Swimming pool wasn't working either one inside or outside. No breakfast, the heat in the room didn't work kept cutting off in the room. Very boring

It took 20 minutes to check in because the system was down. Neither of the vending machines worked. The microwave was nasty. I was so surprised to the condition of the hotel because it's under the Wyndham name.

The hotel was near plent of fast food chains so eating was no issue. The garbage around the property was unbecoming. The overflowing trash cans inside the property was not good. The rooms were clean and tidy.

The concierge was distasteful. I asked about the pool and he told me it was closed, I asked why it wasn’t posted on the website he said “it’s being renovated and I clearly told you that” very rude. Dirty sheets with stains on them. Will never book again. I specifically came for the pool.

When we checked in pool was being repaired, the 1 elevator was out of service for about 20 hours, juice machine was broken. We never were asked if we wanted fresh towels or garbage taken out and stayed Thursday through Sunday. Positives, when talking to staff they were friendly and polite. Room had fridge and microwave. I dont think we would stay here again.

The floors and carpet were dirty and smelled. I didn't like that you had to turn in your used towels to the front desk in order to get clean towels. The elevator was out of service so I had to use the stairs, no problem, I enjoyed getting my steps in, however, the stairway stunk, the carpet was dirty, trash was on the floors.

When we checked in and there was no mention about services available. We were just handed a sheet of paper to read. Which did not tell us we only had four towels in our room, that our floor was severely scratched up and the mini fridge leaked all over the floor. The gaps in the entry door allow you to see people walking by. (Ours wasn’t the only door like that) If you book just have zero expectations and you’ll be fine.

The customer service representative was rude and unhelpful, the room was very outdated and unkempt, there was a slippery substance on the floor accompanied by a bug of some sort. The breakfast option was a complete joke, and it smelled of burned oatmeal or something. Overall I would never stay there again, and neither would I recommend it!

I was placed in room 123 the morning that I woke up there was a roach on my bed, so I was moved me to room 122 in that room, I was bit by something while I slept. I did not report it to the front desk because I just didn’t want the hassle, I just didn’t want them to think that I was making up things but, i will never stay there ever again.

The rooms are non-smoking but it smelled really bad like weed and smoke combined. The fridge in the room did not work. Breakfast consisted of make your own waffle, some cereal, yogurt, and toast which was ok.

Bad stay out of the 3 so far! They do NOT have a breakfast EVER!!! My room smelled like smokev and had smoke holes on the bed and tv stand and i had to tell the front desk not to blame me in the morning.

The room and jacuzzi tub were very nice. However, there was nowhere to put our stuff and no chair other than the desk chair in the massive room. No towels in the JACUZZI room when I got there. Tub took about 35 minutes to fill due to low water pressure. I was interrupted 3 times during my relaxation/meditation overnight by shrill phone calls and pounding on my door either because staff forgot to take care of something in the room or did not see that I had requested late check out. Not a bad price and not a bad room, but we take this relaxation overnight once per month, and I'll go back to one of our old favorites rather than staying here again.

Everything was good except being awakened by the ceiling lights because they were motion activated. So, if I adjusted in bed, the lights automatically popped on. I only had a few hours before my flight and I did not rest at all. That is the only reason I would choose another hotel.

The room floor wasn’t clean. There were visible items on the floor. No carpet and floor looked unswept. Tv had only 14 working channels and 2 of them weren’t in English. No cable. Only regular channels. Unable to stream from phone using usb cable because settings feature on tv is disabled.

The room was didn’t have a small sofa or chair. Just the bed and desk. Kind of uncomfortable if you’re in there and not sleep. Forcing us to have to eat on the bed which we are not fond of.

I end up leaving at 3am cause the room was very noisy due to it being near the expressway way and the jacuzzi was cleaned properly so old dirt residue kept come out when you turn jets on

This place was fine to stay for a short trip but I wouldn't come back. The place was clean but overall dumpy. Our shower head was coming out of the wall, there were cracks between the molding and the floor that you could see in, our sink leaked, our room stunk. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, very limited options. We could hear every movement from the floor above and it was very loud outside. you could hear trucks passing and very loud cars with bass and music. Not in a great area. I think there are definitely better options.

The customer service at the front desk has never been good. I have stayed here several times only because there’s nothing else in the area for what I need to accomplish.This will be the last time. I tried to take a bath but the stopper would not stay closed. The elevator stopped functioning. I was on the third floor with six stents in my heart. So let me just say… the room itself was great. No complaints with the room whatsoever. But the staff was horrible. I booked my room through hotels.com and paid for it at the time of booking. The morning of check in the hotel charged me $118.89. Now that was odd because the website lists the incidental fee as $50 especially with me only staying for 1 night, it raised concern. None the less at check in I was assured it would be refunded. As I stated the night was fine the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Fast forward to the next morning. I get a text from the hotel about online check out. It listed several times for me to indicate my departure time so I selected the latest free option (12:00PM). Shortly after 11:00AM house keeping walked into my room and then attempted to start cleaning. I told and showed them my check out confirmation and they stated I needed to speak with the front desk who also said the same thing. No matter what I showed them they insisted I be gone by 11:30 or I’d be charged. Needless to say if you choose to stay here make sure you check your financials.

Service was horrible- non exsistant . Waited over an hour to check in- said room wouldn’t be ready til 7 when did get to counter- bitched and got a room by 5. Barely cleaned from last tenet . Breakfast at 6 turned to 730 because she didn’t feel like it. And they wouldn’t answer phone when u called and stoppped speaking English when complained in person

I asked for my room to be cleaned while I was out for the day. I returned at 8pm at night and no one touched my room. I had to go to the front desk and complain only for them to send someone up there while I’m in the room to clean it. Breakfast is disgusting.

It was good for the price. Close to restaurants and safe parking. The only issue I had is there are motion activated lights in the bedroom and during my moving around in bed the room lights turned on several times during the stay. Not a big deal just a bit surprising.

The area around the property at plenty of restaurants there were buses that you could take in either direction of the hotel to find food or entertainment. Customer service was great. The room was OK except for the bed. It was kind of lumpy

Breakfast was supposed to be continental, however, no pastries served and Total Display was worse than a Walmart gas station. This was a fact and staffing held up One banana, one slice of bread, and a package of powdered donuts actually acting like this was great thing to have those items only. Rooms were fine but the McDonald's across the street was unfriendly and racist against Caucasians and in Denial Too the truth. GOD Bless

The stay was much better than I anticipated due to some of the reviews that I had read. Very good check in and the lobby was great with pretty much anything you needed. I had the room with the whirlpool and it was fantastic! The breakfast was the only disappointment of the stay.

If all you need is a place to lay your head, this was ok. The room had some deferred maintenance that should be addressed. And everything was understocjed. There were only two of everything in the room - towels, cups, etc for a family of four. The breakfast area was way too small, severely understocked and undestaffed. Your only real options were cereal or to stand in a long line for the single waffle maker. Sausage, the only other hot food, was burnt, cold and barely stocked. An overall disappointing stay.
