The Tramonto hotel is very conveniently located within the Golden Zone which is ideal for beach access and Gold zone restaurants. The swimming pool and hot tub however are rarely heated and this is very disappointing to individuals who are sensitive to cold water.

No tienen quien ayude con las maletas, Los pasillos para esperar elevador muy calientes Se batalla mucho para agarrar elevador Se inhabilitó la piscina por tres dias No hay servicio de restaurante. No hicieron limpieza de habitación por dos dias hasta que lo pedí.

Fue una mala y desagradable experiencia .!! desde el momento de la llegada, no hay estacionamiento suficiente, ocupas buscar un lugar lejos del hotel o pagar estacionamiento (150 x día), tardaron 3 horas para entregar habitación,(check in era 3 PM y hasta las 6 nos entregaron) según la estaban limpiando y al subir a la habitación , piso sucio , cajones con bolsas de Basura y botes de basura apestosos, Regadera del baño hechaba agua para todos lados menos hacia abajo. Personal de recepción se deslinda de cualquier cosa con excusas tontas , NO TE RESUELVEN NADA.. reservamos 5 noches y NUNCA NOS LIMPIARON LA HABITACION , cada día nos decían al rato suben a limpiar o mañana lo programamos .. NO TIENE BAR, NO TIENE SUFICIENTES CAMASTROS Y SOMBRILLAS, PERSONAL.DE "SEGURIDAD " PREPOTENTES Y MALEDUCADOS , alberca en mal estado, ELEVADORES NO DAN ABASTO PARA LA CAPACIDAD DEL HOTEL.DE REPENTE SE TRABAN, La verdad nada de lo que ofrecen en su publicidad es cierto... The check in states 3 pm. When 3 pm came along the rooms were not clean and we had to wait . Rooms had ac but hotel lobby and parts inside hotel did not so it was hot. There are 2 elevators and they are slow I think I passed my birthday waiting for one. The receptionist are rude and snobby .No restaurants inside hotel and nice pool but with 3000 rules. If you are wanting a fun place to stay please stay somewhere else. Mazatlán is a spot th relax have fun and enjoy not to be told by a security guard what you can’t do!

The hotel is descent with really nice scenery other than that we had horrible customer service, housekeeping needs to do a better job with the upkeep and cleaning the room. Upon arrival the room seemed like it had not been cleaned. The floor and kitchen counters were super dirty. I had to request for them to clean it again. There was an infestation of aunts that practically kept me from cooking in the room which mind you has a stove and refrigerator, there was aunts all over the place. I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for. I had higher expectations for a “resort”

Over priced No restaurant service. People were just eating and drinking in the pool disgusting. The Rooms had no Chairs it was just a bad Hotel staff were very Rude!! Charge for the towel that was stolen from my chair while in the Jacuzzi since there was vomit in the pool I hated this place! Will never stay there

Pues en general todo bien. Solo que en 5 noches solo asearon la habitación una vez. No sé si sea por qué reserve por la aplicación y no pague lo que cobran por la habitación que rente. Por q si tengo entendido q la noche sale 3500-4000 por la habitación de 2 recamaras q rente y pues por aquí la conseguí a mitad de precio. Pero quitando ese inconveniente de la limpieza de la habitación todo estuvo muy bien

I love the ocean view and walking distance of everything rooms are spacious the only thing that made my who stayed feel not welcome due to the extremely bad sewer order I went down to the counter with a concierge. Several times kept sending maintenance I asked if they can relocate me and they said it was impossible due to the high value of customers, so I won one star for this place won’t be staying there again my clothes also Penetrated all my clothing, and couldn’t sleep definitely not quiet there was music playing all night long from Neighbor connected to his Bluetooth. I can hear his phone ring as well through the loud, speaker.

La habitación que me dieron carece de ventanas. Está en el medio del edificio. Demasiado pequeña. Hubiera podido conseguir algo mejor por el mismo precio. El check inn fue complicado y muy tardado. Nunca me regresaron mi INE que utilicé para identificarme. Ahora estoy en el proceso de solicitar una más. Nunca pienso volver a quedarme en ese hotel.

It needs to be clear that “no view” means NO WINDOW. It was dark and clammy in the room because there was no fresh air. Also the 1 of 2 elevators was usually broken and one time two men got stuck and had to wait 30 minutes to be rescued. The hotel is fine - not a real lobby but the pool area is ok and hanging in the hot tub was fun. Decent coffee place about 10 min walk. Not many dining options. The room itself was fine but no window? I wouldn’t have booked if I had known that.

