The staff was very accommodating and my room was very clean. I stopped at the bar and the bartender needed help. He walked pass me a couple of times to wait on other customers that came in after me. When he finally came to help us after 10-15 minutes wait he made some very good drinks which made up for the long wait 😂

The immediate staff response was very unkind and unwelcoming, unfortunately the night before was a terrible storm prior so there were many late check outs. The problem is that the hotel management was unwilling to accommodate the newly check-in guests in any capacity. Next my issue was after checking in I met with the house king manager to point out several areas of the room that were very unkept, especially an area in the bathroom and bedroom: it looked as if someone masturbated on a the bed frame, there was old urine on the commode, toothpaste on the sink a sock inside the bed, old tape near the thermostat, dirty walls/doors, dirty windows. Privacy notices being taped together. This is not the HILTON standard I am used to I complained and was assured we would be moved to another room on the 11th floor when returned last night we were placed back into the same room in the same unacceptable conditions. This morning I was expected to pay full price for the room, which is not a problem if I got the room advertised as expected. I use my benefits often, however I have other options available through my employer for travel discounts.
