Clean, spacious, later pool hours, easy check in, great free breakfast. Right off the interstate but back far enough to avoid road noise. Will stay again! (Super close to ball fields at Ramsey park which was our purpose this trip.)

The room was great and spacious, however, the pull out couch was not comfortable at all. I would recommend getting some sort of pad or better mattress to go on these beds. The indoor pool was not heated, and FREEZING! It made the hot tub feel amazing! The staff was all great!

The toilet in our room was loose and you could literally move it back and forth, dust on the top of the fridge was thick, dishes in the dishwasher were stained, exercise room didn’t have disinfectant spray for the machines, seat on the bike was broken , and the parking lot was completely demoed so no place to park at all, disappointing for 160 dollars

One of the main reasons I chose to stay here as a family is because of the price compared to others and it had a pool and hot tub. Well, the night we were there, the heater was broken and the pool was cold. Also, the hot tub was under maintenance, and we could not use.

Location is good - close enough to restaurants and fairgrounds. Room was NOT completely clean. Salt and water ring (from a glass?) were on top of the refrigerator. Lining around shower wasn't clean. Hotel lobby had dirty floor - just needed more frequent vacuuming. Bed and pillows were comfortable and everything else seemed clean. We could hear clomping footsteps from the room above us whenever the room was occupied.

LOVED our room and the overall 2-night stay. Wanted to give 5 stars because it reminded me of what a hotel stay USED to be in the 80's. They keep the pool open, the hot tub/spa is still functioning. They have staff that keep up the breakfast so it doesn't run out. Three stars ONLY because of cleanliness. The pink hoo around the shower is totally cleanable. It's bacteria and needs cleaned. The bathroom vent is filthy. A scrub brush/broom over the bathroom floor would take a few extra minutes. Not sure how long the dishes sat in dishwasher so we ran it again. The greasy fingerprints in most all the cabinets around the handles could use a cleaning. If it was cleaner definitely would be a 5 star in my book. Also, rotate the mattress please. Upload photo isn't working.

This hotel was excellent and spacious. It had a full kitchen which I didn't expect. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed with was the complimentary shampoo and soap. There was not enough and it seemed very cheap compared to the room.

Our only real complaint was breakfast. Everything is gone before getting any. Quality of the food was pretty nasty. No bagels and only oranges for fruit. Cereal always gone. Road noise through the windows was crazy. Definitely need to upgrade windows.

When we got there to check in the front desk attendant said there weren't any rooms clean and she didn't know when they would be clean. The housekeeper left the building shouting about there not being clean sheets and that nobody could make beds. We found other accommodations and asked for a refund. The attendant said she didnt have the ability to issue a refund and I would have to wait until the manager was working.

I didn’t even get to stay! I am FLABBERGASTED with the staff at Mainstay Suites I90 Coeur d’Alene Idaho location. It’s also a comfort inn. Anyway, They didn’t have my reservation from hotel.com and they didn’t have access to their email and the person who did was in Montana and the general manager is quitting and all these issues that have nothing to do with me or my reservation. Hotels.com couldn’t get them any of my info because they can’t access their email. We are in 2024?! What do you mean you can’t access email? Why are hotel.com reservations being sent to a persons email at the hotel instead of the FRONT DESK?! The front desk was less than helpful with it all. Her manager was just as unhelpful. They were quite rude and I felt like I had them dancing around me saying I can’t help you as I’m stranded in their lobby after driving 9 hours. My email confirmation, my hotel.com receipt did nothing. They just wanted me to book a new room. Excuse me?!? I already paid for a room!!! I hope those employees go through what I went through and get told nothing I can do sorry bout your luck, then maybe can learn a better way to handle these situations. First priority should be getting email access for your front desk staff to handle reservations, not having them sent to an individual who may or may not be available at all check in hours.

Clean, spacious, later pool hours, easy check in, great free breakfast. Right off the interstate but back far enough to avoid road noise. Will stay again! (Super close to ball fields at Ramsey park which was our purpose this trip.)

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Continental breakfast is amazing! It isn’t just breakfast pastries, yogurt, and cold cereal. Scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, etc. was available. Another perk is hotel is pet friendly.

As we checked in the gal seemed new and very confused. Told us she'll give us all the speech when everyone was done getting checked in (I had booked 3 rooms)....why not after the first one was done so I could get rolling on unpacking? Once in the room, needed a drink of water and had a heck of a time getting a glass. The top shelf in the dishwasher was broken and would not come out. The taller glass I needed was in the back and very difficult to get out. Breakfast was luke warm at best, luckily there was a microwave there. The cheese in the omelets was not great. I very much preferred the scrambled eggs. Waffle syrup came out very slow and the can was empty 2 of the 3 mornings. First morning the guy was on it to fill it, but Tues morning we had to tell the gal about it and after it was filled, had to tell her we needed cups too. We had a clogged toilet and were told someone would be up in about 30 minutes (8:30am) when we returned that night at 9:30 pm it was still clogged! Tuesday night my boyfriend told the staff that someone had poo'd on the seat of the men's lobby bathroom. Wed morning it was still disgusting. Wed morning the ladies room had one stall with no toilet paper, one stall with very little toilet papers and only one stall with enough toilet paper. This place has potential to be great if the staff was trained better and maybe better equipment to keep breakfast hot, maybe ditch those omelets too. We just stayed in Billings and Missoula and had fantas

Overall our stay was good. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. It would have been nice to have the room cleaned at least once during our five night stay. Also, if you state that breakfast is served until 10am then you should still have food available at 9 am.

We stayed one night it was alright except the included morning breakfast we arrived one half hour before closing and the food was almost gone. What i saw was one poor overwhelmed lady trying to feed a very full Hotel full guests with no extra help the odds were against her. with a fully booked hotel the planning by the manager could have been better.

Our only real complaint was breakfast. Everything is gone before getting any. Quality of the food was pretty nasty. No bagels and only oranges for fruit. Cereal always gone. Road noise through the windows was crazy. Definitely need to upgrade windows.

Excellent breakfast- it really was wonderful and had plenty of options and was delicious. No corners were cut on breakfast, for sure. The room was perfect! Excellent amenities. We loved the kitchenette so we could prepare our own dinner. It even had a toaster. The only thing I wish were better? The pool and hot tub water did not seem very clean. The pool water was cloudy and suspicious. A bit disappointing for my teenaged kids, since I didn’t really want them in there too much in case they’d get a skin rash or such.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There were dishes in the dish washer still. Couldn’t tell if they were clean or not. Front desk person took a long time to show up. I ended up calling and she finally showed up. Sliding door to bathroom was almost impossible to close or open.
