Got to hotel an hour and a half before check in time. Went in to check on possibility of an early check in. Front desk woman was rude, didn't even look at the computer or anything and just said there weren't any rooms ready. There are two elevators in the hotel. One was broken. Since the entire hotel had to share one elevator, just about every time coming or going you had to wait in line to get on the elevator. Rooms were not the cleanest, and very dated. There was food on the floor of our room and in the pull out couch when we pulled it out for our kids to sleep on. Couch was old and had stains too. Not good when your kids are sleeping on the pull out bed. The two women that were the bartenders and waitresses in the restaurant were great. I wish I remembered their names. They were very nice and gave wonderful service. They were the best part of the stay. It was an extremely hot day. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Overall, the pool was pretty good, but the patio around the pool could use a good cleaning and some updating. A storm came through the night we were there, and quite a bit of water came pouring in the window of the bedroom area. We let the front desk know this happened, but have a feeling nothing was likely done about it.
