Parking area was well lit, nice neighborhood. The room was clean and fresh and breakfast was nice and hot.

Great experience. Friendly staff, clean pool, workout room. Breakfast was well stocked & organized.

So easy to reach off the Interstate. Loved the mini-fridge and microwave and coffee/tea provided in the room, but also the 24-hour coffee bar and the cookies and… popcorn! Really a surprise! Wished they had a hot tub beside the pool, but heard later that some rooms had individual ones. Just beware that since this is “pet friendly” that you may hear some dogs barking.

Room was great, the price was affordable, and the pool was awesome.

Overall great stay, only complaint is because I had my dog, I was not able to join ky kids at the pool cause the dogs aren’t allowed to be unattended, and their pet fee is non refundable.. other than that the stay was great and quiet.

Great staff at checkin late evening. I was surprised going to the room that there was just very slow elevator. I didn’t think then that would be a good idea since if it’s needing maintenance or is out of order, the only other option would be the staircase. Who wants To show up and be told your room is on the 4th floor and it’s on you to get all your luggage to your room. We were thrilled with the room. So round my and nice. Went to breakfast the next morning and it was a typical hotel buffet breakfast. I got a luggage cart and went up to the third floor to gather our things. And pack up everything. Then started to elevator, but the elevator was being used by the people cleaning the rooms. It seemed like the 3rd floor was where everything was stored. First a staff person gets off the elevator and in her determination to make both the housekeeping person with his cart and then me with my luggage cart that she just let the elevator go. Then the housekeeping person in front of me couldn’t get in the elevator when it stopped due to his big cart and other people always on it. I finally gave up and made two trips hauling our luggage down the stairs. I took my room door cards to the front desk and told the front desk person just how bad this was to make employees more a priority of elevator than customers trying to get around the hotel. She just said that it’s an issue for housekeeping as well and blew me off. So if no one cares, nothing is going to be fixed.

We had driven over 10 hours The young man at the desk was very nice and helpful. Room was quiet and clean. Bathroom spotless. We slept very well. Breakfast was hot with great variety! We were thankful. LOVED the luggage carts. Easier to use than tall ones and stayed still when we unloaded. Thank you for a clean safe hotel with a polite and helpful staff. Great experience.

Property was clean and well maintained. There is some road traffic noise from the highway because of the proximity to it.

Easy in and out. Nuce clean pool. Bountuful breakfast. Clean comfortable room.

This was a nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff. Only issues: the sole washer dryer was old and only took quarters; we requested but did not get an accessible room.

The room was very clean which was nice, but there were a lot of problems. The bathroom sink was clogged so you couldn’t run water without the sink filling up. We also couldn’t take a shower because we had no hot water!! The water barely reached lukewarm temps and the fan in the bathroom sounded a jet taking off. The mattress was way too firm for my back, but I know that’s a matter of preference. Also over by the desk there appeared to be something dried on the floor that looked like blood. Also my breakfast was good, but I drink tea and the water for my tea was barely lukewarm as well. We usually love staying at La Quinta Hotels but this was very disappointing.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly! We will stay here again next time we are in town. It was the cleanest hotel room I have ever had!

The room had no hot water!

Very nice hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable. Everything was truly great until the cold water shower in the morning. No hot water is inexcusable! When I called the front desk she pleaded ignorance and said she would notify maintenance. Told me no one else reported it. 30 minutes later at breakfast, at least a dozen other guests confirmed to me that they had no hot water either and had called the desk also. I expect some type of reasonable credit for the terrible inconvenience. Doubt I ever see it.

Not so good. The hot water was ice cold. TV was busted and had to swap rooms first thing. Was told they only had two of the four water heaters working in the entire building. Everyone I talked to there was pissed about no hot water

Nice enough hotel room… except house keeping doesn’t clean the tubs very well. Family went to take showers/baths after a long day of travel and found a previous guest hair still in the tub

Bedding had yellow stains, hairs all over the bathroom, and questionable stains on the dresser. The cleaning staff needs retraining.

