The facilty is old & the room smelled of cigarettes, but everything else was wonderful. If looking for authentic Japanese experience (for the working and middle class Japanese) this is a very good experience. Dinner and breakfast buffet was really good. However there's little to do around the lake, unlike Yamashiro ir Yamanaka onsen area.

no wifi in all floor or rooms except the lobby, it is outdated of without wifi. The dinning room is noisy and little messy due to some self control of customers. publice bath is good. But I will not come again.
