Nice walking or running areas, safe, good breakfast, nice rooms, quiet. Good price also, plus nice pool and outdoor areas. Would have liked to have an earlier open time for swimming, especially in bad weather. Also would have loved a late night food/bar area to socialize.

It was an awesome room. 2 beds and a pullout couch. We had akitchenette a well in our room. Only complaint is the pool temp was a bit cold. I did say something to someone and it seemed it warm up after. The area doesn't really have much to walk but it's about 45 minutes from Chicago(depending on traffic) which is where we are actually visiting. Chicago itself is great for pedestrian traffic.

I didn’t like the receptionist kept repeating our room number for the whole lobby to hear. We were traveling with small children. There were people smoking in the room a few doors down from us. The tub was dirty. There wasn’t enough towels for us even though I put the number of people on the reservation. The breakfast wasn’t that good until the day before we left when there was waffles and bacon. Due to the shower not draining properly it caused what come on come on come on? We’re going downstairs bye. our children clothes to get week even though they were in the room next to the shower. Overall me and my family did not have the best experience. We did like the pool and the fitness room.

The bathroom was not well maintained. The shower head “whined” loudly when you turned it on. The tub was not clean enough to take a bath. The living room TV did not have a decent picture. The elevator was also out which wouldn’t be a problem but combine everything and it was not a good hotel. Stay somewhere else.

Really great hotel! I love the set up of the room and that it had a full kitchenette and full-size refrigerator. Very clean nice pool. The only downfall was that at breakfast time it was very cramped. There was no seating for my son and I because it was so busy and there was hardly any food left over.

I really loved the pool area it was enclosed and easy to get to.The breakfast was good.the outside seating area They have two great grills and fire pit. It was really pretty. The suite was very nice and clean loved the kitchen area. I think the only thing I didn’t like was the sofa bed . It was uncomfortable to sit on and the AC in the room was not working. Other than that it was a great stay and I will definitely be back.

The rooms weren’t the cleanest an a few things were broken. The door separating the sink and bedroom was broken, there were rips in the couch, there was a weird smell when you walked in, there was a dead bug in the window.

We stayed 4 nights. Every time we entered the 3rd floor it smelled strongly of marijuana. Our last night our room was very strong smelling. We had a 2 bedroom and apparently it was a pet room as there was a feces stain on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. We pulled a blanket out of the closet to be more comfortable in the living room and it smelled like dog and was covered in dog hair. I was very disappointed especially about the smell of marijuana as our son was in the room and just graduated out of Boot Camp.

Check in staff was very nice, first room had poop on the base of toilet and in grout. Second room had large red juice spill in the living area. The stairwell and elevator floor was gross, sticky from hot apple cider in lobby. Christmas tree was pretty in lobby. We went for the indoor pool, pool had nice potential but definitely need exterminators for the ants. Updates were already falling apart. Hot water came out rusty for the first minute. Breakfast area was clean, decent free hotel meal.

Excellent staff! Facility is past due for a refresh. To their credit, they were installing new TVs. Unfortunately our room was not vacuumed/mopped and their was hair in the shower. Annoyances that likely would not be resolved by requesting a different room.

The kitchen was miniscule, the whole point of booking a hotel with a kitchen is to be able to cook. We could barely cook, the utensils, supplies and space was insufficient. No dining table to eat. And front desk was not helpful when I asked for extra utensils. We will never stay here again!

I got a room for a weekend getaway. I liked the area where the hotel was. The staff was rude no smiles, no real customer service I had to ask multiple times for someone to come vacuum or give the vacuum so I could do it my self no one came, I asked for towels they act as if I couldn’t get more towels. And the bath tub was chipping paint to where my kids were taking baths n it’s was paint chips floating in their bath water reminded u my kids or small 2 and 3 that dangerous. Breakfast did not have all the items out and when I asked about she act as if I was bothering her.. For me to had spent over 300 bucks I shouldn’t have had to deal with little problems like that.

Breakfast complaints: Slow with bring out food No coffee available Hash browns were hard Sausage were over cooked to almost a crisp. No other meat offered or available. No one available at service desk to ask a question to. Usually the hotel is generally nice with berry few things to complain about; however, they must have been under staffed.

Some guy comes to our room to check internet. No ID. I called front desk and they confirmed. 10 mins later, my daughter went to shower, whole shower head falls. Initial response was to send up maintenance at 8pm to fix. I requested another room and the request was granted. Guest services were very nice but the interruptions and having to move rooms kinda dampened things

You will not find a nicer group of people who work at this hotel. From Jaime to all the staff who went out of their way to help me each time I stay, they all are friendly and hard-working. They try to accommodate my requests as best they can and it is much appreciated!

Our family was there for my daughter's Navy boot camp graduation. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was a perfect distance from the naval base and the graduation ceremony.
