The overall stay was okay. The desk ckerk was great. The fact they had a pool was nice, but you could clearly see the patches from previous repairs, and the hot tub was taped off, even though it appeared to be working. The elevator looked pretty rough, and felt a little sketchy, to be honest. So far as the room was concerned, it was in decent shape, but my wife found hairs stuck to the shower wall, and the tub filled up as we were showering....like 6" full. The building, in general, semed like it could definitely use some care and updating. We had recently stayed at a different hotel, under the same company, which was in better condition and a fair bit cheaper.

The property, although dated, which is fine, needs to be cleaned a better. Our towels had stains on them, the floors were gross and the overall property was very unclean. The pool needs to be redone very badly. The hot tub wasn’t working the whole time we were there as well. We asked for our room to be serviced two mornings and it never was. Our tub backed up and took forever to drain. The water barely got even warm to shower. When telling the front desk they said there was nothing they could do. Our phone in our room didn’t work so we had to go downstairs each and every time there was a problem. The last day the wifi wasn’t working which was a major inconvenience because we are from out of country and needed it. My son couldn’t phone his dad to say goodnight because we had no wifi. When we went downstairs (again…) they said it would be fixed for at least another day and that we should be offered a discount when we checked out. Well when we checked out we told them everything and they said we had to take it up with Expedia. Also the “free breakfast” had broken waffle makers and the coffee and tea (which was supposed to be available 24/7) was constantly out and no one was around to replace it. I have never complained about a hotel ever in my life but I felt I really needed to this time because we paid a lot of money to stay here and it was very disappointing.

The staff here was excellent and very accommodating! We enjoyed the complimentary cookies,coffee & tea! Lots of breakfast options! The beds were clean & very comfortable! The pool area & hot tub left something to be desired as the floors were not clean and hot tub had pieces cracked off.

The bed was comfy enfj although it made a metallic grating noise everytime you moved. The entire hotel was pretty dirty and run down. Tiles popping up on the floor, filthy elevator with holes in the wall, stained carpets. I was excited to book a hotel with a pool but it was shut down when we arrived. Opened up for the first evening and by out second and last night it was shut down again for sanitary reasons. My kids were super disappointed. The hotel offers a tea and coffee station 24 hours. I don't drink coffee but tried a few times to make tea. The water was lukewarm at best and tasted like coffee. I couldn't even drink it. Our room hasn't been cleaned properly, there were candy wrappers and socks under the chairs and tables that didn't belong to us! The tv and in room coffee maker didn't work. The bathroom was super gross. Some attention to detail would be nice. Two out of the 3 lightbulbs over the vanity were out. The usb charging port in the wall by the bed didn't work either. It was a super disappointing experience and not at all worth the price I paid. I would never book this hotel again

No credit or prior knowledge of this when i paid more to sray here under the assumption that such amenities would be available. I expressed my disappointment, and was told they would be willing to waive the fee for not staying, but the room had already been paid for thru an outside provider, so i didn't really have an option, other than to pay again elsewhere. I will not be staying there again!

7/25- spent $210 for one night, based on positive ratings. Entrance from the road is easily missed, marked only by a small sign. It is a small lane bordering a defunct restaurant. Facility is aged. A few cosmetic upgrades, but not enough to hide drywall degradation in corners. The room was in substandard condition. Fractures in fiberglass shower stall, missing outlet cover, shower drain near plugged with hair from previous occupants. Mold/discoloration around tub lip. Dirt and accumulation in corners. Mattress deformation in a V-shape- we rolled towards the middle while trying to sleep. Way past its life cycle. Side entrance door handle deformed/dirty/degraded condition. Pool looked nice, and staff was polite on a positive note. I understand some budget hotels exist in this condition, but this falls way below the standard expectation for a $200-plus per night facility. Much better facilities a few blocks away in the same price range.

This hotel was very unclean. There was pubic hair in the shower before we use did. The shower did not drain correctly and water backed up several inches during use. There was blood spots on the shower curtain. The floor was very dirty. Would not recommend or return. Wish I could get my money back.

The place is dirty and run down. When you walk on the carpet, dust goes into the air - i tried to capture it in the picture of the arm chair. Mold in the bathroom. Door would not lock. Rear for on the building broken and not secure.