Pésimo servicio , no respetaron mi reservación. Me dieron un cuarto con 2 camas dobles y yo Había rentado una habitación con 2 cuartos y vista al mar. Orrible la espera en recepción de 2 horas y solo te dicen que Expedia sobre vendió 😔

Son amables pero les falta capacitación a su personal. Les resta puntos el que no tienen servicio en recepción de12:00 am a 7:00 am. Yo tenía que hacer check out a las 5:00am y solo está el vigilante, solicité mi depósito que había dejado en efectivo y el vigilante la hizo muy tardada, me pidió número de cuenta para depositarme (ese no era el trato) hasta que se hizo menso un rato ahí disque haciendo llamadas hasta que lo entregó. También dejé dicho en recepción que solicitaba servicio de taxi y tampoco lo tenían. Qué desesperación porque tenía que estar en la camionera a las 5:30

Fue una mala y desagradable experiencia .!! desde el momento de la llegada, no hay estacionamiento suficiente, ocupas buscar un lugar lejos del hotel o pagar estacionamiento (150 x día), tardaron 3 horas para entregar habitación,(check in era 3 PM y hasta las 6 nos entregaron) según la estaban limpiando y al subir a la habitación , piso sucio , cajones con bolsas de Basura y botes de basura apestosos, Regadera del baño hechaba agua para todos lados menos hacia abajo. Personal de recepción se deslinda de cualquier cosa con excusas tontas , NO TE RESUELVEN NADA.. reservamos 5 noches y NUNCA NOS LIMPIARON LA HABITACION , cada día nos decían al rato suben a limpiar o mañana lo programamos .. NO TIENE BAR, NO TIENE SUFICIENTES CAMASTROS Y SOMBRILLAS, PERSONAL.DE "SEGURIDAD " PREPOTENTES Y MALEDUCADOS , alberca en mal estado, ELEVADORES NO DAN ABASTO PARA LA CAPACIDAD DEL HOTEL.DE REPENTE SE TRABAN, La verdad nada de lo que ofrecen en su publicidad es cierto... The check in states 3 pm. When 3 pm came along the rooms were not clean and we had to wait . Rooms had ac but hotel lobby and parts inside hotel did not so it was hot. There are 2 elevators and they are slow I think I passed my birthday waiting for one. The receptionist are rude and snobby .No restaurants inside hotel and nice pool but with 3000 rules. If you are wanting a fun place to stay please stay somewhere else. Mazatlán is a spot th relax have fun and enjoy not to be told by a security guard what you can’t do!

It has a very Nice ocean View as its Few meters from the sea. The room has enough to have a good stay and was clean. The building needs mantenance and elevators are messi, staff was not very friendly with my needs when needing extra towels and prepare extra bed at night.

The Tramonto hotel is very conveniently located within the Golden Zone which is ideal for beach access and Gold zone restaurants. The swimming pool and hot tub however are rarely heated and this is very disappointing to individuals who are sensitive to cold water.

Over priced No restaurant service. People were just eating and drinking in the pool disgusting. The Rooms had no Chairs it was just a bad Hotel staff were very Rude!! Charge for the towel that was stolen from my chair while in the Jacuzzi since there was vomit in the pool I hated this place! Will never stay there

No parking was a total inconvenience, only 2 elevators for all including employees waited up to 25 minutes use elevators not enough tables and shade in pool area and no dining or bar open in hotel all 4 days i was there

No tienen quien ayude con las maletas, Los pasillos para esperar elevador muy calientes Se batalla mucho para agarrar elevador Se inhabilitó la piscina por tres dias No hay servicio de restaurante. No hicieron limpieza de habitación por dos dias hasta que lo pedí.

The hotel is descent with really nice scenery other than that we had horrible customer service, housekeeping needs to do a better job with the upkeep and cleaning the room. Upon arrival the room seemed like it had not been cleaned. The floor and kitchen counters were super dirty. I had to request for them to clean it again. There was an infestation of aunts that practically kept me from cooking in the room which mind you has a stove and refrigerator, there was aunts all over the place. I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for. I had higher expectations for a “resort”

Pues en general todo bien. Solo que en 5 noches solo asearon la habitación una vez. No sé si sea por qué reserve por la aplicación y no pague lo que cobran por la habitación que rente. Por q si tengo entendido q la noche sale 3500-4000 por la habitación de 2 recamaras q rente y pues por aquí la conseguí a mitad de precio. Pero quitando ese inconveniente de la limpieza de la habitación todo estuvo muy bien

Fue una mala y desagradable experiencia .!! desde el momento de la llegada, no hay estacionamiento suficiente, ocupas buscar un lugar lejos del hotel o pagar estacionamiento (150 x día), tardaron 3 horas para entregar habitación,(check in era 3 PM y hasta las 6 nos entregaron) según la estaban limpiando y al subir a la habitación , piso sucio , cajones con bolsas de Basura y botes de basura apestosos, Regadera del baño hechaba agua para todos lados menos hacia abajo. Personal de recepción se deslinda de cualquier cosa con excusas tontas , NO TE RESUELVEN NADA.. reservamos 5 noches y NUNCA NOS LIMPIARON LA HABITACION , cada día nos decían al rato suben a limpiar o mañana lo programamos .. NO TIENE BAR, NO TIENE SUFICIENTES CAMASTROS Y SOMBRILLAS, PERSONAL.DE "SEGURIDAD " PREPOTENTES Y MALEDUCADOS , alberca en mal estado, ELEVADORES NO DAN ABASTO PARA LA CAPACIDAD DEL HOTEL.DE REPENTE SE TRABAN, La verdad nada de lo que ofrecen en su publicidad es cierto... Pésima elección, POR EL PRECIO QUE PAGAMOS ME SIENTO ESTAFADO POR ESE "HOTEL" DE CERO ESTRELLAS....
