I was reserved a handicap room as I am an amputee. I reserved the room well over a month in advance and stated specifically a roll in shower. I get there and NOPE. So after driving 18 hours, I could not get the room I specifically needed and the only explanation was they “only have two rooms and have long term guests”. We only stayed a couple days as my daughter graduated boot camp because I could not get into the shower. They could get the name correct for my sister-in-law who stayed there and my son-in-law paid for his room and they canceled his reservation. UNSAT. I still have not received my refund for the unused days. So I will not be staying there ever again. There were large spiders in the bathroom, and get this, to get trash and sheets removed/changed, I had to essentially make an appt within certain times. Every hotel I’ve stayed at had housekeeping that came in DAILY and I did not have to ask. With everything I was dealing with there, I was expected to do that part too. Senseless. And the room I was eventually given was not even clean and the housekeeping staff were seriously confused and the room smelled terribly until it was cleaned. Thank heavens for Miriam. She was amazing.

I arrived at 2am after exhausting travel. The front desk clerk was so kind and helpful. The room was impeccable and the sheets and pillows were perfect for my over tired self. Love the black out drapes!