Absolutely horrible! We packed up and moved after being there for 3-hours. The room was dirty. There was a used wash cloth left in the bathroom with hair on it. Disgusting. However, I can overlook that. It was the obvious blood stains all over the curtains, sheets, and fresh paint that was just too much. We requested to be moved-no rooms available. They charged me for the night and we had to pack up and move to the Quality Inn which was the same price and a much more comfortable stay. We will definitely make a conplaint with corporate. The front desk guy, Colin, was helpful though.

We loved that it was decently priced, and close to Silverwood! We did not feel like it was well maintained or cleaned! The pool was VERY dirty.. paint chips floating around as well as hair clumps. The beds were clean, the shower felt u clean and wouldn’t drain

Hot tun and pool has missing pieces of the pool/ hot tub wall. When the 3rd floor room above us flushed the tolet the water gling down the tub was very loud, sheets on the bed were not clean, blood spots on the curtains and floors are sticky.

Very stained carpets and curtains, hairs and grime in bathroom, broken hot tub, door to room had hinge that sticks closed, sloppy patching of walls all over. The grossest parts were the carpets, hairs, curtains and chemical smell in room (?insecticide). I can’t emphasize enough how nasty the carpets were in hallways and room. Surprising for a Ramada. Beds were clean though.

No automatic door so it was difficult when carrying out bags into and out of the hotel. The common areas in the hotel were dirty untidy and unkept. I don't think the rugs or floors were cleaned or vacuumed the entire three days we were there. The hotel is very dated for the price. The breakfast served was the same all three days and cold and not well stocked. There was only one elevator and it was very dirty. In two rooms on the same floor we stayed people were screaming profanities. The Girl at the front desk was constantly on her phone and not keeping up the coffee station or common area. There were no dog bags in the waste areas outside. This was the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel.

Bed linens were clean, however the beds squeaked. It’s an older building that has been updated but not professionally it seems. The shower didn’t drain and it was cool to luke warm water. We were on the ground floor next to the stairs and it was terribly insulated in that we could hear walking above us, and up and down the stairs. TV remote battery compartment was taped shut with duct tape. TV picture was poor with minimal channels. WiFi didn’t work well. Bathroom fan was loud and sounded like a ‘generator’. The room didn’t have a great smell. The hot tub was closed for repairs.

Old hotel. Outside is remodeled and looks nice. Inside seems run down. Breakfast had some hot foods but not a large variety of hot/cold breakfast items. Had cereal but no milk. Staff very personable and friendly. 3 queen beds in our room for our family of 5 was spectacular! I wish all hotels had this option.

Short overnight stay, so not a lot to critique. Had to have front desk make the TV operable since it was set to HDMI 2 and the generic remote wouldn’t allow us to select input. One very hidden button on the TV fixed it, but the process ate about an hour. Also, the breakfast was a bit meager, but I’ve had far worse. A little more variety would be welcome. But overall, fine enough for the price.

All was well until I went to use the shower this morning. The water began to run from the tap and the drain was partially plugged in the tub and large and small pieces of black gunk began coming out and floating in the water that was beginning to pool. I turned it off and changed my mind about a morning shower. Then when I went to switch the light switch off, I noticed how filthy all of them were around the two parts to the bathroom and sink. Really need scrubbed with a brush. Yuck.

Great location, nice pool, but the bathtub was clogged, one of the trims in the bathroom was coming off and the towel and soap situation could have a lot better. When there are 4 guests in the room please provide that many soaps and towels.

A good budget-friendly stay in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The curtains in our room were horribly stained. They really need replaced. Also there were some spots on the carpet. The TV channels were so pixelated it wasn't worth watching. However the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and we felt safe. Also the free breakfasts were pretty good for the price with lots of hot options. Overall happy with the stay but they need to update their curtains and other things when they get stained or old.

Stayed here to be close to Silverwood, while I will say the beds were very comfortable and the towels were nice, that was about the only good parts. The bathroom fan was like a helicopter and the fan from the room below made our floor vibrate. It looks like they tried to update by slapping some paint on. But the baseboards were falling off, the hairdryer caught fire and one cabinet would not stay closed. Our sink barely drained, as you could hear it through the pipe, and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. We found leftover remnants from previous visitors which makes me question the cleanliness of the room. The elevator looked like it was incredibly dirty and the button on the wall for the elevator had been repaired but not well. It seems they have started to do some upgrades but they really need to fix the walls, piping issues and overall look. It seems as though a handyman has patched things up and not very well. Also, there weren’t very good curtains so the lights from the used car lot and sunshine came in very bright.

