The front desk staff at this hotel are so friendly and kind and always available if you have a question or need help. This isn’t a glamorous hotel but it’s clean and safe. Having the included breakfast is wonderful. If you have a child in the university and need a safe place to stay this is it. The gym is small but had what I needed.

Called on 4-2 and asked if they had a pool they said yes but when we got there the pool was closed. Would have found a different place that their pool was working. I will never go back to Best Western. I didn't ask when I made the reservation because I knew they had a pool they.

We enjoyed our stay. The biscuits at breakfast were not the freshest, but that is not a big deal. Our toilet clogged the first time we flushed paper in it, but they quickly brought a plunger. No other issues after that. The bed was comfy, the shower head is amazing, the staff is very friendly. If we need to stay in Macomb again this is where we will stay. We didn't use the indoor pool, but it looks clean from what we saw.

The Front desk staff are friendly, kind, and always available! This is not a glamorous hotel but it’s clean and safe and perfect for your stay. The gym is small but functional and had everything I needed. If you need to stay in this town to take a child to university. This is a great hotel. Having the complementary breakfast included is a great perk.

This is a conveniently situatiated in a shopping district on E Jackson St. The management and staff are truly to the quality of guest experience! The indoor pool and fitness center are beautiful. Highly recommend for an overnight or weekend stay or staycation!

Stay was very good overall. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Hotel is clean and overall acceptable. Not a big issue but tvs were small and old. Breakfast was tasty. Did not use the pool. Small and good for kids. Deepest part was 4.5ft. Would return if the need arises and would recommend.

Suite was very nice; however the pull out sofa could use a new mattress. Very uncomfortable. When you sat on the couch, you sunk down pretty far, making it difficult to even get up off the couch. Everything else was great.

I come to Macomb a lot and this was my first time staying at this location. I was very impressed and comfortable my entire stay. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. This stay also comes with a complimentary breakfast.

Stayed 2 days. Asked if we needed maid service. We declined. Toilet paper was shorted so we had to ask. No front desk person, had to dial 0, then wait for a person to show up. Not a long wait. Nice room. It was good!

While some lampshades could be replaced, the room was clean and the property there were no noise issues. Front desk clerks were friendly and asked if I needed anything while I was in the lobby. It’s conveniently located close to plenty of restaurants, gas stations and is only a 4 minute drive from the University. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Macomb again. One interesting thing I will add is that this property was a Holiday Inn Express and the shower still has their trademark “Stay Smart” shower head (which was still in decent working condition).
