Was a good place, clean, comfortable. But we did pick the place because it had a pool, but when we got there we were told it was closed … our kids were bummed, this was one of the biggest reasons we picked this hotel. I wish they would have updated the listing.

Enjoyed everything. Only downside is you have to pay for parking at the hotel and theirs parking tax as well. I’m not from the area so I’m not used to having to pay for parking at a place like that

Mostly everything was great. The room was very clean and breakfast was well stocked with a nice variety of options. The fitness center was decent for a hotel. The bed was adequate, but slightly uncomfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool, but it didn’t seem to be as clean of area as the rest of the hotel. Staff was friendly and overall it was a pleasant place to stay.

It was an easy fast check in. They accomodated our family traveling seperately to be on the same floor as us. There are stains on the sofa bed from use. The pool was very warm and kind of scummy on the stairs and floor of pool. It was enough for our one night stay.

Entire reason for booking this particular property was because of the pool. There was zero indication of it closure upon booking. Upon arrival, it was closed my entire stay. I will never stay at this hotel again and I work across the street.

We did not stay at this hotel. We want our money back. The room was disgusting with pubic hair in the tub. We asked for another room and the second room had dried pee on the edge of the tub. Both rooms did not look like they had been cleaned in a long time. One of my sons pointed out how dirty the floors were. We did not put anything down in either room and left both rooms immediately. When we told the front desk clerk about it, she just said that we would have to work with the 3rd party company because they had our money. She then told me that her manager would call me the next day, I have yet to get a phone call from her. I don’t know how this hotel got an 8.8 rating. The hotel must be deleting the bad reviews. The pictures on hotels.com were not up to date as the furniture was old and worn out. I want a refund from either hotels.com or Springhill Suites. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Go next door to the Hampton Inn. They were great. One of their managers even told me horror stories about the Springhill Suites in Burr Ridge.

Writing this while I am here. We were greeted by a roach in the bathroom as soon as we walked in. This places needs some serious updating as we paid over $200 a night to stay here! Not so clean and it looks like the linen hasn’t been changed or washed. The building smells moldy. The problem is we checked in at night and we were exhausted, otherwise I would have not stayed here. Very disappointing.

I liked the large rooms and comfortable bed and nice location. I disliked the mold in the bathroom toilet and shower room ceiling and walls. The ceiling vent/fan in the bathroom did not work which probably resulted in the mold.

This place is a dump and I am trying to get a refund for our stay. The hotel is very old and in poor condition, but the worst part of our stay was that our sheets had blood all over them and my daughter and I had to touch this biohazard. Don’t stay here! Disgusting, no help, and because we booked through Expedia, they claim no way to get refunded.

We enjoyed this stay! Although we were running around a lot, we came back to a friendly, clean and comfortable atmosphere. The entrance of the hotel/lobby stayed clean and clutter free. The room was really nice! I had the king w/sleeper sofa. I appreciated the partial wall divider that is built in. It allowed my daughter some sort of privacy and myself as well. Now, the mirror that’s in front of the bed (side eye…😂…OK THEN!!!…that’s all I have to say about it). The bathroom is a bit small, you have a small inswing, so if you’re a bigger person, get the room with accessibility. The mattress was extremely soft, which made for a stiff morning, but nothing you can’t get pass. The breakfast was good, fresh and hot! Definitely will come back!

Great neighborhood, convenient location, good breakfast and set up (some people really overdue the complimentary part/not of the hotel's fault). The room size was nice, the furniture good. Personally, the bed was a little hard but my spouse liked it. There was a lack of lights. Some areas were updated, some not. It was clean. Overall it wasn't terrible for the 2 nights we were there.

My group was arriving very very early in the morning (5am) and they kept up with me the whole way as they knew I was driving up from Alabama and were total sweethearts. Room was nice, breakfast was good and plentiful... wonderful place to be.

