV over the noise. The ice machine right outside our room was noisy as well. We will not stay at another from this chain again.

It was decent-nothing fancy or special. The toom was muggy and the air had to be blowing on high the whole time for the room to stay decent temp but did the job ajd a decent place to sleep while in town.

The hotel was fine. Check in was fast. The room was clean and well stocked. It had a bar fridge and microwave, but was small. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The breakfast room was small. We are our breakfast in our room. One real positive not for us was they had brewed decaf coffee. That was a major plus. One negative issue was that the internet was down for pretty much an entire 24 hours. I asked about it and the lad knew nothing. It was still out the next morning. Too late now. There was some good staff and some poor ones. Good luck and take your chance! Haha!

The air conditioner was dirty and wouldn’t cool the room as it should. The bath fan was very old, loud and didn’t remove any moisture from the bathroom. After a 3 day stay, the room was damp enough that the carpet felt moist, the clothes were damp n my suitcase, and the room smelled musty… The window even had moisture between the panes. Our room was right next to an exterior exit and we got to listen to the door slam all night… It was an extremely disappointing stay for 600+ dollars… will not stay at another Super 8

There are good things and bad things about this super right. The guy who checked me and was probably the most unfriendly person I’ve ever met. I don’t think he should be working with Customer Service. The room was clean and nice and everything was in nice order. I was a little disappointed in The free breakfast. It was all carbs pretty much except for the coffee and there were omelettes, but they’re in the fridge raider and you have to heat them up in a microwave which I didn’t wanna do. And the worst part about the breakfast was they close it up at 9am and lock the door so you can’t even get the coffee.! Half the people that stay in hotels are on vacation and they don’t get up early. Even McDonald’s has their breakfast till 10 AM. And most hotels that I have stayed at have their breakfast till 930 or 10 AM so I was very disappointed about that. My room was quiet and the refrigerator and everything in it worked which was nice. The cost to go to the lake in a lift or Uber from this hotel is about five dollars so that’s not so bad.

Added an extra night short notice, was told i would change rooms from queen to king. Was kept in queen. Had a housekeeper try to come in, ( no knock) stating "this room should be empty". So l, i guess lack of communication within staff. I understand remodel was happening but it was stull a bit frustrating.

The hotel was clean and I felt safe. The location is great, near shops and restaurants and grocery stores. It was nothing special. Just a comfortable place to rest our heads between Silverwood days. The breakfast wasn’t thrilling but there was enough to get us started in the mornings. They did have a pancake making machine which was cool. I was pleasantly surprised based on the price and the brand of Super 8. Would stay again for sure.

This was a good option for an affordable hotel near Silverwood amusement park. Good location with lots of food options and things to do nearby. It wasn't super clean, but definitely on the nicer end for Super 8 hotels.

Location seemed a little sketchy. We worried about whether our bikes locked onto the back of our car would be safe. The AC in the room was SO loud - it was hard to sleep. We appreciated the housekeeping staff hanging up towels and making the bed daily - couldn't tell if they replaced them daily or if they just hung up our used towels and remade the bed. No elevator in a 3-story building wasn't fun. Of course we were on the third floor. Ice makers on second and third floors didn't work - that should be addressed.

Great value. The bathroom fixtures were fairly new and in good repair. Large TV with good channel lineup. Pancake machine to go with pre-made cheese omelet and sausage patty for a good breakfast, although no fruit was offered. I was very happy with my multi-day stay.

It was the worst hotel I have stayed at. It was dirty and had the worst paint fumes in our room. The breakfast was frozen and you had to heat it up in the microwave.

Nice and quiet. I wanted a place that offered complimentary breakfast so thats why i choose the place however I was dissapointed as the egg omlete and meat products were cold and had to be microwaved but I enjoyed non the less

Traveling a long way from home. It was so freaking to have a very clean room and nice soft bed to sleep on. I felt safe in this neighborhood and the exit to the interstate was right there.

It looked like the hotel was newly remodeled. The carpeting in the halls and rooms were so nice and clean, the room was updated with tile in the bathroom. It was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. We will stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. It was very clean. The only thing I would suggest is if you have troubles doing stairs. I recommend getting a ground floor room. As there is no elevator.
