Stayed 2 nights

The hotel is in a great location, a suburb about 15 minutes from the airport. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, and the breakfast was very nice (eggs, omlets, sausage, potatoes, and delicious, hot cinnamon rolls; juice, milk, fresh brewed coffee; pancake maker, cereal and assorted fruit). The HVAC units makes a small rattle, but I'm extremely sensitive to ambient noise. I would stay again

The room was very clean..no complaints there..however the toilet seat rocked. The side table in the cornor was tilted so your drink would slide off. The glass shower doors were very hard to move & felt loose..(that was scary) the room was bare of any amenities. The soap is bolted on the wall but I did expect a makeup remover wipe which there was not. No extra pillows in the closet. I had to come & go several times to my car & there was no greetings whatsoever from the staff. No coffee maker in the room. The seal on the fridge was quite loose. I have stayed there in the past but I realize that I need to move on. When I saw that the jelly for my toast was in a squeeze bottle like ketchup it was a turn off..along with a common jug of milk. I don't like touching something everyone else had their hands on. I did request a bathtub but I did not get it. However I did ask to be on the street side so not sure if that had something to do with it. Oh well just not again. One more thing ...so sorry to say that the bed was very hard & quite uncomfortable. .

We stay here often. We like the location and the cleanliness. This visit was strange. The 1st night we were there, I got up at 5am to get coffee. There was what appeared to be a homeless person in the lobby. The entire lobby was without lights. There was no one at the front desk or in the back office. There was no sign saying back in a moment. Another couple tried to check out & they looked everywhere but could not find an employee. It was a bit frightening because with the homeless person it made one wonder what could happen from a security perspective. I called the front desk to see if anyone would pick up & they did not. The next night, there was an employee when I got up at 5am& the lights were on in the lobby but the homeless person was there again.