Disappointing stay. Have been choosing to stay at other properties instead of Mariotts and decided to give this place a try. No housekeeping . Needed towels and had difficult respose to that request. Dining area is busy and not cleaned between patrons using the tables . Seemed understaff especially front desk. Will be staying elsewhere when we come back in a few weeks .

Staying in a room where the toilet ran over and I couldn’t/didnt receive any assistance going up/down from the room to the lobby with kids to use the bathroom and even after I was told maintenance wouldn’t be in until 7 they never showed up and I was offered a plunger to do it myself unbelievable I love the Marriott my absolute favorite hotel but this was very unprofessional

We stayed for a quick night before leaving on spring break. It was about a 30min drive to O'Hare which was perfect for an early morning flight. The free breakfast was perfect with waffles, cereal, and muffins. The coffee/tea station was great. I really appreciated the lemon juice packets and honey that I could add to the green tea they offered. Overall we would stay here again next time we need a hotel near O'Hare!

This hotel is conveniently located off I55 and close and an easy drive to the city of Chicago for any events and sites you are interested in. Burr Ridge is a cute town with a walkable Village Center. We stay here whenever in the area. Breakfast is nice too.

Stayed here for an event I had downtown Chicago and this was perfect and out the way! No traffic and only took me 15 Min to get to soldier field. It was close to shopping and food places as well. Very clean and quiet and affordable!

We were very pleased with our stay at SpringHill Suites. They have a fantastic breakfast buffet set up. They have a wide variety of choices to choose from. We really enjoyed having the waffles every morning with a wide variety of toppings to add to it. They have scrabbled eggs, Quiche, each day was either sausage, a sausage medley with potatoes, green pepper, red pepper which was delicious, then bacon once in a while. You can get Hot Oatmeal, Pastry's, Cereal, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Iced Water, Cartons of Milk, Yogurt, Apples, Bananas, Toast, Bagels. There is something for everyone. Delicious! The beds were very comfortable, the only thing that we would have enjoyed more was a thicker pillow but there were plenty of pillows so you could double them up. Nice hot shower every morning, staff was very pleasant, each and every one that we talked to. Great stay!

Disappointing stay. Have been choosing to stay at other properties instead of Mariotts and decided to give this place a try. No housekeeping . Needed towels and had difficult respose to that request. Dining area is busy and not cleaned between patrons using the tables . Seemed understaff especially front desk. Will be staying elsewhere when we come back in a few weeks .

It was way too chaotic just walking in the door. It was as if the entry was a conference center & party event location. A work Zoom call was full screen with a larger group of people. It was so awkward. Once that was over a VERY large, LOUD group took over the whole lobby. The complimentary breakfast ran out of things too. Again, super chaotic.

We stayed for a quick night before leaving on spring break. It was about a 30min drive to O'Hare which was perfect for an early morning flight. The free breakfast was perfect with waffles, cereal, and muffins. The coffee/tea station was great. I really appreciated the lemon juice packets and honey that I could add to the green tea they offered. Overall we would stay here again next time we need a hotel near O'Hare!

Fine large rooms, comfy bed(s). Convenient floor plan. THE BEST BREAKFAST EVER!!! Very good value for the price. The surrounding neighborhood is upscale, but everything shuts down completely at 9pm. I will make it a point to stay at Springhill Suites in the future, we were very pleased.

We enjoyed this stay! Although we were running around a lot, we came back to a friendly, clean and comfortable atmosphere. The entrance of the hotel/lobby stayed clean and clutter free. The room was really nice! I had the king w/sleeper sofa. I appreciated the partial wall divider that is built in. It allowed my daughter some sort of privacy and myself as well. Now, the mirror that’s in front of the bed (side eye…😂…OK THEN!!!…that’s all I have to say about it). The bathroom is a bit small, you have a small inswing, so if you’re a bigger person, get the room with accessibility. The mattress was extremely soft, which made for a stiff morning, but nothing you can’t get pass. The breakfast was good, fresh and hot! Definitely will come back!