I thought the price was very good! Most of the staff was amazing. There was one lady working the breakfast that was loud and cussing and clearly hated her job. She was very vocal about spraying the waffle maker so it wouldnt take an hour to clean. We overheard her cussing telling a customer she wont make anymore f*cking coffee. I think she got let go. The rest of the staff were very kind and hard working. Our room smelled like wet dog which was very uncomfortable. I should have requested another room but we were with family and had a room very close to them. The pool was cloudy but the hot tub was very nice with VERY strong jets. Overall the stay was good, not GREAT.

Property is a little run down. Room was very clean. Breakfast was great in the morning. Staff was the nicest you can find. I don't think any of the staff had a bad attitude. Very friendly. Although it was not one of the cleanest outside of our room which was clean. I would stay here again without question!! Thank you to the staff for a great stay during our grandsons Graduation!!!

We stayed for three nights, and had no one come in to empty trash, replenish towels, or do anything in our room. We finally had to go ask for garbage bags took out our own garbage. Three of us were staying in the room and we were given only two towels and two washcloths. Again, we had to go ask for towels. The one ice machine on the premises was broken, with no other ice offered. The one good part of the visit was how kind and hospitable the breakfast staff were. We will not be staying at this property again.

This Ramada is an older building that is starting to show its age. The breakfast staff at Laurie at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Had some issues after checking in when I was double charged, which Laurie had resolved. Now today we get home to find they've charged me again! Others had similar problems while I was there, so beware.

The customer service is why I would come stay here again. An employee helped jump my car when I left my dome light on. I went in to ask them to not tow my car until I came back with help later that evening and she went way out of her way to get it figured out for me

Place is not up to par, checked out early and expedia and Ramada both say refund approval has to come from each other. expedia sent a waiver to hotel, but they still have not issued a refund for they second night. stay clear of this place. it is not at the level of the rating expedia gives it.neither expedia or Ramada has responded yet. they took money for both nights at checkin. which should of been a red flag.Hopefully expedia or ramada will take responsibility and respond.

Like many other families we chose this hotel because of its close proximity to Silverwood theme park. We stayed for a total of Four days and three nights. We did not have staff service our room, one time in our entire stay. Every single night when we return from the park, our room was exactly the same as how we had left it. I had to go to the front desk and request fresh towels, Front desk staff gave me extra garbage bags so I could empty my own garbage and put it in the hall, And stated that my room would be properly cleaned the following day. It never was!!! Despite being assured that our room would be taken care of it was completely disregarded. I was charged $20 to check in one hour early and an additional $30 to check out one hour late. Upon check out I again stated how Frustrating it was to stay in a room for four days and never have it cleaned even once and was told "I'm sorry you had such unfortunate luck with your stay. We hope that your next day will be better." There was also not a single outlet in the room that would hold a power cord or charge block. The outlets were so loose you had to prop a bag against your charge block to get it to stay in the wall. Televisions run on Wi-Fi and we could not get anything to load including their regular cable services. We've stayed at a lot of hotels, and I tried to be pretty understanding, but in the past 10 years, I cannot remember ever having such a terrible experience and a hotel

I had high hopes for this property, as I’ve stayed at other Ramadas in the past. We booked 2 rooms for our group. One of the rooms did not have a shower curtain, and upon multiple requests to receive one we were told they did not have any extra in the building by the front desk staff. Before leaving for the day we requested room service and extra towels in both rooms. Neither room received any room service or towels. When we asked for towels the next morning to shower, we were told they only had 3 clean ones available and gave us the last 3, for our group of 6. We also asked about ice and their ice machine was broken and we were told they have no ice in the kitchen to help. One of rooms tubs continued ti clog. The elevated quit working on multiple occasions. Upon checkout we voiced our concerns with the front desk regarding our stay and we were met with attitude and lack of care for our frustrations. One of the managers scoffed and roller her eyes at us. Upon walking away my teenager overheard the 2 front desk managers speaking poorly of our group and our concerns and complaints. Which upset us even further, as no guest (child or not) should ever hear an employee speaking poorly about their guests. This has probably been the worse hotel stay I’ve had.