The staff were all very nice. To my surprise there were barking dogs which was very disturbing. I was asked to initial a form that I did not have any animals, so it was unpleasant to hear the barking. Also, people coming in and out by the stairwell we’re loud and noisy

The window in our room was low quality (not well insulated)and facing the interstate, so our room was very noisy all night while we tried to sleep. We were on the 2nd floor. It sounded like the window was open, but it wasnt. Highly recommend requesting a room facing away from the interstate if given the chance. The bed was very firm and groaned/creaked with every movement. This room was $150 a night. I expected a quiet night's sleep. Not listening to jay braking and interstate travel all night.

All in all great just got the room right next to the elevator

The hotel was good but our room with double beds was really small.

The King suite was spacious, especially since we didn’t need the sofa bed. We had ample room for floor mats and exercise. The mattress was very comfortable though firm. Breakfast was above average and the lobby and eating space was roomy and cheery. My only complaint is that the bathroom was quite basic and small and situated right at the room entrance.

Room was really cool with the jet tub and the room was spacious. Breakfast could be improved

Quick stop on our way to Oklahoma. The gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful and when there was a minor issue with the room, it was corrected immediately. Fabulous staff!

The night auditor, Sammy was super cool. He made coffee and offered some to me right after I got done bringing in my family’s bags. It was super late and I was worn out but his kindness made my exhaustion minimal. Thank you Sammy.

Clean, new and beautiful hotel. Staff all very friendly. Unfortunately our late night check in was chaotic with room keys being provided to a room already occupied by a sleeping family. We walked in on a family asleep in their bed and were chased out just as scared as the man we woke up. At the front desk we were provided with a different room and again the same scenario repeated itself with a room occupied being assigned to us. Third time we were finally provided an unoccupied room. The staff was apologetic and despite the mix ups we would stay here again.

After a long drive and wanting to get out of the snow storm we finally checked in around midnight and was greated right away with a smile, i believe his name is Sam. He was so pleasant and just overall a great guy! The accommodations were perfect! Very clean and comfortable! But I do have to say the service was the best!!!! Will keep this stop on our list for next time!

We had an issue with the description of our room and it would not have worked for our needs. Shakkira was wonderful! She took the time to get us the correct room and made it the best possible situation for us. She went above and beyond! Great staff and energy at the hotel.

It's great location right off I-70, half way between Kansas City and Indianapolis. Highly recommend. Lots of dining and a Walmart Store for anything you need.

Prices are reasonable. Hotel is clean and just off the freeway. A great place to stop when you are driving long distances and need to stop for the night.

Hotel is located conveniently off I-70/65. The lobby was clean and organized. Check-in was easy. Room was large, clean and well organized. The room was quiet within the hotel itself but the interstate is very close, busy and only trees and another hotel partially blocks the traffic noise. We used earplugs. The breakfast was pretty standard (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, Belgian waffles, yogurt, apples, instant oatmeal, etc. Checkout was easy. There is a Walmart across the street, liquor store next door and many fast food & other restaurants within in walking distance. The parking lot was well lit as well. No issues with the stay or the area besides being very busy.

We stopped on our way to Wisconsin with our corgi and we were very impressed with the staff. Everyone from front desk to kitchen, awesome! Don’t know his name but he was at front desk Saturday pm shift on 5/31 and he gave us options for dinner delivery to the hotel and he was spot on. The cookies and fresh popcorn upon arrival was a great touch. We had a very nice night at your hotel, thank you!

I haven't stayed at La Quinta in years but they are dog friendly so we decided to give it a try after some not-so- great stays at other dog friendly hotel/motels. Though it's certainly not a "5-star" hotel, LQ was an excellent place for us to stay. The hotel was modern, clean, quiet and had courteous staff. Dog friendly was key and they definitely earn 5 stars for their category. The price, quality and cleanliness exceeded expectations.... plus good breakfast ....oh and popcorn and cookies at night!

Stayed here a few times has always been consistently excellent. Appreciate the hard surface flooring in rooms. Feels so much cleaner than carpet. Breakfast was excellent

Clean room and very pleasant check in smooth and quick. Breakfast was good. Had a lot of choices eggs, sausage and waffles and lots of other quick stuff to eat from. Lots of seating. Lots of retail stores and resturants near by. Walmart right across the street.