The room wasn’t that clean, the bathtub was old and kind of rusted around the edges. The lady at the front desk with short hair was rude. There was not coffee ready for breakfast all gone, I asked her and she said she will make some and when back to her phone I waited 10 m and still not coffee, this was breakfast time

7/25- spent $210 for one night, based on positive ratings. Entrance from the road is easily missed, marked only by a small sign. It is a small lane bordering a defunct restaurant. Facility is aged. A few cosmetic upgrades, but not enough to hide drywall degradation in corners. The room was in substandard condition. Fractures in fiberglass shower stall, missing outlet cover, shower drain near plugged with hair from previous occupants. Mold/discoloration around tub lip. Dirt and accumulation in corners. Mattress deformation in a V-shape- we rolled towards the middle while trying to sleep. Way past its life cycle. Side entrance door handle deformed/dirty/degraded condition. Pool looked nice, and staff was polite on a positive note. I understand some budget hotels exist in this condition, but this falls way below the standard expectation for a $200-plus per night facility. Much better facilities a few blocks away in the same price range.

It was nice hotel. Friendly staff and comfortable room. They offered free cookies, coffee and popcorn. Nice free breakfast too. Only problem was finding the entrance to the hotel. Narrow road between 2 businesses and not well marked. Missed the entrance the first time. Ended up on the interstate and had to circle back around.

They do a pretty good job here and its usually very cheap to stay. But There are a lot of homeless people in the area... I haven't had any problems yet though. But i never park far from the front door.

Getting to the hotel was a little weird tiny sign from road one way in and out. The area around the hotel was a little dirty also. We had to walk because getting to the hotel well was not convenient

I booked this hotel online, trusting that the pictures and descriptions were current. It appears they are 15+ years old, since the property doesn’t look anything like that now. The closed restaurant in front of the hotel is unsightly, the property looks unkept, and the hotel itself is dirty (e.g. the door/windows have built up dirt when you first enter). Didn’t seem like a safe or clean place to stay:(

The stay was restful and pleasant. I would stay again and would probably choose it over somewhere else. The breakfast was amazing and my kids loved making their own waffles. The pool hours were great also. I really enjoyed how comfortable the beds were and that there were three queens in the room!

This hotel is in great need of an update. The ceilings are stained, carpet worn, and halls are dingy. The first morning we were there the hotel ran out of food. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. At 8:30, there was nothing left but cold cereal and waffle mix. One of the two waffle machines were not working, so there were 11 people standing in line to use one waffle iron. The front desk stated they were waiting on a food delivery, but to tell guests to wait maybe another 30-45 minutes to hopefully have the truck arrive is not acceptable. There needs to be better planning on their end for their guests.

The continental breakfast was exceptional because they added personal touches like strawberries to put on the waffles and even whipped cream and sprinkles for the kids. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property, although dated, which is fine, needs to be cleaned a better. Our towels had stains on them, the floors were gross and the overall property was very unclean. The pool needs to be redone very badly. The hot tub wasn’t working the whole time we were there as well. We asked for our room to be serviced two mornings and it never was. Our tub backed up and took forever to drain. The water barely got even warm to shower. When telling the front desk they said there was nothing they could do. Our phone in our room didn’t work so we had to go downstairs each and every time there was a problem. The last day the wifi wasn’t working which was a major inconvenience because we are from out of country and needed it. My son couldn’t phone his dad to say goodnight because we had no wifi. When we went downstairs (again…) they said it would be fixed for at least another day and that we should be offered a discount when we checked out. Well when we checked out we told them everything and they said we had to take it up with Expedia. Also the “free breakfast” had broken waffle makers and the coffee and tea (which was supposed to be available 24/7) was constantly out and no one was around to replace it. I have never complained about a hotel ever in my life but I felt I really needed to this time because we paid a lot of money to stay here and it was very disappointing.

No automatic door so it was difficult when carrying out bags into and out of the hotel. The common areas in the hotel were dirty untidy and unkept. I don't think the rugs or floors were cleaned or vacuumed the entire three days we were there. The hotel is very dated for the price. The breakfast served was the same all three days and cold and not well stocked. There was only one elevator and it was very dirty. In two rooms on the same floor we stayed people were screaming profanities. The Girl at the front desk was constantly on her phone and not keeping up the coffee station or common area. There were no dog bags in the waste areas outside. This was the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel.
